We have kept the city from descending into an orgy of chaos and death through meticulous planning and well established lines of communication. The Fiery Hand would not be briefed on our plans, nor have access to our methods of communication, and we do not wish for them to be set upon by any of our forces who might mistake them for enemies. They can rest assured that the institution of slavery will be abolished in Tyrosh within hours.
