Told you Dany and Lya would be enough.

Also, the Daemons engaged "burn the house down"-protocols. Still satisfying to see them reduced to cause as much damage as they can before going down.
Since this is turning out to be a... a lot easier than I thought it would be, I'd like to focus on capturing several of the Thanadaemons for sacrifice. All this time, so many daemons and cultists slain, and not a single one set aside for the Trees.

On the bright side we now have the head cultist's skull.

Viserys Targaryen has hosts of heavenly warriors, legions of jackbooted soldiers with magical arms and armor, ironwrought sentinels forged in times lost, AND A DRACOLICH!!!

ABANDON ALL HOPE!

Or should I say... Abaddon all hope.

These divinations are going to be so hard for Zherys to reconcile. Guy's head might explode, he'll be so confused.

I'm with Duesal here.
We skipped a few initial chances for good sacrifices simply due to paranoia of things going wrong if we won't...

But we still have to raise at the very least:
1) Tyrosh Tree
2) Philosopher's Tree
*3) Night Watch Tree
*We'll have enough evil artefacts for this one, at least.

It's too bad I'm all our of tea now, I'd drink another 2-litre jug for this streak of not getting sacrifices.
:/

Yeah, at this point skipping over the sacrifices is getting downright excessive. Dany banished that first daemon after petrification failed (to no one's surprise). And then every single one of the Leukodaemons were slain in open battle. We should make a real effort to start capturing these things now that we have the upper hand. We have trees to grow and propaganda to spread. The Thanadaemons and their lesser kin at least we need to get.

Fingers crossed that Vee's Gorgon does its job and starts petrifying these things for us en mass.

EDIT: Also, since all the Leukodaemons are dead, they should be harvested post haste for crafting materials.

They had apparently been entirely willing so set everything, including themselve,s alight if they were not guaranteed safety for both themselves and their families, until the lord of Mantarys managed to talk them down by staking his own honor upon it.

Perhaps you should offer him some sort of gift by way of thanks,

Perhaps not.

What a ridiculous offer by Yrael, he has no idea who their families are.

What happens if we catch them raping and pillaging? Or turns out their Uncle is a genius in the torture trade.

Archons

You have Teleport, use it to stab them.

No worries, this won't happen again. In the near future we can spend a week of research to get a ritual that allows you to reconstruct burned documents (the one we were going to use for Illyrio's documents). Then we won't ever have to worry about this sort of thing. We can just laugh and tell them to either burn themselves alive or stand down and throw themselves at our mercy.

well. By staking his honor on their lives, he is taking responsibility for their future actions. So if they do anything in the future, we can either nail them to the wall, or force yrael to handle it

@DragonParadox, Ser Gerold should regularly call in via Brazier and sand, so we should know the rough situation already.

Time for sacrifices. @Azel, can you add something about getting a few of the Leukodaemons into a corpse-ferrying bag ASAP?

Motherfucker, how the fuck did I miss this?

Viserys is a Dragon this close to getting a business card from Asmodeus, we could talk a bloody Archon into blood sacrifice and the main gods in our domains are the Snake and the Tree(s), which have a real sweet fruit.

BTW, @Goldfish, I think you forgot to assign a feat for Glyra, at least if her current sheet is correct. She should get 12 HD with this level-up. Although erinats have 3 HD normally... Did she get one racial HD before moving onto Spellthief? I don't remember.

@Azel Blood Wish isn't necessary to disguise Amrelath.

Disguise Undead will work just fine, if we want to use Ancestral Awakening.

We could use it to learn Disguise Undead and something useful in a fight, such as Greater Stunning Barrier.

I believe you are correct. I'm out of town at the moment and wrote her level up plan on my Kindle. It looks like she'll be moving up to 12 HD rather than the 11 I was thinking.

we'll need to take it up with DP tomorrow.

Out of curiosity, wouldn't Greater Shadow Enchantment work just as well?

Nope. It's like @Deliste said, they're different schools of magic.

What an utterly odd spell. I'm looking at it, and somehow it's an Illusion spell that can "create partially real, illusory versions of psychic, sorcerer, or wizard enchantment spells of 5th level or lower" but cannot replicate other illusion spells. :???:

That's stuff from the Shadow Plane for you. It's kinda like magical modeling clay, in that you can use it to do all kinds of shit, but not always very well.

The shadow line of spells work like that: shadow evocation mimics evocation spells and conjuration does likewise. If you want actual illusion you use the proper school for it.
