I admit, I am playing the Protectorate and the PRT as being a bit Lawful Stupid so that it'll be more fun to beat on them should you guys ever choose a full-on villain route, but I do have a justification for things turning out like this.

But as it is, Sophia's social worker is still covering for her, the school still thinks Taylor is a troublemaker and Sophia is merely a victim, Armsmaster was called in because he heard that a Ward got zapped, and found the joy-buzzer to prove it, and according to Shadow Stalker and the school staff, Sophia doesn't have a problem with Taylor.

The way Armsmaster sees it, there's nothing really to investigate, and Robotnik!Taylor didn't waste time berating Sophia or protesting her innocence when she was talking to him to make him think there was cause to investigate, because past experience has taught her such things are useless, and there's the fact she really did destroy school property to make a weapon to attack a Ward.

Sophia's on thin ice, of course, since if she has to lie right to Armsmaster's face, she's going to be in trouble.

Do you have any problem with my write-in? It seems something GENIUS INTELLECT would do to show that she isn't just some simpleton capable of direct solutions, so it should work with our ego...

While yes that could happen she could also just lie and say it wasn't her fault. Trigger events can be done from simple things like lots of stress, so she could get away with saying she just said some mean things to her once. Which would fool the lie detector as well. Saying attempted murder makes them forced to look into the situation because Kid Win atleast will want to know if his team mate tried to kill someone.

But thats just my read on the characters, figuring out how law works in worm makes no sense to begin with as if any of the cannon stuff happened in real life peoples heads would be rolling.

The moment it comes to their attention that Sophia was our trigger event, she is done for. There is no path were Armsmaster wouldn't immediately ask Sophia what the trigger event in question was, even if we for some reason didn't elaborate when Kid Win gives the customary "Wait, she is your what?!"

I mean the thing is she could still lie about it and trigger events are a grey area parole wise so the PRT might even look over it in favor of keeping her. attempted murder is a direct violation of parole and needs not only the lie detector but a actual investigation. You gotta also factor in Taylor's reputation as a bad student.Armaster asks her did she trigger her and she can just say no. As she doesn't know if she did it's not a lie. Also with my option it says she made her trigger and attempted to kill her.

Besides, we are almost certain to go into detail with Kid Win and if Sophia tries to stop us... well, the only thing she could do would be more violence.

Don't have a problem at all, just explaining why she didn't make a similar explanation earlier.

Armsmaster is compromised since he doesn't like us so we can't bet on his lie detector. I don't think we want to go into full details though as it compromises our secret identity more than it already is.
I'd rather do something Piggot is 100% likely to look into
I'm gonna sleep on it though might change my vote tomorrow

The Protectorate already knows our "secret" identity. Your point is kinda moot.

Ok...putting aside the whole thing where they don't know/believe anything about Sophia's bullying of Taylor, they still know that they're enemies from the very incident that brought Taylor to their attention in the first place. If Kid Win has to have backup, then send literally any other Ward with him! Worry about her getting used to Sophia after she actually becomes a part of the team, not while she's still on the cusp of full villainy!

"Wow, Shadow Stalker, our perpetually uncooperative Ward, is volunteering to help recruit Robotnik. It's not like she has any incentive to sabotage the recruitment attempt after getting tazed and beating her face in!"

We have hardly any security so anyone? If the protectorate can find us so can other people. We don't have anything that stops kid win from talking about our identity in the future either. The protectorate won't as they need the rules and Sophia won't because we can do the same to her. In a situation where anyone could be listening let's not say who we are. Any flyer could easily bug our place, or our neighborhood teleporter.

Still, I would rather go right to having the Badniks attack them, Sophia at least. Alas, we still need time to build up. Once it has reached a sufficient level, however, the only diplomacy I am interested in with the PRT and Protectorate is having the Badniks beat them all to a misshapen pulp.

Pancakes, you really are not getting how this world operates. Kid Win is not going to blab about our identity to anyone not already in the know.

Kid win is more the minor point. We are not in a secure location though, our base only has some robots protecting it. It's not that unlikely for the area to have people listening or it already being bugged. All we know is kid win and shadow stalker found out base why couldn't E88 ABB or toy box have setup surveillance.

Pancakes, we're doomed to be a dramatic, fun, highly villainous hero anyways. Don't sweat small things like phrasing for a vote. The author has done a fantastic job so far, so I'll be happy with whatever interpretation he uses. Besides that, Taylor is clearly not mentally sound.

Oh this is going to be like trying to put a match out by tossing it in gasoline. Possible, but not a great idea. Either way though, it'll be impressive to watch.
