A Dimensional Tinker Screw up ( Worm/X-Overs)

Interlude: Vista after her run
Vista regretted everything, her body was aching, her joints felt like they were about to fall off and most of all, she had to drag Shadow Stalker back to the PRT Section of the refugee area which wasn't fun, even if it was hilarious to see little Vista dragging the shadowy and scary Shadow Stalker back to base, but it just added more pain to her body.

Add to the fact that she just learned that she does did what is basically what the average Infantrymen in the Commonwealth is expected to do, twice, thus all she can do right now is drag her body to the Ward's bunk room, after leaving Shadow Stalker to the PRT Troopers to be brought to medical, but she does wonder why Shadow Stalker has the word PERVERT written on her mask.

But alas that's for another day, for now she want to get to her bed and collapse in pain, because if that is what the Cadets considered Tortured, she doesn't want to know what the rest of the Cadets think of torture, because half the things they do, seems only possible with Parahuman powers until she remember that some of them are half humans at best.

So here she is in the Ward's bunk room dragging her body to her bed and essentially faceplants into her bunk which luckily is in the bottom and thus her body meets a military mattress, which to her aching body feels like heaven.
Her facepalming into her bunk got the attention of everyone in the room which prompted everyone to ask her.

"What happened to you?" Mostly out of concern of why Vista promptly collapsed into her bunk.

"Training." Vista replied her voice muffled by the mattress her head is basically buried in.

"Training?" Aegis couldn't help asking in confusion as everyone shared his confusion.

"Cadet…" Vista tried to say as she tried to stand up from the mattress so she could talk properly. "Ow!" She shouts in pain due to her aching body. "... training." She finished as she whimpers in pain due to her joining the Cadet's PT.

Why did she think that joining a Military Organization's version of the Wards on their exercise run was a good idea?

Chapter 9 Air Raids, Bombs and Pysch-Ops
By the early morning hours a massive air attack has begun on Brockton Bay, while no one has been going in and out, Military Intelligence, the CIA and MI6 has been sneaking into Brockton Bay marking every weapons cache, ammunition storage, storage facility and possible Command and Control point, and much to the despair of the Coil, his hidden supervillain lair of the canceled Endbringer Shelters.

In the Command Center at Hanscom everyone watched and saw the Air Forces doing work, guided missiles, smart bombs and JDAMs all hit various targets all over Brockton Bay, Brimstone and SPEAR Air to Surface Missiles targeted soft targets like warehouses, while the Dragon hit the hard targets like brick and concrete buildings, with Gorgons and Shockwave missiles destroying every radio antenna and cell phone tower in the city.

The Hammer series of guided bombs struck hardened underground targets, more specifically, Coil's Mercenaries, in which Armories, the Garage and vehicle depot, Fuel Storage, and Ammo Storage of Coil's Mercs found themselves struck by bunker busters designed to penetrate things stronger than the Concrete bunkers the Endbringer Shelters are made of.

And thus Coil found himself in a pickle when his computer was taken out by a Hammer Bunker Buster before it exploded below him, then another bomb went down, this one pure white, in which the power suddenly went out, all he can do is now curse as his entire defence and security is gone, especially since this would include the self-destruct charges.

Hookwolf died in his usual place, the dog fighting ring in one of the E88s warehouses, the Brimstone and SPEAR missile got a direct hit on him because he was standing at the centre of the warehouse, where yesterday a few crate of old M16A1s and the accompanying 5.56 Ammunition was placed before it was cleared out for last night's dog fighting tournament.

Then the big one was Kaiser hearing that one of his caches that was expertly hidden in a free clinic in an lower class district, the brick building of the now abandoned district is now gone, four guided bombs struck the place and razed it to the ground destroying all the guns and ammo the E88 had hidden inside of it.

In fact all the hidden caches, both E88 and the ABB, were hit by guided bombs, destroying most of their cache of guns and ammunition, Lung himself was lucky that he pulled back most of his members and all the guns and ammunitions they could grab before the bombs struck, that stayed into the core territories, making sure that they have all the firepower needed to defend themselves from the E88.

The Merchants have the worse luck, they were all in the warehouses and abandoned buildings where the various gangs were both storing their guns and ammunition in both open and hidden caches, thus many of them died, especially Skidmark who was unfortunately high on top of an old E88 cache from Allfather's time.

Squealer herself was actually in the Trainyard trying to fix her baby when the the bombs drop, so she survived but had now lost all supply of drugs since most of the Merchants all died with their own drug, gun and ammo caches, so the fact she survived meant nothing for the next few days, as more bombs and missiles struck the city.

For Lung who wasn't as stupid as many expected was actually paying attention, using runners and such to get people out of the city but by the time the last evacuation convoy left, he found himself with a bunch of people unable to leave as they are refugees from the CUI thus he was force to conscript them to protect themselves from the E88 and retreat to their core territory which is mostly housing and some commercial buildings both legal and illegal buisnesses.

Now cut off from the outside world, he gave one order to all, surrender to the Military when they arrived, but for the E88, things are much different, for once they all found themselves in much more trouble than they expected, as they found out that the only safe place is the Medhall building in the Commercial district, as most of their territory has a lot of hidden caches of military grade weapons all over the place.

Thus the bombs hit them the hardest as casualties mounted and without Panacea, or many doctors as they all evacuated, they found themselves stuck with Othala to heal which is slower as the number of wounded continues to grow from bombs and falling debris, as even invincibility won't protect them from direct strikes.

For three days the Air Force conducted strategic strikes on strategic targets and on marked target then came the Tactical Bombers and Strategic Bombers, and these are not there to do strategic targeted strikes, they are here to bring the thunder, a massive bomb strike, as big as the WWII the Bomber strikes on Germany, in which many areas are turned into rubble.

Reminiscence of both the German Blitz over Britain and the RAF and USAAF Bombing campaign over Germany, hundreds of bombs are dropped over Brockton Bay, the massive strike creating rubble and giant openings, with entire buildings collapsing and roadways blocked by the strikes, water mains and gas lines already disconnected by the teleportation, are broken open when the sewers were blown open.

Then the next day the bombings became a mix of full on bombing runs or strategic strikes, as both more locations are bomb or just razed to the ground, for the E88 they found refuge in the city, where strategic strikes were more common than the full on bombardment outside downtown, Docks and Commercial District, but for the ABB they endured by staying put.

For the PRT, Protectorate, Wards, New Wave, Undersiders and Purity with Theo and Aster watched as the Commonwealth and the US Federal Forces unleashed hell on Brockton Bay, Strike Craft and Bombers pounding the city none stop, hitting every target of strategic importance or target of opportunity as was seen by the deaths of Night and Fog being struck by a Rocket Barrage and then bombed by a Commonwealth Strike Craft.

The massive bombing campaign has surprised the PRT, Protectorate, Wards and New Wave as they watch the city being turned into rubble slowly but surely, the amount of ordinance the Commonwealth and the US Federal Forces are dropping on Brockton Bay seems to be overkill but it doesn't seem that either the Commonwealth nor the US Federal Forces care.

For days they unleashed the bombs, and for days the bombers hit the city none stop, slowly turning many buildings into rubble as the bombs drop on the city, but at the end, they couldn't do much as the city they knew and grew up in, is slowly becoming a giant pile of rubble courtesy of Uncle Sam and the British Empire.

And on the first day of the new week, Phase II of Operation Law and Order was launched, this one was done by the opening strike of a 0.5 Kiloton Conventional Nuclear Bomb Strike on the centre of the city, as the Forces of both the Commonwealth and the US Federal Government array themselves for the attack, they all watch as the Tactical Strike Bomber carrying the Ordinance flew over the city and then, a giant mushroom cloud.

Unbeknownst to anyone poor Alabaster was in the centre of the blast with some E88 member, killing everyone on ground zero, as the Non-Nuclear Massive Ordnance Air Bomb detonating with the force of a small Tactical Nuclear Bomb, collapsing the entire district into rubble, igniting anything it could and unleash a massive fuel air blast at the centre of it, incinerating or suffocating anyone in the centre of everything.

After that, the Artillery barrage started, everything from the 105mm and 155mm Howitzers to the 8-inch howitzers, everything was being fired open as the charge commenced by the Armoured Forces of both the Commonwealth and US Military, the opening act is started by the Psych-Ops Platoons blasting a certain piece of music.

<Attero! Dominatus! Berlin is burning! Denique! Interimo! The reich has fallen!>

At that thousands of tanks charged in followed by APCs and a few armoured cars, the mass amount of armor is then followed by the Helicopters of the Air Assault teams rushing into the city, and like the Psych-Ops Platoons, the Psych-Ops Helicopters are also playing the same song, like angels of death, the helicopters prepared to unleash their payload of hell raisers.

<We stand at the gates of Berlin! With two and a half million men! With six thousand tanks in our ranks! Use them as battering rams!>

As the helicopters enter the city, the ground forces reach the outskirts getting sporadic fire from whatever surviving E88 members using whatever weapons they managed to scavenged, one of which is an old .50 Browning and an old Vietnam War issued M60 Machine Gun, the reply was the tanks and APCs firing their machine guns and autocannons into the machine guns nest as the tanks ram the makeshift barricades.

For the E88 this is their worst nightmare, as even the old Bazookas, some RPGs and their limited recoilless rifles they managed to get their hands on aren't enough to fight off the incoming force of Tanks and Mechanized infantry, some immediately surrendered unwilling to fight the massive Military Force with their rifles or whatever gun they had on hand.

