Ahah, I see. So the list is really a way of knowing what players are still able to sacrifice their first-born children for luck-fuel. Genius, you'll know exactly who to target for conversion. Is Marked for Death worth reading? I've neglected it so far since (knowing the fandom intimately) 'Rational' in the title set off a few of my inner alarms.

Started reading it ~10 minutes ago, already realized the reasons I avoided it were inapplicable. 'Rational' had me drawing mental comparisons to the many munchkin-powerwank-Naruto stories based in 'rational' approaches to gaining power. I'm ashamed to have made the rookie assumption mistake.
