The memetic hazards posed by the Deep Ones are not something that can be defeated by hardening a few individuals against such attacks, but only by sweeping, broad and decisive measures.
-[X] The Imperium has set up such measures, and created an institution who is specifically tasked with detecting and eradicating Deep One infiltration or contamination.
-[X] Furthermore, the Imperium is constantly learning, refining its methods and seeking to obtain and utilize all information available to combat these threats.
-[X] If her concern is genuine, you would propose to share information in regard to Deep One threats, their detection, and counter-measures against memetic attacks. None of this information is of military value against the Imperium or the Azure Court, so it should be an acceptable exchange for all involved.
--[X] The Imperium will however reserve the right to analyze and spread all information obtained to it's allies and threatened neutral parties. The threat posed by Deep Ones is overriding diplomatic concerns in this regard.