For everything the E88 stands for, the fact is that the US Military and the Commonwealth Forces are just too much for the gang members, overwhelming firepower at it's best and at it's worse literal overkill, even Cricket can't do much against the firepower of a military force as the continued firing of machine guns and autocannons overwhelm the cape.

Cricket was last scene charging into the wave of steel over the barricade the E88 made to protect themselves from snipers and gunfire, the reply was machine gun, autocannon fire and an M1A2D Abrams crashing through the barricade as the Bradley following the Abrams immediately unload their payload of Infantry to secure the E88 positions.

Rune is stuck playing medic trying to pull out as many injured as possible as the military advances deeper the problem they are now having is not about the military but the fact that the Air assault force has manage to capture the Commercial District and the Downtown District, as the US Marines and Royal Marines landed and captured the dockyards, giving the Military more footholds into the city.

Interlude: ZF leads the way
On the right flank of the attack force, the Troops of Foxtrot and Zulu of the Tank Platoons prepare to do their charge by preparing every tanks for battle, this includes the traditional bathroom break before going into battle so they don't have to stop and relieved themselves in the middle of the battlefield during a battle.

"I've got, Platoon Leader cat with me." Quebec announced as he held up his cat which meowed in reply. "Yes."

"He got his cat with him." Digby chuckles.

"Platoon Leader Cat?" Soviet asked, stifling his laughter. "Is your cat picking the artillery locations?"

"Yeah." Quebec agreed.

"With the paw on the screen and like there, then 25 Americans died?" Soviet asked as everyone started laughing at the mental image then came the Battalion Commander, Rimmy going down the line ordering people to mount up their vehicles.

"Get in ya fucking vics, it's start time, let's go!" Rimmy shouted then he noticed the British Flag on one of the Land Rovers. "And whoever put this fucking flag out, I'll rip your cock off." Rimmy threaten

As they prepare to attack the city by taking their positions and lines of advance, Quebec decided to do something silly while they wait.

<<Tommy, go get on the front line.>> Quebec ordered on the radio with his cat meowing in reply. <<Go get on the front line, Tommy go on.>>

"You're ordering your cat to attack." Soviet asked Quebec, getting a meow from Tommy in reply.

<<Sush.>> Quebec replied to Tommy.

"You weren't there man, he says, you weren't there." Soviet jokes translated and everyone started laughing and commenting on the situation, then Digby noticed that some of the Land Rovers have their light on, when they are about to attack at dawn.

"Turn your fucking lights off!" Digby shouted, which caused a commotion. "Turn your fucking lights off!"

That when someone near the Land Rovers realized Digby meant them, as he turned and saw that some of the Land Rovers had their light on.

"HEY! TURN YOUR LIGHTS OFF!" The man shouted at the Land Rovers who turned off their lights.

"Thank you!" Digby shouted as people chuckled around them.

Then the order to assault came, with that the entire Right Flank advance in a hail of machine gun, autocannon and rocket fire into the possible first line of contact as the armored wave advance into the city in a wall steel, Challenger 2s, Bionix and Wellesley APCs and Alvis Saracen APCs rushing into the city.

<<Ah, 'ere we fucking go.>> Their Naval Artillery Forward observer called on net, then the sound of a can opening was heard causing some laughs.

"I hope that is, I hope that's regulation beverage you're opening there my Navy friend." Digby replied when he heard that.

<<I um… something like that.>> The Naval Artillery Forward observer replied. <<I've had the Navy boys bring it in.>>

A huge coincidence that this music is playing in my mix when I read this then noticed you have Rimmy and Digby adding to the ZF's POV, Perfecto! Really love the different POVs of this story that expand this more, seeing the bigger picture.

Replied on January 1, 2020:
I'm lost, is anyone else lost, because I am, and so much so I don't even…

Yeah, I'm with Kid Win on this one.

I don't want to be "that guy", but is a plot or storyline going to start anytime soon? So far this has been 20,000 words of "My grimdark world is so much more powerful than Wildblow's. Look at how his characters, technology, and world organizations pale before mine! Here's an exhaustive list of every facet of my combined military's equipment and ships, all in technical detail that'll mean nothing to a layperson. "

Seriously. I can't follow anything. It says its a crossover, but I haven't the foggiest idea what it's crossed over with. Characters and events and group names are thrown out willy-nilly with the assumption we'll understand. Not even Google is being useful at clarifying what of these things the author has made up wholesale and what is a reference to canon events of another series.

Everything so far has been building up to them "cleaning up the city"...which just got taken care of in like a thousand words and 2% of their armaments.

If someone were to ask me: "This story you've been reading. What the plot, who's the main character and what's their goal/motivation?" I wouldn't be able to answer them.

I can only imagine that this has to be a crossover with another, pre-existing crossover story, wherein all these characters and anecdotal adventures they keep bringing up are fleshed out in full.

Hopefully this comes off as more constructive than rude, but somebody had to say it. Thank you for your time,, but I'll be taking my eyes elsewhere.

Chapter 10: Coil met his match.
For the Air Assault Element going to the Commercial District they have another objective, while the Regular Parachute Regiments handle topsite, the Cadets are going down into the darkness of the Canceled Endbringer Shelter and deal with Coil and his Mercs, thus they went in for CQB Combat with Ballistic Shields with them.

They got up to the entrance of the Endbringer Shelter with thermite breaching charges, mostly to cut open the massive armored doors and prevent it from ever closing again, and the other reason is ventilation as the group is going to make liberal use of Tear Gas Grenades and Stun Grenades.

"Alpha Ready." MagicalGeek radioed in with his team, across from him another team of Parachute Cadets.

<<Bravo ready.>> Bravo replied.

Another group of Parachute Cadets are going into the Parking structure to secure the place and the other exit the Intel Spooks got, thus they are there mostly to prevent people from exiting the Endbringer Shelter.

<<Charlie Ready.>> Charlie Team report in.

<<Delta Ready.>> Delta Team report in.

<<All teams ready, Command has authorization, Operation is a go.>> High Command replied after receiving the reports. <<GO! GO! GO!>>

At that they detonate the Thermite Charges and let it cut open the massive armored doors, when the charges exploded, it left a massive gap for the Cadets to enter, and thus they threw in a couple of Stun Grenades and a single Tear Gas canister in the hole and let it explode, after a bright bang they rush in, finding the Mercs all over the place, those above are moaning and groaning in pain, while those on the ground are coughing due to the effect of the Tear Gas Grenades.

"Echo team secure them." MagicalGeek ordered the back up team as they moved in deeper.

<<Echo Roger.>> Echo-Actual replied as they moved in and started zip tying the Mercs.

The deeper they went the place became a maze of dark corridors as they turned and secured each room letting Foxtrot team to catch up playing rearguard for the two teams, some of the rooms are empty others have Mercs being caught with their pants down, sometimes quite literally too.

"Breaching!" MagicalGeek announced to his team via the Team radio, throwing a flashbang into another room, after the flashbang detonated they rushed in, this time the Mercs weren't caught with their pants down, they were ready and thus they quickly open fire, their rifles and the Tinker lasers weren't even scratching the Ballistic Shields or the armor as the Cadets return fire, 5.56 and 9mm quickly ventilating the Mercs.

"Room Clear!" MagicalGeek reports before exiting the room letting the Mercs they just gun down bleed to death.

As they exited the room and back into the corridor a squad of Mercs arrived and open fire, in which both Shields went up preventing the Mercs from having a clear shot, at that the Cadets return fired, this one deadlier as the Commonwealth Ammunition penetrated the Merc's body armor like it was hot knife through butter, quickly killing the Mercs.

"Hostiles down!" A Cadet shouted after the last merc fell, at which they continued their advance.

"Go! Go! Go!" MagicalGeek ordered as they moved in deeper.

Most of the Mercs that tried to challenge them got killed and no matter which part of the shelter they used they either were caught with their pants down or were killed by the Cadets when they challenged them with their rifles and tinker attachments, in which they were nothing but novelty toys at this rate.

The Tinker lasers are not even worth it against the commonwealth cadets' armor designed to also protect them from lasers, their other attachments aren't even useful against highly trained military soldiers, or in this case cadets, with high-tech armor and superior weapons systems, all non-tinker based tech, in which even the Mercs are learning the hard way during firefights.

As the operation is ongoing, back at base Director Piggot, Armsmaster, Miss Militia and the Wards listen in to the Parachute Cadets that were breaching Coil's hideout, Velocity volunteer to listen in to the armored forces, Triumph the Infantry, and Assault and Battery volunteer to listen in to the regular Air Assault force that captured the Downtown and Commercial District.

<<Hostiles eliminated, room secured.>> The serious and deadpan tone of a Cadet caused Shadow Stalker to wince as she watched the Cadet just gun down a merc with no remorse, but for the rest of the Wards, Director Piggot, Armsmaster and Miss Militia it was more both of a mix of horror, awe and jealousy.

Horror at how killing wasn't even bothering the cadets, awe at how efficient, clean and precise the Cadets are in executing their operation, and jealousy at the Cadet's high-tech equipment and the fact that the Cadets are allowed to join the operations with the Regular Military Forces instead of being sidelined or placed in support roles.

<<Breaching!>> They all went back to watching the screen and saw the Cadets detonating a breaching charge before the usual Stun Grenade dynamic entry routine hey have been doing, this time the Mercs are all cowering in terror underneath monitors and communications monitors that is eerily look similar to those used by the PRT.

