Over a hundred years ago there was once a grand kingdom stretching across all the known world. Ruled by a wise King. For years he fought to unite the world under his banner alongside his two sons.

His sons where twins with the older twin having dedicated himself to the political field where he ensnared the minds and hearts of others with his words.

While the younger brother dedicated himself to the pursuit of martial prowess. Fighting the Kingdoms wars alongside his men.

But one day the King died having just finally succeed in his life long goal of uniting the world under his banner. As by tradition the eldest son was about to be crowned King. But the youngest was against it. Having traveled to the capital to hopefully talk his brother into allowing him to peacefully take the throne. Citing that he had fought and bleed for the kingdom helping to bring the last portions of the world into their vast and mighty kingdom. That he had a right to the throne.

The older brother just laughed and dismissed his younger brother's claim and told him simply "Knell and pledge your sword to your king."

The younger brother did not he simply throw down his gauntlet and told his brother "since you are denying me my kingdom I will take it by force."

With that the younger brother left the capital gathering his army from those still at the front in the span of a single Spring he managed to take half the Kingdom.

His brother on the other hand used this time to consolidate his claim and to raise Levies and hire mercenaries to stall his brother at the River Divine a long river that cuts the Kingdom in half that is only passable by several bridges. He bruned all but one bridge.

That sole bridge lead to the Castle Dawn Breaker. A mighty Castle that was built right on the edge of the river. To cross you had to take the Castle this proved next to impossible for the Men of the younger brother.

This lead to the creation of the Kingdoms Zanturan and Nackturne.

For the next hundred years the forces of both brothers would fight on and on until finally at the final battle for Dawn Breaker both sides where left with a fraction of their armies being forced to withdraw and enter into a state of build up preparing for a renewal of the war.

That was twenty years ago. Now a days there is talk that it might be finally time to renew conflict to finally unite both Kingdons into one.

OK everyone so the premise is simple unite the kingdoms in anyway possible. Be it political intrege, Assassination, Black mail, Open warfare, ect.

Now as to who you are you see you are a Major player a lord of one of the major houses in this conflict.

Now you will design your house like so

Name of your lord:
Heir:
Castle:
House Creed:
Location of your house: (Map is still being made so hold off)
Main Export your land has:
Main Import:
Banner:
Allegiance:

Army

Now for th purpose of balance and not having to make a fucking point system you have simply this. You have 80,000 troops divided into Infantry, Archers, and Calvary.

You then have 10,000 siege units of your making.

You also get access to 4 Special Units of your making that can be basically anything you can think of. Now if you want you can trade a special unit for 20,000 extra soldiers or 2,000 extra siege units.

You can literally make a Buzz saw flinging device as long as you can describe it in a fairly decent and not ludicrous way. So yeah sky is the limit.

Also as a word of warning do not expect EXTREME REALISM this is more for fun and to see how quick you guys can burn the world.

Anyway here is how your turn goes

You submit to me what you wish to do I will tell you yes or no that's it.

I will begin putting updates out on Friday and turns will officially begin again Monday.

Also tech level is this

Full Plate is reserved for elite units. Crossbows are very common.
You have siege cannons and rapid firing ballista
Very early muskets exist but are very new.

Most of your troops will be wearing Chain Mail.

Edit #1: Why did I forget to specify who is who

Zanturan is the Kingdom the Older brother made while Nackturne is the one the younger brother made

Also since I forgot about it as well you are limited to a export of two raw material and one manufactured

The Snow Owl
Name of your lord: Lady Anna 'The Snow Owl' - A recent and somewhat unwilling inheritor to her House, placed into a position of rulership by the deaths of her Father and Brother in quick succession during the war. Known as the 'Snow Owl' for her striking white hair and pale skin.
Heir: Lady Anna has no children (yet). Her current heir is her younger sister, Sarah.
Castle: Castle Larkwood, a solid fortress standing in a forest glen surrounded by redwood trees. While the castle itself is fairly small given the prestige of its owners, the surrounding trees have been turned into extensions of the castle, offering refuge and firing positions for the House's famous archers. The castle is deep within the forest, making it difficult to find for those unfamiliar with the area.
House Creed: The Forest Watches
Location of your house: (Map is still being made so hold off) Ideally a deep, shadowy forest, with plenty of mystery
Main Export your land has: Amber, Redwood, Good-Quality Bows
Main Import: Iron
Banner: A flying owl on a grey background
Allegiance: The Older Brother, Zanturan

Military:
10,000 Cavalry - Mostly light cavalry equipped for scouting, with about 2,000 Heavy Cavalry
30,000 Foot Infantry - Mostly Swordsmen given that the close quarters of the forest makes pikes unwieldy. ~5000 Pikemen
40,000 Archers - Some 30,000 Longbowmen, well trained and strong. 10,000 Crossbowmen shooting heavy bolts capable of punching through the toughest armor.

10,000 Siege weapons, mostly Ballistae, but the Men of the forest are skilled in the manufacture of Trebuchets as well.

