Well, naow that everything went off without a hitch, it's prime time to get needlessly paranoid again...

Wasn't Myr the place where all our spying ventures ended in total failure?
I've got the feeling, that problems there are much deeper-rooted than Tyrosh cults, who only summoned daemons en-mass once we arrived.

Heh.
Would be kind of funny to have taken a free city in a single night...
Only for it to be wrong city :V

Sacrifice Tally:

1. Axes of Arson Ice Axe
2. Unknown number of Leukodaemon bows
3. Various other daemon artifacts
4. Archon-bone knife -- to be found
5. Two Sorcerer-Creature Sangudaemons
6. Cultist champion
7. Thanadaemon
8. Thanadaemon staff -- after proper study
9. Various cultists

And on a different note:
Ravener, Red Dragon (Wyrm) – d20PFSRD
This would be almost as good as finding another dracolich. We won't be cheated out of a proper fight a second time.

So...
In order of importance:
Tyrosh Tree, SD Tree (dawnfruit/Philosopher's), Night Watch tree, sacrifice for the door at Nightfort?

Also, I really, really would've preferred to keep cultist champion Dominated for a month or so, while (s)he'd be spilling all their secrets to us.
Too bad we need to publicly fuck 'em up while raising Heart Tree :(

My dreams of milking a powerful enemy caster of every drop of lore they have seems thwarted at every turn, first Tiamat's clerics, now these guys...

Those are propably just +1 stuff, nothing unique.
Keep them or sell them.
Let's check first. My money is on the bows being infused with the power of Abbadon in some fashion, thus making them worthwhile as sacrifices.

Also... you know this thread as well as I do. They're not going to tolerate keeping the bows (we have better options for our archers), and who would we sell them to? Just identify them, determine the CL equivalent, then toss them to the Tree pile.

We can spend a day on that. Just have Viserys dominate him, have Tyene, Dany, and Malarys curse the hell out of him, have the Seeker stand guard, and have Malarys interrogate him. Easy. You just need to figure out what it is you want from him or we're not going to have a reason to bother. Getting the skull basically gets us everything anyway.

Names of all daemons (s)he knows, all cultist locations in Tyrosh and outside if it (s)he knows about, all cashes of theirs they know about, what they were planning to do before we came, lore of Abaddon.

I mean, the last part may be distasteful as fuck, but I think it's important to know in-character, now that we made an enemy out of daemons.

As in, even more than we were an enemy for them before, yes.

Who's the big baddie there right now, who was commanding them through their intrigues, stuff like this.

I'm bad at making lists of questions, yes.

If they are just regular +1 stuff they have no value as sacrifice.
The OGs don't want the mass-produced crap, IIRC.

Just give them to a few people who would otherwise have regular masterwork bows, I'm sure there are some, if not in the Legion then among guard or sellswords. After checking them over of course.

We should just wait for the full list of loot and sacrifices before planning with that. Also keep in mind that the bows now belong to Amrelath, so we will have to pay him out before sacrificing them.

Just because he was seen collecting some bows in one scene doesn't mean he has dibs on all of them.

I can't recall if DPs ruling on item was a requirement of power or more along the lines of his "Wall of Salt vs Actual Salt" metaphysics based argument, the latter would have them count for sacrifice.

Pretty sure the one who got those wants to keep using them if the update about it is anything to go by and she earned them so not like we can say no.
No, she explicitly doesn't want to use them and only thought them neat trophies of her victory.

I would suggest to give her some equipment in return for getting the axes for sacrifice.

Speaking of Valeana, she is a bit sad about not getting that much to do in the invasion. How about asking Rango if he sees a problem with her riding with the Dothraki for a bit? Some fighting experience on horse-back would be good for her in anticipation of her dragon.

I would rather her egg just go ahead and hatch so she can start bonding with the dragon and it can start growing. Fighting from horse-back would just teach her a lot of bad habits that would need to be unlearned when it came time to ride her dragon into battle.

They're both Adventurers, I'm sure she'll learn something from someone who rode so hard he avoided our fireball damage.