<<NO BODY FUCKING MOVES!>> While Director Piggot, Armsmaster, and Miss Militia winced a little at the language used, the Wards were in awe at how quickly the Cadets quickly took control of the room and secured all the techs and staff working at what is obviously a Command Centre. <<On the ground! ON THE GROUND!>> The Cadets continued to order around as they checked every nook and cranny.

<<Prepare to breach.>> The cadets stacked up on the door to the other room at the far end of the Command Centre, the one closest to the door knob nodded and twist the knob before pushing the door open, in which they are greeted with a destroyed room with twisted computers, servers, and a massive hole on the roof. <<Room Clear.>> The cadet reported deadpan.

The Cadets then went back into the dark corridor and move on, the darkness becoming their ally as they knew the Mercs were on the way by their flashlights, mostly because the Mercs aren't trained in fighting in such close spaces and by forces who are as armored as heavy infantry but is as mobile as light infantry, thus they are usually outmatched.

The Cadets are moving as if they've done this before, movements are efficient, smooth and quick, nothing wasted, no hesitation and no issues, with every shot hitting their targets and none of the shots wasted, every action they did, they did it perfectly, in fact the way they acted makes Piggot remember seeing a video of Special Forces Operators on Earth Bet.

Which makes Piggot grimace when she thinks about it, who the hell train teenagers to be the equivalent of Special Forces Operators here and what the hell are they facing that they need that level of training, yes she watched the videos, but most of them are urban conventional combat not a full on Special Forces Raid on a fortified building.

<<Moving on the main office.>> The monotone Cadet voice reported, as the screen showed the Cadets stack up on a door literally marked management.

<<Prepare to breach.>> Another Cadet replied as he placed the breaching charge on the door and the door knob, they moved into a safe distance and detonated charges with a simple call. <<BREACHING! BREACHING!>>

With a very violent explosion that literally threw the door in, a couple of Cadets threw in with flashbangs before rushing in as the flashbangs detonated, as the Cadets rushed in a single figure in a skintight black bodysuit with a stencil of a white snake curling around it, ran towards a door while a couple of Mercs open fired to protect their boss.

The Cadets responded lethally with their Carbines with expert marksmanship, one of the Mercs finding it much more painful as he was riddled from the legs to the head in gunfire, at that the group spread out, one started moving towards the door, at that the screen changed perspective to a few Cadets guarding an obvious exit door.

<<Hey, you know why are we here?>> One of the Cadets asked in a bored tone.

<<I dunno man, keeps me on my toes on what to expect.>> One of the other Cadets replied.

Before anyone can add in, the door was slammed open in which the figure now obviously Coil, since the Cadets has been fighting Coil's Mercs, appeared not looking at anyone but behind him, in which one of the Cadets closest to the exit decided to give the Supervillain the buttstock treatment of having a strike into his solar plexus.

<<UGH!>> Coil cried out as he was kicked over and step on, preventing him from getting up, another Cadet reach for the side holster and emptied it of its pistol, another kept his Carbine trained on Coil's head as the last Cadet reached and demasked him, unveiling the face of Thomas Calvert to Director Piggot.

<<Priority Target Coil Secure. ID confirmed.>> A Cadet reported in.

<<Roger, Priority Target Coil confirmed secured.>> The Commander replied.

At that the Cadets zip tied Coil's hands together and forced him to march out where all his surviving Mercs are being lined up for the prisoner transport that will arrive later to pick them up, thus they are all under armed guard as the rest of the Parachute Regiment secured the surrounding skyscrapers and fortifying the surrounding area.

<<Area is secured, we are now fortifying the area.>> A Cadet reported in as they started to create killzones and barricades.

<<Roger, relief column enroute, but they are facing resistance.>> Command replied.

All around them is a hive of activity as the troopers of Commonwealth Parachute Regiment and Commonwealth Parachute Cadets work around the clock to secure the Commercial district, already light tanks and APCs of the Parachute Cadets are being flown in by the massive helicopters of the Commonwealth.

The amount of firepower is staggering, especially for the PRT and the Protectorate, as the amount of firepower for a light infantry unit looked out of place, especially since no one realized the ability of the Commonwealth to fly armour into the battlefield and survived as they noticed that the forces of the Parachute Regiments are so well coordinated, they wondered if they did this before.

Why?!? it is the eldest trick in the book to fake being kidnapped, and he had enough time to stage everything perfectly....

Why?!? it is the eldest trick in the book to fake being kidnapped, and he had enough time to stage everything perfectly....
Because he was stupid enough to run away and not smart enough to realized he's not facing the PRT, rule of thumb in Police and Military Hostage Rescue operations: Everyone gets handcuffed, led away. IDed and fingerprinted before their Identities are confirmed.

Interlude: National Guard at war
Sergeant Ramirez currently wondering who the hell are they currently facing in terms of Metahuman, as he has to pull his head back when a 5.56 bullet struck the windshield of the Oshkosh L-ATV he was using for cover as the .50 CROWS continue to open fire at the Medhall building they are trying to storm.

While the outer areas of the City were basically defended by Cannon Fodder they are now fighting the actual soldiers or what is as close to soldiers the gangs can get, he could see the 4 destroyed Humvees, the occupants never managing to get out of the vehicles when the 88.9 mm rockets struck them when they rushed in.

"Come on move! Move! Move!" Ramirez heard shouted and poke his head to see men from the 69th Infantry Regiment trying to rush to the building closer to Medhall, seeing what they were going to do, Ramirez could only do one thing which was to provide cover fire, thus he readied his M4 and looked at the team, as they reach to a spot devoid of cover Ramirez immediately took action.

"SUPPRESSING FIRE!" Ramirez shouted as everyone unloaded into the Medhall building trying to provide cover to the men rushing to get closer to Medhall, hoping at least one of the bullets will strike the bastard and probably kill him.

As the men from the 69th IR were running one of them got sniped, it was the machine gunner as he fell shouting in pain and another shot hit him in the face killing him, but they ignored him trying to reach the building as the rest of their unit try to provide cover fire, but as they got close to their objective, one by one they got sniped each dying as they reach closer.

"Damn it." Ramirez let out a curse as he pulled his head back. "Whoever they got, he's good." Ramirez said to the RTO behind him.

"I've seen it." The RTO replied. "All assets are busy all over the city, we're on our own until one of them has secured their objectives."

"Oh son of a…" Ramirez started to curse.

The men and women of the 181st Infantry Regiment are trying to take City Hall in which the E88 has fortified to high hell, machine guns everywhere and a few old M18 and M20 recoilless rifles in which some of those recoilless rifles has knocked out their Stryker and a few of their L-ATVs forcing them to take the building on foot.

"I need another rifle team on the right flank!" 2nd Lieutenant West shouted as a rifle team quickly repositioned themselves on to the right flank just as another recoilless rifle fired at them hitting a disabled Humvee. "God damn it! Someone silence that gun!" West shouted in anger.

They've been in a stalemate in trying to take City Hall, but the gang is deeply entrenched and is basically creating good kill zones in an attempt to defend their new capture, thankfully it seems that the E88's Parahumans are not able to send support to this location so West will take every luck he can get.

The problem how is that he needs heavy firepower, and he can't get any due to the tanks being called up for Medhall as it is suspected all the E88's Parahumans are concentrated there while a Squadron of them are guarding the ABB's territory in case Lung and Oni Lee decided to do an attack when everyone is busy.

Thus he had to call in a flight of gunships to help him and command was apparently dragging their feet on getting them the air support needed to take city hall.

"We're our air support?" West asked his RTO.

"They just got here." RTO replied just as a slight of Apaches arrived 30mm autocannons firing at the building.

"That's our opening charge!" West shouted and with that order the entire line advanced in an attempt to overwhelm the defenders, which worked as the remaining vehicle they had which Humvees quickly provided covering fire with their .50 cals on city hall as the men and women of the 181st IR moved quickly before the defenders could get their wits back.

Before the E88 defenders can get their bearings the men and women of the 181st IR has entered city hall and the place has descended into a madness of close quarters combat, both gunfights and melee combat.

The men and women of the 6th Battalion, Bravo Company, New York National Guard, found themselves unnerved, they are in the Docks near the Azn Bad Boys territory and they haven't face any opposition from anyone from the ABB, in fact they've not even advance in as everyone is afraid of ramping Lung up into a giant Dragon.

Thus Lieutenant Parker couldn't help go around the perimeter and check on the boys, M4 on hand, he isn't going to let a mad suicide bomber get him if he can, and so far the perimeter looks secure but he isn't taking chances and ran to the nearest cover everytime he could.

As much as he is sure there are no snipers, his experience in Iraq and Afghanistan remind him better safe than sorry in this case, and he listens, thus the ABB watchers couldn't help and wonder why a US Army Soldier is basically running around the perimeter that has been set up around them.

As much as Ramirez loves tanks, he hates them when they open fire, apparently the E88 has taken over the surrounding building around Medhall in an attempt to create a 360 defence and has emplaced recoilless rifles up there, thus the tanks are busy dealing with the anti-tank teams that are trying to take out the tanks.

Apparently this includes Anti-Air Missiles as a few missile trails tried to chase the few helicopters that got too close for comfort, luckily it's an older model as it couldn't get a solid lock on the helicopters beside the unlucky bastard that crashed on the roof of the building across the building neighbouring medhall.

Thus they have a trapped platoon on a building no one can reach due to that damn parahuman and the E88 members that has surrounded the area making sure no one can get close to them, and it irks him, even if he's been relieved by the soldiers of the 108th Infantry Regiment, they are stuck waiting for more support.

