The life isn't a drama, but a hot-blooded story about youth and friendship! It's all about falling down and picking yourself up. Friendships, rivalries, enemies, challenges, unlikely power-ups! Those are devil cool, aren't they?!
Indeed, for Kurokami Hirame, living large is the only way to live!
"As much as understand your enthusiasm, isn't applying for every club in the school a bit too much? Besides, aren't you a member of student council already?" a pair of red eyes look straight into mine, daring me to utter a single word.
"Well," I mutter, "you see, Mom…"
Instantly, I am forced to be on the defensive as the woman's palm breaks the sound barrier and connects with my face. Suddenly, I'm not standing on the ground anymore, and instead, feel my feet dangle in the air.
"I've told you it's Chairwoman Kurokami here," she mutters and lets of a sigh of disappointment. Since I'm too bone-headed to concede and she's too righteous to let that slip go unnoticed, we're currently in a bit of deadlock.
Still, what mother picks up her child by their head? Well, never minding that, this position is ideal for a kick or two. Here I go!
"Useless!" Before I can move as much as a single muscle, she slams my head into the floor. I roll back before she can seal the deal with a punch strong enough to break through the wood. Now is my change to…
"Useless!" she shouts again. This time, I feel someone grab my head from behind. "It'll be a hundred years before you can beat me!"
Ow! Ow! Ow! I pride myself on having a very thing skull, but now I feel like this thick skull is about to crack!
"Look. I understand that now that you're a freshman student, you want to try everything, but you don't have to do that all alone. Creating bonds with other people is incredibly important at this stage of your life," Mom says.
Honestly, I don't think imparting wisdom to your child should be done while holding their head in a vice grip.
"Hirame," there is some concern obvious in Mom's voice. "How many friends do you have now? And I'm not talking about admirers and such? Are there any real friends you have now?"
Real friends? Do I have any? Do I need any?
"As I thought," she says. "Now, you probably think that you don't even need any friends, right? I suppose I'm partly at fault here, too. This overwhelming talent you were born with didn't come from nowhere, after all."
Suddenly, I feel her arm tense up. Hey, what's going on?! Am I that much of disappointment that you really plan to crush my skull and start over?!
"Well, you're your father's daughter. I'm sure you could make a hundred of friends, if you really tried to. Maybe all you need is a little push!"
If by "a little push" she meant throwing my body into an open window, she was absolutely correct. Suddenly, I am in the middle of freefall. If I didn't know how to make a perfect landing, my legs would've been broken for sure.
"This is my order as this academy's chairwoman!" she says grandly, standing in the window frame. "From now on, Kurokami Hirame is the chairwoman of the newly-established Public Morals Committee."
This is what you saw. The superhuman chairwoman of the Hakoniwa Academy and her equally superhuman daughter dishing it out without any care about their surroundings. At this point, an event this odd was splendidly ignored by the rest of student body.
If anything, the only reason you noticed that is because you were instantly approached by the battered form of one Kurokami Hirame, her innocent blue eyes zeroing at you. Maybe, you should've run the moment she noticed you.
In long-term, that would've been for the best.

People seem to be going for minus, probably due to Kumagawa's infamous reputation, but styles are reality warping effects by default, unlike minus'. In addition, Minus abilities are useless in any other situation other than combat and make life deliberately harder for us.
Plus, what Styles might lack in power they more than make it up via versatility. They're the Paramecia Devil Fruit of the Medaka World meaning that we could potentially come up with some interesting usages for them. For example, Fukurou Tsurubami was able to send the moon hurtling towards the earth by using a style that activated upon his death just in case he didn't fulfill his goal of recreating a better version of his sister. It is no coincidence that the japanese word for moon "tsuki" and love "suki" sound exactly tge same when read out loud. So, basically, Fukurou was able to weaponize his yandere-like obsessive love over his sister into a world ending event.
Another style, the Contradictory Conjunction Style, basically allows one to reverse probability. By adding the word "therefore" in a sentence, this style makes the lowest outcome of an action into reality. For example, "This cage is made of diamond, therefore I can break it." Or "This object is moving through another dimension, therefore I can affect it. Or even "I am infinitely weaker than you, therefore I can defeat you."

Also, one small nitpick @Tada Taro, but at the end of the manga, every single member of the main cast had lost their powers, as exemplified by Medaka being able to approach animals.

That is correct. Technically speaking, Medaka Kurokami no longer in possession of an Abnormality known as the End. It is impossible for her to learn and master someone's skill. That said, I don't think she ever showed that she's capable of that. Still, even if she doesn't have the End, Medaka Kurokami is strong. That's what I think.

Yeah, sorry, I disregarded the part where the skill's description states that Medaka can't learn skills outside of her physical limits so I thought The End was enabling her to learn, use and master skills. My Bad!
Edit: While on the subject of Styles, @Tada Taro, will we be using original styles? Because Fukurou was the sole creator of all of the named Styles in the manga, meaning that there's plenty of room left for other original styles to be created.
