She's rich enough and has the proper connections, i.e. us, that she could commission a new land for herself if she wanted one, either raised directly from the seafloor or grown from a preexisting continent. Or maybe just purchase a floating island in Armun Kelisk so that she and Waymar can spend some quality time with Embra.
When you are one of the richest and most powerful people on your Plane of existence, you don't lack for options.

Why not a floating coral reef? It would be a perfect, pristine vacation island with even the biosphere built to order and with just a wink of magic, you can have it swim to whatever place has the best weather this season. All the benefits of owning your own fief with none of the responsibilities.
This is well within her means to achieve, even without bugging Viserys for favors. Waymar, who is equally filthy rich, can pay for the giant villa on top.

I'm not seeing any reason they can't have a floating coral island in Planetos, a floating island in Armun Kelisk, possibly a floating island in the Plane of Fire, and maybe a nice little geode villa in the Opaline Vault.
Armun Kelisk should be first, though. Don't want Embra to get lonely, and she would probably appreciate a place to crash where her dad can't boss her around.
Man Edmure is very salty about all that house Tully is losing. Not surprising really. It is the first reaction so got to see if the reaction sticks.
Lysa was the interesting part for me interestingly enough. She was given a bad hand from her family and just about everyone really. Luckily Viserys can get her loyalty by just being nice and giving opportunities for her son. Rhaella is the most similar to Lysa so that can help.

We could also give her all the information necessary so she knows who and why was Baelish was murdered, but sadly all evidence was lost during the fire (actually explosion) in the Red Keep
Then there is probably gonna be a confrontation between Edmure and Hoster about Lysa. Edmure has heard some interesting things. What way to find out if not from one of the sources?
Good. A few high-level heal spells and maybe a Miracle should get her back to full health and thanks to everything in her life, it's pretty trivial to win her over to our side of things once we show some basic decency to her.
That leaves Harry the Heir, a small kid right now, and that obscure other Arryn branch in the running for the Eyri. Which means nobody of any great import, so we can just tell them to pound dirt.
Or just ask them if they really, really want to claim the legacy of John Arryn, Hand of Robert Baratheon, one of the principle architects of the Rebellion, cause for Viserys being exiled from Braavos, and instigator of at least one attack on the Deep and Viserys life.
Harry the Heir is lucky in that he literally does not have the Arryn name, so that's an easily available out.
The Arryn branch are the Gulltown Arryns who were more or less excommunicated by Jon Arryn for the crime of being urban merchants. So they have pretty good built in distancing points to use if they want to.
Indeed they won't. That's another side benefit of the Vale Civil War. The Vale Lords are too weakened to get righteously angry and march against the Mountain Clans.

[X] Send Tyenne and Rhealla to pick up Edmure on the road and then teleport to the Eyri to pick up Lisa Tully and her son Robert. Convince her that leaving would be best for herself and especially her son, and that Hoster wants her to come back to Riverrun.
-[X] If she objects to going to Riverrun on Hosters order, offer her refuge in the Deep for the time being, so that they can sort out their relationship in peace. Also include an offer to have your mages look into her sons health, should there still be concerns that need addressing. (They have not exactly a healthy relationship, so odds are she might refuse, but the important part is that she learns that there will be no support coming from Riverrun.)
-[X] Also offer her son the chance at a good education in the Deep once he is old enough, regardless of here going there or to Riverrun. He will have the chance to follow his dreams and forge his own path in life, instead of being a plaything of politics as the infant regent of people who want to see him dead as devil spawn. (Given her own backstory, offering her and her son freedom and protection should make it very easy for her to abandon the Eyri.)
[X] Send messages to Darry, the Twins, the Lads and all other concerned parties in the Riverlands. Count Hoster Tully has bent the knee, preferring to not garnish his defeat by a massacre on the field of battle.
-[X] Reassure all Riverlander lords that thus agreements made with them stand as they were made in regards to shifting of borders and titles.
-[X] Also send some food and booze to the Lads and the Frey armsmen who have been "hunting" them for the last few months, so that they can have a proper feast on the day of your coronation. This is absolutely not a victory meal for a guerrilla war they have been fighting under your orders and everyone suggesting such is a liar.
-[X] For their role in all of this, the Lads will receive 6 months of Legionnaire pay for services rendered, while the leadership (Benjicot, Tom Sevenstrings, etc.) can either look forwards to gainful employment in SD or a retirement package of their choosing (minor titles, private estates, simple cash payout, etc.)