2nd Lieutenant West sighed in relief as he leaned back on the wall of the Mayor's office, the fight for City Hall was brutal, they had to clear each room and the E88 fought to the last man trying to defend the city hall, and now at least the building is secured.

If this reality was more militarized and advanced than ours by their timelines and more organized and less grimderp than Earth Bet, why don't they have orbital assets or high/low orbit satnet, or if possible, refined and precise Rods of God deployment sat. As that medhall building should have been brought down quickly by CAS as it was really housed with armed combatants and making a killing field on the ground and likely equipped with anti air assets.

Doesn't matter how high of a ground you control, if you want to control territory you need boots down and assets on the ground itself. Combined that with not wanting to completely obliterate the city. It was evacuated to get as many civilians out of the line of fire as possible, that doesn't mean they're going to go completely roughshod over the buildings not picked as targets or held by hostiles.

There's also the case of do you really think the US would want a foreign power, even allied, dropping high power WMDs in their territory. 0.5kt is probably pushing honestly, especially for an anti-insurrection where they want prisoners where possible. Likewise while weapons sats aren't involved, that could be because they're more for dealing with potential external threats to the planet more than threats from the planet that can be countered with IRBMs/ICBMs and military forces at least primarily.

Even with good tech, getting weapons into orbit is a pain, plus many of them are probably limited to certain orbital paths or locations relative to the surface to prevent WWIII kicking off due to someone's trigger finger being itchy from something hanging around overhead.

With regards to the AAA capabilities of the E88, this is after getting hardballed by aircraft. Most of the heavy munitions are likely spent chasing things they're not designed to catch or were in the weapons caches and destroyed by the bombs/missiles.

Would there be some left? Probably. Would they use them? Yes. Do we have to write up full combats and death tolls? No.

Interlude: SovietWomble and the Tower
The Challenger 2 Main Battle Tank, nicknamed Zero Fucks, rumbled down the ruined streets of Brockton Bay, for all the things they expected to face, complete boredom isn't one of them, thus they decided to stop on at Captain's Hill to find their position and to head to Medhall, as Digby and Chinny are consulting the map Soviet and Cyanide decided to pass the time.

"Cyanide listen, can you tell the flavour of the Pringles by the sound of the tube." Soviet asked Cyanide as he shook the Pringles can.

"The Green coloured ones?" Cyanide replied.

"Fucking hell." Soviet replied in surprise.

"Alright!" Digby shouted as he and Chinny went back in the tank and buttoned up. "Marker E.I lots of…" As Digby attempts to read the Map in the Tank a truck full of E88 appears.

"OH SHIT!" That got the attention of everyone in the tank as Soviet started the tank. "Whoa!"

"Reverse, reverse, reverse!" Digby ordered as the tank reversed back. "Aaahhhh, what the fuck was that?" Digby asked everyone. "I didn't even see it."

"I've got no gun authority on that." Cyanide commented once he realized that they didn't have the authority to shoot at the truck as the E88 members opened fire with their M16s and M60s, one of them obviously trying to load a Bazooka. "I don't even know what the fuck we're doing."

"I don't even know going on, right…" What Digby was going to say was cut off when Soviet cut in.

"RAMMING SPEED!" Soviet cried out as he sped up the Challenger 2 into the truck, crushing the E88 members between his tank and the truck, and crushing the poor bastards behind the truck, killing them, then the truck continued rolling before crashing into something and bursting into flames. "Hey! Champion!"

"Well that works better than giving me gun authority." Cyanide quipped and at that everyone on the tank laughed at the ridiculousness of the situation they just found themselves facing before parking their tank back on the hill, just as the Infantry arrived to support them, as they stopped to provide overwatch for the Infantry now crossing in front of them.

As they waited for the Infantry to pass by them, they realized up on the horizon, what appears to be a tall tower on the horizon in front of them, and Digby had to comment on that fact.

"Does anybody else see the fuck off tower at 251." Digby asked the rest of the crew. "I don't know if it's destructable or not, bu we can give it a fucking go."

"It is, it is." Cyanide cut in. "I know it is."

"It is?" Digby asked before letting out an evil giggle.

"Eerrr." Feeling uncomfortable, Soviet decided to change the topic. "Can we have a conversation about the amount of money that probably cost?"

"What?" Digby perked up. "The amount of money that tower costs?"

"Yeah." Soviet replied. "Millions and millions…"

"I can see a gas tank the top of that." Cyanide added. "I see a gas tank on the top of it, anyone else see that?" Cyanide asked as he peered through his gunner's sight.

"Noooo…." Soviet moaned in frustration. "Don't shoot the multi-billion dollar solar power project." Soviet begged.

"Look, think of it as science. Okay?" Cyanide tried to persuade Soviet. "We're going to find out what happens when a tank shell interacts with a solar panel power tower thing."

As this is happening Digby is on the radio talking to platoon net asking about the tower.

"You're gonna get sacked." Soviet replied looking back into the turret unable to see what was in front of him.

"Eh, worth it." Cyanide replied and opened fire with the main gun.

"Roger…" Digby just finished his conversation when he felt the recoil. "Aaahhhh…" He was rendered speechless when he quickly looked at the Commander's camera sight.

"Eerrr…" Soviet is now uncomfortable when he realized there is now friendly infantry in front of the tank. "You just fired over friendly infantry you penis." Soviet called out at Cyanide. "Look there's two guys in front of us." Soviet points out.

"Oh whoops." Cyanide replied as he moved the gun to see the infantry using his gunner's sight before letting out a laugh. "Their fucking fault."

Then the infantrymen in front of them picked up a body that was hidden underneath their line of sight, in which they saw the inspiring beard and the Radio Pack on the infantrymen's body when he put the body on a fireman's hold.

"Oh shit! That was Katla?" Cyanide exclaimed in shock, realizing he just knocked out the Platoon Commander with overpressure.

"Oh yeah you…" Soviet snorted before continuing. "Is that Katla?" Soviet asked sarcastically before laughing out loud.

"I knocked out Katla." Cyanide moaned in shock and shame just as Digby got a report from an allied unit.

"Roger… Repeat, friendly spotters are on the tower, that tower." Digby suddenly said to everyone.

"Oh shit." Cyanide exclaimed this time in terror realizing what he just did.

"They're friendlies." Soviet laughed out loud, continuing to laugh.

"Whoops." Cyanide replied in shock.

At that everyone besides Cyanide laughs at the poor man's misfortune.

Chapter 11: The Last Stand of the E88
The heavy amount of firepower is something the gangs aren't ready to face, even the Wellesley APCs are worse than what the Gangs even think are possible, as the 105mm medium tank are tearing through the gang's roadblock attempts or any strongholds, as the Convoy of Prison Transports and armoured fighting vehicles fought through the urban maze to reach the commercial sector of the city.

That was very audible to the Parachute Regiment and Parachute Cadets as the fighting grew closer, which means the convoy is getting closer, .50 Cals and 7.62 Machine Guns are all pointed outside the perimeter providing security and preventing anyone from infiltrating the perimeter, in which the amount of firepower in the inner perimeter probably caused the gangs to rethink their life decisions.

Thankfully the gangs are all busy with the other forces blasting into the city heading towards their objectives, which are the Trainyard, Dockyard, Downtown and the Medhall building, thus the Parachute Regiment and Parachute Cadets are finding themselves with some quiet downtime of just waiting their relief to arrive.

Which is why a lot of the Cadets and Troopers are all finding a way to pass time, some are reading, some are deciding to take a look around the Commercial district, others are restocking their ammo stocks and for MagicalGeek, restocking his ammo stocks and eating biscuits with his platoon as they wait for the relief.

"The relief is here!" A British Para shouted, at that everyone let out a cheer as the convoy of prison transports trucks, APCs, tanks and armoured fighting vehicles streamed into the Commercial District, with that they load up the Prisoners into the transports and head out to join the battle in the rest of the city.

For the rest of the forces, they are now fighting the hardline fanatics who sees themselves as the new Waffen SS, most of these are the Guards of Medhall, with Flak Jackets and PASGT Helmets over their guard Uniforms, armed with the more modern civilian AR-15s and illegal M16A1s disguised as AR-15s, they open fire on the forces besieging them.

Some of the American Humvees are destroyed by M20 Super Bazookas the gang somehow have, unlike the cheaper M9s the Gangs in the outskirts had, the M20 is much more of a threat against the light armored cars the forces had, but unfortunately the gang also learned anything bigger than a Humvee and Land Rover has active protection systems designed to shoot down anything that would threaten the vehicle.

This includes the 88.9 mm rockets the M20 Super Bazookas the gang used, to which the APCs and Tanks show their displeasure with cannon and machine gun fire, which the gang learn to fear the most are the fact that most of the machine guns are now in Remotely Operated Weapon Stations thus preventing them from sniping the commander or loaders.

That is the scene in which MagicalGeek found himself arriving with the force of the Parachute Cadets and elements of the Singapore and British Parachute Regiment, their job now to take out the Empire 88's headquarters, Medhall, thus every available forces after securing their objectives will converge on the location, especially since City Hall is now HQ for all Combat Forces in Brockton Bay.

"Situation report." MagicalGeek asked the nearest soldier, a New York National Guardsmen.

"Stalemate kid, confirmed Victor is leading the defences, Stormtiger is basically mauling anyone trying to get in, Rune, Othala, Menja, Fenja and Kreig are probably still inside." The guardsmen reported in.

"Sir! Menja and Fenja are joining the battlefield!" Another Guardsmen, this one from Massachusetts shouted.

