You are confident in your own soldiers and sailors ability to rout the defenders, but it would be chaotic and there would be much damage to your future subjects and their property. They have been hired to bolster your forces, to hold ground so your troops can more rapidly advance to bring your conquest to a quick conclusion.
--[X] To this end, you offer both enticement and a warning. Looting will not be tolerated, but you understand it's role in a sellsword's pay. You will ensure they are rewarded half-again as much as their contract cost, given in coin, to be divided up according to their share to make up for the loss of gold. After all, why shouldn't you be generous with a stolen treasury? But the reward will only be granted if there isn't general looting. Looting by one company will forfeit the reward for all, and you will see that the men who did so wished you gave them the kindness of a simple hanging.
--[X] To the smaller bands, advise if they think they cannot resist the temptation to loot, it be better for them to simply depart than to take your coin and then earn your wrath.

--[X] My planned barracks for you at Westhaven are not constructed yet, due to repairs from a recent fire in my port taking my attention, and delaying my plans. Despite the setbacks, they should be ready by the second month, where we can begin training, organizing and planning for our assault. In the meantime, I do not plan on leaving you to languish here, so I will bring you to my capital, Sorcerer's Deep, for temporary accommodation outside it's borders.
