So, Schedule changed massively, housing situation much better, and personal life not a nightmare on wheels. Looks like it's time to dust this old gal off and get it running again. So, with that in mind...
So, once again you, either as an SI, an OC or just any character is given a seagoing (or converted to such) vessel, and let loose upon the Silver Sea. The Silver Sea is a vast and near endless place filled with islands, mysteries, and Animals of a... Monsterious persuasion. The Islands of the Sea seem to be for the most part self-contained, and some even run on...altered physics.
Due to some... Glitches that where discovered thru play I'm the previous games there are some rules other than the general ones.
1. Since Ship Girls, Abyssal Girls, and whatever the things in Azur Lanes are pretty popular in this game their are the blanket "nerfs" to them : Cannons above 7 Inchs Are 50 Cals Anything below that is a 22 When/if Rigs are deployed on land. I that same vein If a rig is deployed on land the Ship person in question is unable to move from the point and undeploying takes 30 seconds to a minute depending on size. Torpedoes/Depth Charges are hand grenades on land. Strength of a shipgirl is higher than a normal on land when just walking about as well.
2. General power level: This comes in two parts. Ship strength and personal strength. Ship strength is when your ship is a fully crewed Yamamto or equivalent but, your people are just regular dudes. And Personal strength where you are a demi-God but, your boat is a row boat with a heavy crossbow wielded to the front deck. These are obviously extremes used for example but, the general idea is Strong Ship = Weaker Characters, Weak Ship = Stronger Characters. These are less hard rules more guidelines than anything else but, a hard rule is that if your ship has a crew over 20 only 10 can be Block-Busters, and over a hundred none can be above House destroying powerful. Prove you have read these rules put a favorite desert or food for your character at the bottom of the sheet.
3. Fuel is something you need to worry about but, with that in mind Money in the Silver Seas is... Loosely defined and can change from island to island. What may be worth it's weight in gold on one island can be a penny on another. Exotic foods and spices can be the everyday meals depending on where you go. Barter is always useful. Keep that in mind.
4. The Farther from an Island you go the less Tethered reality gets. You may find that you've gone a thousand miles in two hours. This is because as much fun as "and you traveled for two weeks and nearly starved to death." is to write it's not fun to Read and try to play so, keep that in mind.,
So, with that in mind. Let's Sail!