"Oh what the fuck." The NY Guardsmen muttered.

The two giant women are now throwing the wrecked humvees around like toys as all the guns in the area open fire on them, the problem is that no one has a way to aim for the eyes and the tank cannons are still bombarding the Medhall building, plus no one wants to use the ATGMs on the giants because they don't know how fast they are.

Moments later a crack almost the same level as the APC cannons echoed around the battlefield, a rapidly dissipating line of light tracing from a building well away from the field to where Victor's last known location was. The Empire's attacks stopped for a moment as part of the Medhall building crumbled away.

The two giantesses turned towards the building, only to end up doing a complete spin as a pair of fists, one blue, the other green, slammed into their faces, one into each, driven by a dive from above the building.

The pair staggered, dropping to the ground in a clangour of metal as two dragons hit the ground, skidding on their feet. The dragons shared a look and a nod, their faces hidden behind their helmets before a wall of stone ground its way upwards, cutting the twins off from support and breaking several Empire strong points, trapping more than a few thugs in full view of the soldiers.

A roar, backed by a crash of thunder echoed over the battlefield, the other dragons of 1st Dragons Squadron arrived, Ghrathryn sending dozens of shards of razor ice towards Stormtiger, accelerated by his own winds even as the others open up, 15mm, 18mm and 30mm rounds tearing through dozens of Empire goons as the rest of the Wing joined the fray.

"There's the Dragons! Attack now!" MagicalGeek shouted as suddenly a charge of both US and Commonwealth Forces rushed out and towards Medhall, with all the remaining Empire Capes outside of Medhall being taken care off by the 1st Dragon wing, the entire E88 gang are now in the fighting retreat back into the building.

The remaining E88 gang who are all Medhall security, found themselves being pushed back hard by the join forces of US and Commonwealth Forces being unable to mount any effective resistance against the forces array against them, if Coil's Mercs can't handle them what can the E88 gangsters who some are just trained as armed security handle a full fledge military force.

For MagicalGeek, Coil's Mercs are more effective and trained than these crazed zealot and wannabe Waffen SS Soldiers, in which they found themselves being beaten back by what they considered sub-humans, and for better or worse they found themselves outgunned by the combine forces of the US and Commonwealth Forces.

"I want a grenade in that room." MagicalGeek shouted when a stubborn group of Medhall security decided barricading and fortifying the security room was a good idea.

"On it!" An Virginian Guardsmen shouted before tossing a grenade through the open door.

"GRENADE!" Came the shout from inside the room before the explosion, at which MagicalGeek quickly poked his head in and opened fire with his Carbine into the room, killing any survivors.

"Go! Go! Go!" MagicalGeek shouted as they advanced higher up the Medhall building.

As they continued their advance, Medhall security continued to retreat until the fifth floor where they barricaded themselves in the hallway with a better condition M60 Machine Gun, MagicalGeek decided to call in a favor from the helicopters.

"Wildfire, Wildfire requesting firesupport on the 5 floor, strafe the hallway on the north side." MagicalGeek requesting.

Then a pair of Wildcat Attack Helicopters appeared and riddled the hallway with 20mm Autocannon fire.

<<This is Wildfire, target eliminated.>> The Wildcat pilot replied before flying off to wherever he is needed.

"Move on, we need to get up there." MagicalGeek nodded and the horde of US and Commonwealth Forces continued rushing up towards the Medhall floors and basically getting closer to Kaiser and Krieg who were stuck in the upper floors.

Up above, Kaiser and Krieg prepare for their final stance against the forces arrayed against them, for everything Kaiser is about and the leader of the most infamous Nazi group in Brockton Bay, Max Anders is not a Nazi, not a Racist and most important of all, he only wanted power, a power base, money and most importantly fame.

So when he didn't evacuate with the rest of Brockton Bay, he found himself trapped in the city, any attempt to get out has been stopped by the forces of the United States Government, which was a bad sign in itself, and he saw the Naval forces that had assembled off the coast and to his complete horror no one actually recognized any of the ships.

Now he is trapped in the Medhall building as the combined forces of the US Government and the Canadians are slowly but surely reaching higher and higher towards them and plans to use his powers on them once they arrive up here and with no way out, using his power to its full potential.

Krieg is more worried than Kaiser more of the fact that he can't contact Gesellschaft, which means no back up and no way to rebuild, and that's what worries him most, since E88's money and most importantly, manpower in terms of capes, thus when he realized that they are not on Earth Bet anymore he's worried about what was going to happen.

Thus they never realized that they are now the biggest concentration of Nazis that everyone said was fair game to target, in which they had been reliving the blitz for days on end, and when the forces of the US Government and the Canadians arrived, they hoped that their numbers and remaining numbers can stall them while the Capes dealt damage but now they are outnumbered and outgunned.

As they await the arrival of the Forces to arrest them they never realize that the forces that have been arrayed to face them, have orders to shoot to kill when capture isn't possible, that is how many times they have faced the PRT and their rules of engagements, in which they usually expect themselves being able to escape due to the useless transport system and leaks.

But for Rune and Othala, the PRT is a much safer bet as they stare down the barrels of various rifles and Carbines of the US and Commonwealth Forces, whose equipment looks like they are ready to go to war with the Fallen and the Mathers, and able to win with how advance and how sleek their gear look, especially the Commonwealth Full Face Helmets.

With the Commonwealth and US forces having breached the building, several dragons from the Riders of the Storm broke off the fighting, leaping into flight, heading for the roof of the building. Others from various squadrons joined them while the rest joined the invasion group, gunning down Nazis who were either too slow or too stupid to surrender on their way up through each floor.

Meanwhile the two battles between dragons and parahumans continued, the twins finding that even with their growth reducing injuries, getting smacked in the face by someone a third their normal maximum height but capable of carrying cars still hurt.

Menja in particular was regretting the fight after trying to throw a car at the green dragon, only for it to catch said car and use it as a club, on her head.

Wincing as she picked herself up from the crater, she wobbled woozily on her feet, blinking to try to clear the double sight from her vision.

Before she could properly focus, her sister slammed into her again, sending both of them to the ground in a tangle of limbs.

"This is ridiculous," grumbled Fenja as they disentangled themselves again.

Menja grimaced, barely getting her shield up in time to block another rain of stones from the dragons. "They're playing with us," she muttered, scanning the ground to see if she could find her sword or spear, which she had lost earlier in the battle.

She blinked as her sister charged past her yelling, only to go flying again, this time in the opposite direction as the blue tripped her with his tail before kicking her in the ass.

Ducking back behind her shield, she winced at the sound of that gun echoing again. She didn't know what it was, but considering the reason her sister didn't have a shield anymore was a round from it that had punched a massive hole in the metal.

Lowering her shield, she stared at the green, who was wearing armour much heavier than her own was normally, and looking completely at ease, instead of having been fighting for the last however long it had been. Pushing herself up again, Menja grimaced. She was certainly feeling the strain, especially after not sleeping for fear of being blown up the last few days.

Staggering into a charge, she braced her shield ahead of her, running at the dragon.

Her charge stopped almost dead as her opponent caught her shield, skidding slightly on the concrete before stopping. Strength against strength, she pushed, groaning as she felt her feet skidding and slipping on the tarmac for several moments before they left the ground and she found herself flying over the dragon to land on her back.

There was a loud clang followed quickly by a crash as her sister hit the ground next to her, blood running from a likely broken nose.

Pushing herself up, Menja yelped as lightning crashed down nearby, where Stormtiger had been the last she had seen him, thunder almost throwing her flat again, even as the two dragons ignored it.

Taking a hint, she pulled off her helmet and threw it down before offering her wrists to the two dragons.

It only took a few minutes before she and her sister were back to their normal sizes, hands cuffed behind them.

As she knelt on the tarmac, waiting, she could only watch in shock as the gold dragon dragged a rather well cooked Stormtiger, or half of him anyway. From the blood on the dragon, it was obvious who had done it.

I was gonna read all of this and try to give my review of what I think is happening. But like after the 1st 5 chapters it was a whole bunch of nothing. Even the curb stomp isnt satisfying because comes more as a command from God on higher ie You. I've commented to instead say.

I'm bored. This is boring....

I'm sorry.

I hope you at least have a good day.

Interlude: Guardsmen and Kaiser
A Squad of National Guardsmen managed to flank the Squad of E88 by going up the Emergency Stairs, as they fought through the floors to the top, most of the E88 Medhall Security fought with zeal only seen with the Waffen SS, the slog against them was hard but they were advancing.

It was then they actually missed their stopping point and found themselves at the Penthouse Floor, thus in the line of sight of Kaiser and Kreig, which the Guardsmen didn't know were in the room in front of them, thus while they were securing the hallways, two guardsmen advanced towards the doors of the penthouse office only to hear a metallic grinding sound.

As the Guardsmen looked around them to find the source of the noise, the two Guardsmen that were standing in front of the door got a nasty surprise.

"AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!" Both Guardsmen shouted in pain as a couple of Iron Spikes impaled them.

In reply all the Guardsmen open fired at the two doors the spikes came front, the Guardsmen continued to open fire as they pulled back their wounded, in response to their hail of gunfire a wall of metal spikes suddenly block the doors, preventing any of their bullets from getting into the room via the thick Oak Doors.

"We have two man down on the top floor! Need a Medic up here stat!" One of the Guardsmen shouted as they retreated back to the Emergency Stairs, unwilling to go through the doors again.

Interlude: Aid Station, SovietWomble tries to help
Since the battle is currently concentrated inside the Medhall Building, many units got conscripted into helping the medics, this includes the tankers of Zulu and Foxtrot troop, in which we all learned a very valuable lesson.

