[X] Have Varys alert the Seaguard's Investigators while Viserys tries to distract and sidetrack the envoy with questions that could believably lead one to believe he's already making considerations of how to profit off amicable ties with Galzerai beyond what military alliance could bear (as though it were a foregone conclusion). At the same time, Lya's second body will run a battery of divinations extensive enough to gather the necessary details to not seem like a paranoid, uninformed incompetent who wasted the local authorities' time.