[X] Azel
@Azel, does this part
mean we'll be taking Braavos action first thing next turn?
I hope there is no problem with taking all possible actions in Braavos then too, for 4-6 days or so in total?

So many worthwhile minor actions to do in Braavos! We should make a list.

  • Harvest Hydra Hatchlings (Vee, Glyra)
  • Speak with Alysanne & Sealord about Yss & Old Gods (Both temple district, and Windward shrines.)
  • Tour the faiths to speak about NW, Westerosi missionaries, and potential SD temples and their contribution.
  • Have Lya put down records of her vision / interaction with the Moonsinger goddess when she freed the Mirror Mephite. (Favors?)
  • Check Silvereye and Forgotten-gods-house for Day of Change and loot.
  • Pendragons to copy the whole library of the Sealord.
  • LIBERATE a piece of the swamp for Menagerie.

These wouldn't be mass-produced, though. They have a story behind them, and they bear the taint of Abbadon. It should be worth something. But bottom line, people aren't going to use these. Seriously, good luck making them. It's the equivalent of trying to get guards to use a Schir's halberd. And good luck trying to sell them.

Not all of them. Amrelath wasn't the only one there, Dany, Lya, and the Archons also killed Leukodaemons.

She wanted them as trophies, not to use. And then she found out what happened to Arson Ice Axe and was a bit ashamed, so we offered a trade of upgraded equipment for the Axes.

It will be years before she can ride her dragon anyway and I don't know what you mean with bad habits.

She needs some mounted combat experience.

Tenative plan for Braavos action next month:

-[] Meet with Sealord
--[] Discuss the matter of Tyrosh Archon being alive and possibly sending him to Braavos as a centerpiece for factions rallying against you.
-[] Meet with Iron Bank, discuss arrangements of food/administrators and everything else.
--[] We can also ask Iron Bank for rare maps and books about economics and stuff like that. They'll see it as for good of our joint operations.
-[] Braavos Archive to copy. Our library is good at arcane side of things, but it lacks in mundane stuff. And that's the same library we'll be handing out knowledge from to SD citizens when they'll be studying at schools and (eventually) university.
-[] There's that smith that made silvered weapons for us.
-[] A CG artist-school-lady and her pupils.
-[] Hydra at that trading outpost.
-[] Visit Silver Eye.
--[] Selling/giving them identification ritual.
--[] Setting up an exchange program for our Scholarum students. Those less inclined to putting themselves in danger than those working with Archons, anyway.
--[] Taking what evil items they confiscated and (maybe) making a Heart Tree for Braavos
--[] Exchanging lore and books with them. We probably should give them more lore than we usually do when trading it with outside parties, just so they find it easier to deal with Fey operations.

Also, if we are going to play "Fuck the Fey, Braavos is our turf" angle:
-[] Visit our less-than-lawful 'friends' in Braavos underground.
--[] Get better feel of how Fey operations are affecting the city.
--[] Any good loot lately? We can pay quite, quite well for any magic objects, but even better for knowledge.

Did I forget anything?

EDIT: That is, stuff that doesn't concern religions. I gave up on trying to fight Azel's Anti-Gods movement on that.

@Artemis1992, to expand further:
"That is the last of the vermin who dared pollute the sky..." he hisses. Unsurprisingly you notice the fiend's bow of bone and bloody sinew still clutched tightly in the dead dragon's claws that he then sets down gently atop a nearby tower.

Like a magpie bringing trinkets to its nest, you think, very privately amused.
These are not bows that we can hand out to our subordinates. They're not just +1 weapons, they're body parts as well. Even if someone wanted to use these bows, which they won't, it'd be terrible PR for us.

Consequently, due to their nature of rot and decay, that's why I'm confident DP will at least give us a minor CL for each of the bows. They definitely have some bad history behind them, which is what the Old Gods like when given "mass produced" stuff.

I'm confused as to why the difference would matter. @Goldfish, there's no difference between Riding (Horse) and Riding (Flying Mount) when it comes to the skillpoints. It's all just Riding. And I don't think that Valaena would have much trouble learning how to ride her dragon, especially if your scheme to make that thing bond with Valaena worked.
