This i what would happen with NME Kensuke. A&T Kensuke i'm sure would be involved in Magical Girl hijinks, like stopping Homura and Madoka from fighting and using their god powers to help people, or deal with somekind of Nightmare (or whatever their called) made from all the drunken shenanigans that happen in Vegas, or Kyoko fulfilling a long standing fantasy of KSK+Senpai.

Oddly enough, it seems to depend on which continuity Rei's in. In the Shinji Ikari Raising Project manga she's a bit insecure about her figure, but in the TV series and main manga, apparently she has Asuka beat, even if she doesn't flaunt it. A fact which, no doubt, does not improve canon Asuka's feelings toward her at all...

(Now A&T Asuka, on the other hand :ogles:)

You know, if canon Rei gets it from her "mother," that could explain about 10-15% of Gendo's obsession with Yui as well...:lol
 
Strypgia, even though the sequel to SIRP is up are you still planning to eventually write your own version of it? Just curious.

Mami Tomoe. Short version is she's been a Magical Girl a long time and likes to teach new recruits to the war of the magical girl. She's done that with pretty much everyone of the original Puella magical girl cast. So she is Senpai to MC of Puella, but especially to Kyoko, who looked at her more like a big sister, and has known Mami the longest. ...Also Mami is really..."gifted" in the way that i'm sure Sayaka, Kyoko, Kensuke and...pretty much everyone else appreciates, and if they don't it's cause they are jealous.

Yeah, in the canon Rei seems to have the more pronounced figure, and fan art tends to exaggerate that trait even more, so yeah. :D Of course, Asuka is a lot LOUDER about the attractiveness of her figure, and while she's only 13-14 she's more than adequately developed. Plus she keeps herself in shape and takes pride in her body, so it's all in proportion.

People may tend to not to notice that Rei has the advantage in that area because she seems so unaffected by Shinji falling on her. She doesn't seem to care about her sexuality. (Now, A&T Rei, on the other hand...)

"Shinji! Rei! Where are you?" Asuka pushed open the door to the bathroom. "Have you found-"

The bear in the bathtub waved a quieting paw at her, warning her not to disturb the deeply embracing couple near the sinks. He raised his new bottle of vodka and took a long drink.

Shinji couldn't answer Asuka's question. Rei had his tongue.

Asuka cleared her throat, subtly. Then not so subtly. "Ahem. Rei, what are you doing? I thought you were just giving ah… Lieutenant Growlsky some more vodka to keep him pacified, then coming back to help us search?"

Rei slowly broke the kiss, a very pleased smile on her face. She finally looked at Asuka. "I am doing science."

Asuka gave her a flat look. "Science."

"I am experimentally verifying the question 'Is kissing your husband different from kissing your lover?' I am happy to report the answer is 'Yes, it is substantially better.'" Rei's eyes twinkled with anticipation. "I would now like to proceed with the next subject of investigation on the list, 'Is kissing your wife different from kissing your lover?' Based on my experiments so far, I have high hopes for further positive results."

Personally, I've done both and it didn't really feel that much different. Perhaps she should factor in the perceived importance of wedlock as a variable, maybe?

Rei, your sample size is too small- you need to conduct more experiments. Many more!

Actually, I'm reliably informed that you can be simultaneously jealous and appreciative of someone's... gifts, if you swing that way. But that's as far as I'm continuing this discussion because Strypgia's right, we're pushing the limits of the rules here.