Ha! That is the future Duchess of the Runestone province Edmure, while you are the heir of a mere count. She is of superior rank to you now.
Hell, Oberyn is a Duke (Count? What did we give him again?) ruling over part of the Rhoyne now. The Martells and Sandvipers are going to be so fucking smug when talking to most of the Western Provinces noblity once the Pacification is complete. They really came out miles ahead of even the other loyalists.
Waymar isn't getting Runestone, his father already has an heir, and Waymar isn't the type to usurp his older brother.
If Waymar or Tyene wanted a fief, we would certainly give them a Duchy, but they haven't seemed that interested, if that change we can easily create a new Duchy level fief for them to rule.

Scouting the Neck: Having gained the loyalty of House Stark and by extension House Reed learning more of the fey of the Neck and other stranger beings proves far more straightforward than last month, much to Valaena's relief. Those who dwell in the marshlands remember the Hammer of the Waters and understand the dangers of courting with easterners wielding fel magics.
Though you are certainly not loved for the fate you dealt the Court of Stars, neither are you reviled for it, especially when Soft Strider revealed what fate they had in planned for the Seven Kingdoms. The fey spirits of the Neck are content to live in your realm and by your laws, though there are no grand lords among them who feel they must proclaim oaths of fealty and binding.
"Under the Dreaming Gods we have dwelt for time out of being, under the dreaming gods we abide still," they had told Valaena.
Scouting the Neck Progress Complete 19/18
Sweeping Sarnor: Patrols in Sarnor are going as well as could be expected, a phoenix and several verdant kingfishers were slain in an unnatural storm conjured by one of the last priests of Anu-Simurgh to retain both enough sense to scheme and enough of a grasp of sorcery to be dangerous doing so. The dead priest also managed to slay several lejnths in a clever ambush much to the fiends' frustration. Fortunately it was not quite clever enough to escape the blades of a vengeful company of Praetori who had the opportunity to test both their resistance to magic and their innate healing magics before reducing the dead mage to dust and bone shards. Finding the phylactery for disposal proved more time consuming than difficult thanks to the efforts of the House of Mirrors.
Gained 1x Lich Phylactery (CR 16; 13 HD) and 224 HD worth of lesser undead
It is from the caves beneath the Howling Mountain that you receive at once the most intriguing and the most troubling report. Far from finding only blind beasts driven by naught but hunger in the depths your expedition uncovered something far worse, a black worm festooned with grotesque mutations, from spines to lashing tendrils to wings that will never know the sky and appendages far stranger.
According to the commander of the Praetori the being had possessed considerable if utterly mad intelligence, managing to subvert several of the expedition's scouts and even one of the naga sorcerers with its chill whispers as it tried to lead the group deeper and deeper into the maze of caverns away from the straight path where they might be prey to madness, starvation and traps set over the long years. It had not counted for either the tenacity of the living Praetori, nor the cold calculation of the bloodmolds in the use of their contingent of undead.
The foe perished in the end, wreathed in arcane fire and pierced by spellsteel, and with it died the strange tribe of four-armed amphibious beings that according to some reports suckled the black bile that flowed from the worm's wounds. Though obviously capable of reason and wielding crude weapons of their own making these charda, as some of the more esoteric texts in your library name them, where obviously too twisted by their master to do anything but slavishly follow its will.
At the bottom of the report is a note from Qyburn, bringing to your attention how similar the relationship is to that between an aboleth and its thralls. Of course, one could simply have taken a different path to arrive at the same destination but given the prevalence of Far Realm influence in the caverns one might assume a commonality of nature, not only form.
OOC: I tried to summarize as much as possible, also cutting out detailed death figures because they don't really do anything but force you guys to vote for resurrection automatically, so I just look at the numbers and see how many chained resurrections it takes and subtract that.

Here's an edited version of the chapter, @DragonParadox.
[] Slavers' Bay report
[] Lannister-infiltration report
[] End of Ymeri
[] Q and Mar breaking into the Citadel
[] RAs. No count to them, fuck.
[] Infrastructure, Inquisition, Scholarum reports. Try mega-chapters covering one subject across the whole Empire, maybe?
[] We still have a bunch of miscellaneous actions, like Inquisitors investigating a particularly ominous rumor.
[] A few MAs of import to roll through before we start the Reconquest.
And then we can crown oursleves and start the Reconquest.
We'll be here a while.

Did we recover those mages' corspes in the Howling Mountains mission?
