Someone reported chapter 33 -- the one about the unification of the Mass Effect earths. So now apparently they're doing a review of the story which can apparently take up to a week.

All we can do is wait.

It's silly that this is happening at all, but let's at least try to have faith in the moderation team. Theirs is a thankless job.

I haven't asked and I'm not going to risk upsetting them with loophole nonsense for now. I've still got the Google Doc though so worst case scenario I can just rehost completely somewhere like AO3 or RoyalRoad.

Sadly, no. The mods are silent and mysterious. I'll try pinging the mod who made the lock announcement later tonight to find out what's up if they don't act before then; I haven't gotten a response on my "ask a private question" post I made on Friday yet.

EDIT: Sent my request for status update five hours ago. Haven't heard back. :-/

It's been a week, and I re-read the chapter that I believe triggered it and....cannot fathom what is taking them so long.