"Ok, we get to help the medics now, so I get to be a medic, never been a medic before, I've got my bandages, I've got my Morphine, let's see how it goes." Sovie muttered to himself as he packed a first aid kit and the medical pouch.

Now he's bandaging wounded Guardsmen who got a few gunshot wounds. "Sit still and I'll get you patched up." Soviet muttered before continuing. "Err, one more thing though, are you getting enough dietary fiber."

Then when he's banding a man shot in the leg. "Do you consider yourself sexually active?"

As a squad of Parachute Regiment troops marched up the stairs Soviet had to give medical advice. "Remember boys, only fools don't wrap their tools."

While Soviet is wrapping the injured foot of a Guardsmen. "Does your family have a history of Autism?"

Giving Morphine to a wounded Parachute Trooper who is waiting in the aid station. "I'm injecting you 55cc's of Estrogen." Soviet told him.

While talking to a wounded Guardsman who he just finished bandaging. "You know I thought that the Hippocratic Oath was a hip hop band."

While helping a Soldier bandage himself. "Okay, you need to try not to mastubating so much." Soviet 'advised' the Soldier.

While bandaging a wounded and unconscious soldier. "Do you get a burning sensation when you pee?"

Then when he met with Quebec near the Aid Station. "I now pronounce you legally dead."

"Could I get a second opinion?" Quebec asked Soviet,.

Then while bandaging and treating various Guardsmen, Soldiers and Paras…

"It's AIDS." Soviet told the Guardsmen.

"It's AIDS." Soviet told the Soldier.

"It's AIDS." Soviet told the unconscious Soldier.

"It's AIDS." Soviet told the obviously in pain Guardsmen

"It's AIDS." Soviet told the Para waiting for a medic.

"It's a gunshot wound." Told the Para that has been listening.

"Really?" The Para asked in surprise.

"No, it's AIDS." Soviet replied.

After giving morphine to a few soldiers. "Shit!" Soviet announced, getting people's attention. "I've accidentally given one of you LSD."

While helping a Medic treat a wounded Guardsman. "Sorry, how do you spell Placebo?"

After giving a Para a few pills of painkillers. "Don't mix prescription medicines... unless you're Heath Ledger." Soviet told him before realizing what he just said. "NO WAIT! Especially if you're Heath Ledger!"

After treating a Para. "Have you considered BUPA?"

When talking to the other medics. "You know I'm actually a Gynecologist." Soviet commented.

"Hah, I'm actually pretty good at the medic, I think!" Soviet commented to himself in a room full of wounded soldiers.

"I can't feel my legs!" One of the soldiers shouted.

"Yeah, I think I've found my calling!" Soviet replied happily.

"Ahh…" The other soldier moaned in pain.

Chapter 12: The Last Battle
For those on the 20th floor the shootout is intense as the ex-military members of E88 and Medhall Security continue to fight off both the US and Commonwealth Forces and the issue is that they are in a hallway without a clear line of sight out of the open skies, thus preventing air support from interfering without injuring allies.

"Someone got a corner shot?!" A NY Guardsman shouted down the line, in which someone actually replied back.

"I got it! Someone made a call for it!" A Singaporean Para shouted back, his weapon is a CornerShot with a 40mm Grenade Launcher.

"Then lob a grenade in there!" The NY Guardsmen replied, moving back and allowing the Singaporean Para to fire his grenade launcher.

The High Explosive Thermobaric 40mm Grenade detonated in a literal fireball, as the fireball shattered the glass of the board room they are using as a rest area killing many and wounding the rest either by the explosive shrapnel or the flying glass from the detonation, for the E88 and Medhall Security Force taste what was made by Commonwealth R&D and now NATO Standard Issue.

"Corridor cleared!" The Singapore Para shouted back, and with that everyone continued their advance deeper and higher into Medhall.

For the joint task force climbing up, they will stop just shy of the Penthouse Office suite thus preventing Kaiser from using his power on them, but they will be able to pull of a surprise attack on Kaiser or Krieg if they try to escape down the hall, in which the amount of firepower they have will surprise Kaiser the most.

"Come on! Get a move on!" The NY Guardsmen shouted as everyone who could continue advancing and those who were wounded are being pulled back to safety.

The Parachute Cadets has set themselves up in the lower floors guarding prisoners and operating the triage area to tend to the wounded as more Commonwealth and Federal Forces flow in, this time more Parachute Regiment Troopers, which the heavy duty Light infantry shock troops marched by the captured and wounded E88 members as they march to the top to support the remaining National Guardsmen and Paras fighting above.

Rune and Othala found themselves handcuffed and placed in an conference room separated from the rest of the E88 and medhall security, with obvious security in the from of Cadets wandering with fingers on the triggers of their weapons, looking ready to gun down any trouble makers or the ones that would try to attack them.

The world of Winds!Earth is much more dangerous and deadly for Parahumans, as they are already a world dealing with Espers, powered humans and the supernatural, and thus their ability to fight Parahumans is considered overkill at worse, over the top at best, and thus Rune and Othala couldn't even do anything to the Cadets due to the fact that they are full body armor and uniform, not a hint of skin being shown.

"Wounded coming through!" Came the shout of the Guardsmen as they brought back both their wounded and the E88 wounded.

"Looks like Menja and Fenja are in custody, Stormtiger is dead, medics declared dead on scene." Rune and Othala overheard a couple of Cadets walking by talking, either they forgot to keep to personal radios or it was intentional.

But that nearly broke them, Menja and Fenja surrendering they can believe but Stormtiger dead? It was beyond belief, but then again Hookwolf did die during the bombings, a lot of their capes died during the bombings, in fact most of the capes they knew died in the bombings, an entire gang gone due to the bombing and one cape and gang keeping quiet.

For everyone who overheard them that was the straw that broke the camel's back, the fact that Stormtiger died because of the forces arrayed to face them, nearly everyone had no hope of escape or survival if they even managed to escape, but for the Cadets, it's just waiting for news on Kaiser and Krieg, and maybe prepared the morgue van.

"Alright you two, in here and over with the other prisoners," a British voice sounded out, causing the two women to look up. What they saw shocked them, both Fenja and Menja being escorted in by a trio of dragons, all armed with large rifles and wearing heavy looking armour.

As the twins got close, they could see the damage done to their armour and bodies, Fenja sporting a pair of blackened eyes and a nose splint and both with blackening bruises over their exposed skin. Both looked exhausted, and Menja, worse, looked completely defeated.

The twins joined Rune and Othala, sitting a little away from the rank and file Empire 88 members, leaning against one another tiredly.

"Just the top floors left now," one of the dragons commented, glancing at the ceiling. "Wonder if they'll be smart or stupid, because if it's the latter…"

"Either way, this lot's about done," the other green dragon commented. "Just the oriental gang left with real numbers, then seeing what's in the rubble."

The gold nodded grimly. "Gonna be a while before this place is habitable again, presuming the conventional nuke burns itself out in the next week. Guess people are going to be cursing whoever sent that attempted attack from the Nazis for a long time, dead or not." He snorted softly. "Wonder which death god got that lot, because I'd lay odds on them not enjoying the afterlife they wound up in."

"Yo! Kaiser ain't surrendering!" A cadet suddenly shouted, breaking their conversation. "They need some persuasion cause he just skewered a couple of National guardsmen!" The Cadet added.

"Rifle-Actual is requesting to use the gunships on the top of the building!" Another Cadet shouted, running past.

"I don't think Rifle-Actual will allow that!" Another shouted, chasing after the one that went past them.

Up on the roof above the penthouse, half a dozen dragons led by V'rentryth were quietly spraying gelignite into places where they could drop the majority of the roof on any fool in the penthouse without hurting those below.

"Rifle-Actual, this is Dragon 1-5, ready to bring down the house," she radioed as her companions signalled everything in place. Gesturing to them, she leapt into the air, wings beating hard to handle the extra weight of her armour and gear. A moment later the detonator signalled the gel ready to be blown.

<<Rifle-Actual, Dragon 1-5 you are clear to go.>> Rifle-Actual replied.

With a nod, V'rentryth pressed the detonator, watching in satisfaction as the gel went off in a series of explosions across the roof.

Signalling the others, she switched the detonator for her rifle and dropped. More than ten tons of armoured dragon hit the roof simultaneously, crashing straight through into the penthouse below in a rain of concrete debris.

Before either of the two occupants could recover from things dropping in on them, they were both surrounded with five 15mm War Dragon assault rifles pointed at each of them. "ON YOUR KNEES, HANDS BEHIND YOUR HEAD!" V'rentryth ordered. "GET ON YOUR KNEES AND GET YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR HEADS RIGHT THE FUCK NOW OR YOU WILL BE KILLED WHERE YOU STAND!"

The one in full metal armor creates a rippling energy effect as it creates metal, and a metallic grinding sound in which some iron spikes are seen to be growing, and by his body language much too slow for what he is used too.

V'rentryth didn't hesitate. As soon as she spotted the spikes starting to form, she ventilated the armoured fool. 15mm HVSAP rounds tearing through his armour like paper, which, when they can punch through armoured vehicles, it might as well be.

Blood, flesh and bits of metal explode off the man as the three round burst shreds his organs. Bone added to the mix as the other dragons around him hit him with bursts of their own, all aimed centre of mass, bullets travelling on and tearing chunks from what furnishings and walls are still in one piece towards the outside.

