-[X] Lord Armond Costayne is welcome to send any of his people who have the potential to learn magic to study at the Scholarium branch in Sorcerer's Deep. Their tuition and living expenses will be covered by the Scholarium.
--[X] Once he has gathered up the first batch of candidates, we will send people (Headmistress Teana, Velen, etc) to verify their potential to learn, then we will discretely transport them to Sorcerer's Deep.
-[X] In the meantime, we will assign a pair of fully equipped 6th level Scholarium Sorcerers (a Combat Sorcerer and an Enchanter) and a 5th level Scholarium Mystic along with an Inquisition squad, 2 Plant-Imbued Shadow Creature Cat, 2 Verdant Raven [Advanced Plant-Imbued Giant Raven and 20 Verdant Kingfisher to assist Lord Costayne in protecting his lands.
--[X] Additionally, we will gift Lord Costayne 10 Rings of Protection from Evil, 10 Healing Belts, 10 Earrings of Arcane Acuity, 10 Launchers, and 10 Valyrian Steel weapons to equip his own armsmen. Included with these items will be 200 vials of Alchemist's Fire, 100 doses of Sleep-Smoke, 50 Fungal Stun Vials, 30 Auran Masks, 200 doses of Healing Salve, 30 doses of Antiplague, and 30 doses of Antitoxin.