Special Units:
3 Units of Yeomen of the Forest - Highly skilled archers, more than a match for any others in the Kingdoms. Also passable horsemen, the Yeomanry are experts at living off the land, ranging all over the kingdom hunting down trespassers and lawbreakers. Striking from ambush, the Yeomen fell their targets with pinpoint accuracy before retreating into the terrain, their skill at camouflage concealing them from pursuers. Yeomen are equipped with the finest longbows produced in the known world, and armored with excellent quality padded leather, as steel would be too cumbersome. They also wield shortswords and bucklers in close combat, though they prefer not to have to use them.

1 Unit of Guardians of the Forest - Taken from only the best of the best among the already elite Yeomen, these warriors have learned the deepest secrets of the lore of the forest, passed down from master to apprentice for generations. Like whispers in the night, the Guardians can pass unseen and unheard through the wilds, leaving no trace of their presence. Learned in the ways of the bow and sword, a Guardian can kill in a myriad of different ways, but are not limited to their weapons. They have a deep knowledge of Herbs and Potions that allows them to brew both healing draughts and deadly poisons, among other things. Perhaps their most important duty is managing the vitality of the forest, and in service of this, the Guardians have discovered the usefulness of fire as a tool for rejuvenating the forest, and are highly skilled in managing and controlling forest fires. Guardians are armed with their choice of a crossbow or longbow, a sword and buckler, and are armored in the ubiquitous 'Greensteel', a rare type of steel with a distinctive dark green hue, that allows them to stay concealed in the forest without sacrificing armor.

The Warmachine
Name of your lord: Lord Johanson Ronagol, The Warmachine.
-One of the few more Martial houses to side with the Elder Brother, he views the attempted MIlitary Coup the Younger Brother launched as a breach of Honor and little more than blatant greed. His house formed the hardened core of the Elder's armies, and his family knows that the Younger's nation will have better professional soldiers than they will. So he has devoted his lands to Industry, making sure that the Soldiers of Zanturan will have quality weapons and armor.
Heir: His son, Edward Ronagol.
Castle: Ironspine Castle, built high into the back of a Mountain Valley with a good half of the fortress carved into the mountain itself, and several defensive points connected by Tunnels up on the walls of the valley, nearly unreachable from the valley floor. The full extent of the tunnels and passages is unknown to anyone outside the House.
House Creed: Duty. Honor. Sacrifice.
Location of your house: Square 35-12, in the Peaks Vascone
Main Export your land has: Coal, Raw Metals, Good Quality Mass-Produced Arms and Armor.

15,000 Knights of the Realm, wearing Full Plate Armor and wielding Lances and Arming Swords alongside Kite Shields. Their Mounts are fully Armored as best they can be.

Siege Engines:
100 Siege Cannons, though we are attempting to make them more effective and mobile
200 Catapults, which fire primitive Artillery shells, consisting of either
-a Clay Canister filled with Tar that has a burning rag attached to it (incendiary)
-a iron ball with spikes on the outside to minimize Rolling filed with Gunpowder that has a fuse lit before firing (explosive)
200 Swarmer Balistae, which fire clusters of bolts that separate mid-flight to create a hail of projectiles.
100 Siege Towers
400 Scorpion Balistae, small 2-man weapons that are highly mobile with a fast-ish firerate.

Special Units:
3 Units of Grenadiers: Consisting of 600 men each, they are clad in Half-Plate armor and carry the most advanced Muskets available into Battle, alongside Shortswords and Primitive Grenades, both in a Fragmentation and Incendiary design. They are the most Elite of the Elite among the Warmachine's infantry forces, with only the Thunder Riders being viewed with higher esteem.

1 unit of Thunder Riders: The Living Avalanche. The Glorious 800. The Best of the Best of the House's Knights, the Thunder Riders go into battle not on Horseback-but astride Rhinoceroses clad in chain and thick steel plates. The armor and weapons of both Rider and Mount is made from the rare and powerful Brightsteel, forged from unique black ore found deep in the mountains. Stronger and yet Lighter than normal steel, it makes the highly-trained Riders even more lethal. The Knights themselves wear brilliant full-plate armor, and carry Lances and unique hand-weapons (Swords, Axes, or Maces) into battle: each Knight's personal weapon a work of art and unique to them, the weapons as famous as the Men (and women) who wield them.

Kinda want to join this game but looking it over.
Doesn't 10 000 siege units be a bit too much maybe like 1 000 but that's still a lot...

OK first off the map is almost ready and hopefully I'll have it hear for you to see within the next day or so.

Second I'll be adjusting army sizes specifically siege units to better balance gameplay.

Third turn 1 will start Monday. The IC will go up on Sunday so that everything is nest and orderly

Can I claim northern Suia and parts of eastern Jin?

Also I have a question, how does a single river enter into the sea at two different points on the opposite side of a continent while still being a freshwater river and not a saltwater channel?