The quintet surrounding Kreig are hardly any slower. Instead of giving another chance to surrender, they fire within seconds of their companions opening up on Kaiser. Even with his instinctive use of his powers, he only managed to lower the speed of the .60 calibre rounds to around half their hypersonic launch speed. More than enough to tear him apart, spraying the floor with blood, flesh, bone and organ.

<<Dragon 1-5, Rifle-Actual! What happened!>> Rifle-Actual immediately asked upon hearing the gunfire through the radio network.

"Rifle-Actual, Dragon 1-5, the armoured idiot tried to spike us, we put both down hard," V'rentryth replied grimly. "They were ordered to drop and surrender and were warned. No allied casualties."

<<Dragon 1-5, Copy that, secure the bodies, Medhall is secured. Rifle-Actual out.>> Rifle-Actual replied.

V'rentryth nodded, gesturing at the others to start securing and checking the corpses. "Roger, out," she responded, moving to check the room for anything still potentially useful, Kalina dropping in at her back like always.

For those already forming up on the Azn Bad Boy territory, they were surprised when the white flag was already flying, and then a group of three, the man in the middle was a shirtless six feet tall man with a ornate steel mask that resembled a dragon, next to him is a man in a full black bodysuit with belt and bandoleer of knives and grenades on it, and a demonic mask with leering, fanged, ear-to-ear grin, the final man is just a random man holding the white flag.

Captain Bannon of the 6th Battalion, Bravo Company, New York National Guard, was the one who went up to see what was going on, and what he got surprised him very much, for they were ready to fight a dragon, and very much had signed their wills in case they were crushed and cooked alive by the dragon or bombed by the ninja kamikaze.

"I am Lung, and I wish to surrender." The shirtless man announced.

"Ok… I'll be forced to push this up the chain…" Captain Bannon trailed off as he looked at each and everyone of them. "But I will accept your surrender."

Standing idly on top of one of the rubble piles that had been a building far enough away to not be in immediate trouble, Shirone watched the trio approach the New York National Guard, frowning slightly under her helmet.

From the information they had, the ABB had two known parahumans, the leader, Lung, and the killer, Oni Lee. It looked like both had come to meet the military and, from what she heard, offered a surrender.

Honestly, if it was an actual surrender not a trick, then it would save a lot of lives on both sides and possibly more. Even so, she wasn't willing to drop her guard in a war zone, just on general principle, since that got a lot of people dead.

Time to see how people wanted to play this.

As many troops and equipment were moved into the area, a Colonel came to officially accept ABB's and by extension Lung's surrender, in which after then a horde of ABB Gang members all armed but their weapons raised above their heads started walking to the US-Commonwealth Forces, upon reaching the lines they let the Military Policemen and National Guardsmen to take away their weapons and be processed.

As that was happening Lung offered his wrists to the Colonel, who let the Military Policemen next to him to cuff Lung, at that the last major gang surrender, leaving the Archer's Bridge Merchants and maybe the Undersiders to be searched for and brought into the fold, as the ABB is being disarmed and booked for processing.

Making her way off the rubble pile, Shirone headed back to the Commonwealth portion of the force assigned to deal with the ABB, taking her helmet off as she reached one of the APCs with some rations available.

Grabbing some, she hopped up to one of the seats near a door, setting her helmet next to her, her rifle across her lap ready for use if it was necessary. Peeling the ration bar of its wrapper, she watched as the criminals were processed, her cat-like ears and hair being teased by the breeze.

Then came rushing in is a Singapore Light Strike Vehicle, in it is Cadet Sergeant MagicalGeek and his second in command, it was speeding pass the ruins and rubble of the city towards the Commonwealth Forces and such it was noticeable, when it finally stopped MagicalGeek jumped out and came running in.

"They found Squealer and the rest of the Merchants, they're facing withdrawal but she confirmed it! The Merchants are basically gone as an effective gang!" MagicalGeek announced rushing towards the Commonwealth Command Car.

Looking up from where she was sitting, Shirone arched an eyebrow at Geek. "So unless anyone is hiding in the rubble we're about done here for gang hunts," she said. "Last report on the Undersiders said they were only four strong, if they've sense they likely joined the evac, same as the Palanquin group."

"In that case we can start the clean up." MagicalGeek replied as he grabbed the radio in the Command car. "Hammer-Actual this is Scythe-Actual, reporting the discovery of Squealer and the possible destruction of the Archer's Bridge Merchants."

<<Say again Scythe-Actual?>> Hammer-Actual asked.

"Reporting the possible destruction of the Archer's Bridge Merchants." MagicalGeek replied slowly.

<<Copy that Scythe-Actual, over.>> Hammer-Actual replied.

"Well it's back to cleaning up and actually making sure the Merchants are dead." MagicalGeek sighed in relief.

Shirone shrugged. "Most likely are, they're supposed to be dockward mainly, and druggies, so most wouldn't be living it up, they likely lived in shacks, hovels or squatted with their crap, and we pounded that area pretty flat because half the guns and munitions in the city seemed to be focused in it," she pointed out. "Might need the dog and wolf units to sniff out the corpses though."

"True, well that would be up to the remaining forces staying to do that." MagicalGeek mused as he took a sip of his canteen. "But then again, it would be how much we can find." Looking at the plumes of smoke rising up into the sky. "We threw a lot of ammunition into the city during the bombing campaign."

She gave him an amused look. "I should hope I know part of that, seeing as most of 1CBG's aerial munitions seem to go through my wing, meaning me and Ghrath."

"Then I hope that you can tally up on Parahuman kills." MagicalGeek jokes, as he looks around. "Cause this is a mess to sort out, in fact it will be the biggest pain in the arse to dig through later." MagicalGeek paused and looked at the line of ABB Gang members. "At least we didn't have to level the entire city." MagicalGeek mused.

"Crusader by artillery, Hookwolf, Night and Fog by bombs or missiles, looked like Alabaster staring up at the CNB on one snap I saw, likely Skidmark and Mush in that mess," Shirone counted off, frowning slightly. "Ground kills for pilots count Victor, Stormtiger, Krieg and Kaiser. Cricket was from a ground unit. Pilot ground captures were the wannabe valkyrie twins, Rune, Othala and Coil from ground units, though Coil was by people who jump out of planes for a living," she added in amusement. She had been paying attention, since there hadn't been much action around, fortunately. "Haven't heard which unit found Squealer yet, but since you came running in to yell about it she's captured."

"Squealer was captured by the Australian Light Horse Cadets who were searching the yard." MagicalGeek replied. "They found her hiding in one of the old trains."

Shirone nodded. "Put her in for ground then, and obviously the surrender here," she waved at the people being led away, some of them, those that saw her, muttering about her for obvious reasons.

"Yeah, which would mean all the major gangs." MagicalGeek nodded before glaring at some of the ABB members who flinched when they were subjected to the Sergeant's glare. "Looks like this is not going into the Cadet's Channel."

Snorting softly, Shirone shook her head. "Of course not, it'd scare the neighbours too much if they found out this was the type of thing we handled far too often, much less the 'more interesting' encounters."

"Agree…" MagicalGeek trailed off as he got a look. "What do you think the Wards are doing back at Hanscom?" MagicalGeek asked with a wry look.

"Getting scared shitless probably," she replied. "I mean, from what I've heard the youngest of the group was trying to follow some cadets during PT, probably collapsed after it. The others, from what I've heard, don't strike me as real fighters." Shirone paused, frowning slightly. "Can't say I expect the adults would be too much better for the most part either, though Ghrath thinks that one woman, the one who collected the kids, might know warfare, didn't think much of the kids, bar maybe blondie, said she at least had grit, not like the rest."

"Which Blond?" MagicalGeek asked. "Because the youngest is blond, one of the males is blonde and there are few other blonds I've seen." MagicalGeek asked, looking confused.

"The youngest girl of the group," Shirone replied.

"Ah." MagicalGeek nodded. "The one that wanted to follow in our footsteps but was very much failing to qualify for Infantry?" MagicalGeek rhetorically asked jokingly.

Shirone sent him an amused look. "To be fair I doubt the world they came from has to deal with everything we do, and I didn't start as early as most, I caught up."

"True, I don't think the so-called Youth Guard that we've been hearing would even survive facing the Commonwealth Cadet Corps." MagicalGeek chuckled.

"We get into how many scrapes a week?" asked Shirone, her eyes twinkling in amusement. "I mean I know history, but there've been times I've wondered whether the Commonwealth trains young because we're dumped on or gets dumped on because we actually train for it."

"I think it was when our predecessors, which was at the time a meeting of both Cadets and regular kids, got sent into another world and became god." MagicalGeek chuckled in amusement, his eyes full of mischief as if he got an idea.

Cocking her head slightly, her ears standing up, Shirone looked at him. "Wait, which one was that? I mean I remember hearing about Vokunir and Solovaas, but those were technically from elsewhere crossing with us due to something with Elder Scrolls."

"I believed it was Rule 1 of The rule book of Things no longer allowed involving the Cadets after you misplaced them in another dimension and they accidentally became gods there Rule Book started after the Original 1st Cadet Battlegroup was accidentally sent to another world." MagicalGeek replied with a mischievous smile.

Ears flattening, she gave him a deadpan look. "I meant the names, not the fact they started that list, Geek. I mean, practically everyone in the Commonwealth has at least heard some of those rules, just due to how often we have to add more to them or to the variants floating around."

"Ok, ok." MagicalGeek chuckled. "It was Lt General William Jack Churchill, he was called the god of war, bagpipes and good food in that dimension."

"God of bagpipes…" Shirone deadpanned. "Did every instrument have a god or was he just lucky enough to find the one everyone with sense fears?"

"Well besides him, Brigadier general Mark Wavell was god of bugles and Cavalry." MagicalGeek mused. "Churchill was just lucky enough to find the one everyone with sense fears."

Face palming, Shirone shook her head. "I'm not sure I want to know what sort of idiocy that civilisation was coming up with."

"I tried to check." MagicalGeek chirped happily to Shirone. "The file was heavily dripping in black ink about the incident and civilisation."

"So black ops up the wazoo… hopefully it's a place we've not gone back to since if it's that bad," Shirone muttered, shaking her head.

"No, it wasn't black ops…" MagicalGeek trailed off chuckling. "It was because the tech was classified and that the Cadets and kids that got sent there also reported their everyday lives, which includes many, many embarrassing things." At that MagicalGeek had a laughing fit.

Sighing again, Shirone shook her head before turning her attention to the line of criminals, watching it shrink slowly down.

MagicalGeek just continued chuckling before walking back to his LSV Mk II to drive back to the Parachute Corps Headquarters, as he left, the Prisoner Transports arrived, the Heavy Duty Armored Transport arriving with the hiss of their heavy duty air brakes, the transports looks much more intimidating than the usual PRT Prisoner Transports.

"Get up and line up!" One of the Guardsmen shouted as they marched the Prisoners to the transport, with Lung and Oni Lee getting their own transports, for today the Battle for Brockton Bay is over and that Operation Law and Order has achieved many of its objectives, leaving the rest to the clean up and investigations as every Federal and State Law Enforcement Agencies will be checking the place with a fine-tooth comb.

Interlude: The Afterlife?
Well the Afterlife, after all the bullshit the Nazis had put Brockton Bay through with the ABB and Merchants, where do you think they got themselves into in the Afterlife?

Well, currently all the Gods of Death are using a Tumbler to get a name for the various hells and what punishment they would do to them… which is mostly ironic at best, cruel at worst.

Which caused a lot of betting amongst the Gods of Death.

"I bet I'll get Kaiser! 5 gold bullions!" Hade shouted.

"No! I bet I'll get Kaiser for 10 gold bullions!" Hel shouted.

"No! I bet I'll get Kaiser for 10 gold bullions with 10 silver pounds!" Anubis shouted.

And yes they are betting who will get Kaiser as Odin wondered why the hell are the Gods of Death so insistent on getting Kaiser.

Chapter 13: Epilogue
It has been nearly three weeks after Operation Law and Order, the Forces of the Commonwealth have mostly pulled back, leaving only the Military Police and Combat Engineers to help the National Guard, and Federal and State Law Enforcement Agencies on the clean up, as they search for anyone dead or alive amongst the rubble, which made the K9 units busy.

Thus as the Federal and State Government are busy pouring funding to clean up the city and try to find a way to return the city to normality most of it in terms of attracting investment and businesses back to the city that has been struck by the literal might of both the Commonwealth and US Military in which the gangs of the city learned to fear.

For now it has been the start of the Drawdown of the Commonwealth Forces starting with the Cadets, 2CBG has already packed up and went back North to Canada, leaving 1CBG back at Hanscom as they took down and pack up the remaining Command equipment, ammunition and spares for their flight back to their respective countries.

In which the people of Brockton Bay, New Wave, PRT, Wards and Protectorate, are now watching the draw down and saw just how big the 1CBG actually is, the sea of camouflage uniforms on teenagers with their coloured berets, Infantry, Paratrooper Maroon, Armoured Black, Mechanized, some Sailors, Pilots, and even what looked like Special Forces berets by their beige or tan berets, with some Scottish units with their Glengarry and Klits.

On a stage before the sea of cadets looks like what appears to be a band with bagpipes, then the song starts, with the bagpipes starting it off.

"… Fallen souls in fields afar, Eternal hearts of fire, Rows and rows of endless ghosts,

Their memories inspire, Dreams of glory, dreams of war, A generation died, Through the trenches, hear their songs, And wear their badge with pride…"

At that everyone suddenly realized why the cadets are all there, it's a farewell show, a show to show thanks to the Cadets who helped in the battle, the song while more on the rock genre has such inspiring lyrics that some of the Brocktonites couldn't help but be swayed with the song.

For the Brocktonites they didn't realized when the song started, all the cadets started to sing with the band, thus as they sway with the song, the Cadets continued to sing with the Band and the song that reminds people of Remembrances Day, thus the song has a more haunting and inspiring feel as the song continued.

"Photographs of sons long gone, A dusty picture frame, Crosses stand on foreign lands, Their memories never fade, Fields now green which once were scarred…"

As the band continue the song the Brocktonites doesn't realized the entire thing is being recorded for the Cadet's Channel, but for now they are just happy that the entire thing is over and that they could go home to rebuild their city safe from gangs and such, safe from the dangerous Parahuman gangs that might move in.

"We'll raise our flag high for the heroes, Lost In time, Heroes lost In time, Heroes lost In time, Heroes lost In time..."

As the song ends, the area is suddenly full of cheering as the Cadets and the Brocktonites cheered, as the band packed up and left, the cadets also left to do their final packing in their preparation to go home, all of them from the Army, Air Force and Navy all quickly work to get packed up and ready to depart from the US.

At the end of the day, all the Cadets besides the RAF Pilots are all lined up in formation with their transport lined up in front of them, the Cadets are no longer in camouflage but in their dress uniforms, the sea of camouflage is now a sea of colours, nearby is the USAF Brass Band ready to play whatever music for the beating retreat of the Cadets.

Then the USAF Brass Band started, the song they are the British Grenadiers and the Cadets started marching in formation towards their respective Gentle Thunder Heavy Airlifters, leading them are the standard bearers with their respective national flags as standards showing which cadet came from which country as they march.

As the Cadets all entered their respective transport the brass band stop and changed the song, mostly due to the aircraft now lining up ready to take off and take their passengers back home and thus I Vow to Thee, My Country rang across the airbase as the Gentle Thunders took off into the bright blue sky, bringing their weary passengers home.

Trying not to repeat mistakes
A Month after the Battle of Brockton Bay, the city is coming back to life slowly but surely.

BMPSD Agent Kandomere walks through the ruined city of Brockton Bay escorting him are Heavily armed BMPSD ERT Officers, he's going to the centre of the CNB Blast courtesy of the bombers of the Royal Canadian Air Force, where the Parahuman Alabaster is reportedly still there.

So his escorts came with Riot Containment Foam which can contain a rampaging Battleship, thus a Parahuman with the power to restore himself to a pristine condition at set intervals of 4.3 seconds wouldn't able to fight it off, especially since Riot Containment Foam is similar to the PRT's Containment Foam.

There he saw Heavily armed officers of the BMPSD Specialist Operations Command standing guard over a heavy pile of rubble, triggers on their fingers ready to gun down whoever is buried under there, which by the moaning and groaning, probably their Parahuman target.

"So this is E88's Unkillable Parahuman?" Agent Kandomere asked the BMPSD SOC Officer standing right next to the pile.

"Yes sir, most of those buried are already dead, thus leaving this one." The BMPSD SOC Officer replied, his gas mask muffling his voice.

"Good," Agent Kandomere replied, looking at the rubble before looking back at the officer. "Foam and bag him, I want him locked up at Nowhere Supermax Penitentiary by tonight." He immediately ordered before going to check the other places where the reported Parahumans either died or reportedly survived.

The BMPSD ERT Officers started digging the rubble, just enough to expose Alabaster to fresh air and the Riot Containment Foam sprayers of the BMPSD ERT Officers.

Unlike the PRT of Earth Bet, Agent Kandomere will make sure these Parahuman understand that they can not escape, as this is not the Parahuman Response Team, the BMPSD is worse, much like their counterpart in theSupernatural/Paranormal Encounter, Containment, Tactics, Reconnaissance and Enforcement Patrol of the Commonwealth, they will not be able to hide from the eyes and ears of the United States Bureau of Metahuman and Paranormal Security and Defense.

While they don't have a Birdcage, Nowhere Supermax Penitentiary is the closest, build as a massive maze where trying to escape will bring them to the middle of nowhere, a massive desert where they are mostly likely to die than find civilization, thus escaping is usually worse than staying, in other words the US Federal Government is looking to make an example of some of these Gangs and send them to the Supermax designed to hold Metahumans and the Paranormal.

Hopefully this will be enough for their first interdimensional prisoner.

This is a lot of fun but I'm sort of left wondering where you are going with this. Yes it's a lot of fun to bulldoze the setting it's a pain in the ass half the time and some flat out military response is cathartic. But it feels like this is half or more PHO. it's a bit like making a meal from crumbs... er no bad metaphor... ummm. Ergh this is tricky. You're info dumping right now, which is fine because we need it, but there is so much being thrown at us I doubt I'll remember the important bits without characters to associate it all with. I don't know what you're planning at all so once BB's been wiped clean... what's the new hook?

is Taylor a cape yet? Will the Wards and Protectorate get rolled into an existing agency? Are they all going to be scarred off by the super badass vibe you are pushing so hard. Does Coil survive this shit and keep up his usual games?

No I'm not actually expecting you to answer these now in thread that would ruin the surprise. Just, ya know what I'm thinking about as I've been reading this.

Edit: ignore literal all of this. Something in my phone spazzed and I was only seeing the first four posts until my comment went through. No idea what that was about but when I saw epilogue as a threadmark I knew Something wasn't adding up.
