[X] The main base in the Undercity. It's the furthest away from where Ahsoka will come into the Undercity but it is undoubtedly the most secure location and it would make it easy to ship Ahoska off-world if things came to that. All they'd have to do is make it there.
 
So I just kind of left whatever music I was already listening to on when I noticed that this updated, and in retrospect, Wake Me Up Before You Go Go might not have been the best background music for this update.
 
If we're going to take Ashoka to the Diamond Deception, then Ciaran must be tending to the bar in her old disguise. Imagine the scene that Tarkin finds the bartender suspect and order her arrest with no reason except his xenophobia. (Ciaran subtly stirred him up with words to that effect.) Then comes the big scandal as a man Palpatine openly supported not only shows himself to be xenophobic (and a big asshole), but also arrested Lady Ciaran while she was doing her old work to keep herself grounded and humble (people will eat that up). And of course Ciaran will use this scandal to steal quite a lot of Republic systems for the CNS. We already took so many systems from the CIS, time to take from the Republic.
 
[X] Ciaran and Thrawn. It will take them some time to track down Ahsoka given that they weren't immediately nearby but they can easily convince her to come with them and they can handle themselves. That being said anything could happen before they reach her...

[X] Borvo's palace. Whoever's after Ahsoka hopefully wouldn't dare to earn the ire of the Hutts, and besides that the building is very secure between the systems installed by its previous owner, the new ones Borvo added, and the Watcher security. It's closer than the base in the Undercity but still a ways away.

this presents the most safety margin for getting Ahsoka to both listen to us and get her to where she can't be touched..... also because i love Thrawn and Borvo hasn't been involved in things for a while

[X]write-in: Diamond Deception then onto some random Agent's apartment. We have plenty of people we can have 'loan' us a cot that just randomly picking someone on the roster at the cantons should muddle the trail immensely. And there shouldn't be anything to label the DD as a specific interest without knowing about Ciaran and Anakin's connection there.
 
Oddly enough, the Diamond Deception is probably the safest option. I mean she's obviously being tracked, so wherever she goes is going to get attacked, but anyone capable of tracking someone through the Undercity knows enough about the area to know that the Diamond Deception isn't a destination. It's a meeting place. It's not like those secure rooms and discreet entrances are actually a secret to anyone in the know, half the major players on Coruscant have made use of them at one point or another. Obviously she's only passing through to try and find help. Then we just find the damn tracker and chuck it down a vent shaft.

If her cover is blown, so be it. But we need the punch Asajj can deliver when Ahsoka is inevitably tracked down. And I am not entirely convinced Arla is safe here. I would not put it past Palpatine (in terms of ability, he has no morals anyway) to program her to eliminate Ahsoka. And being caught with an escaped fugitive and terrorist is something Ciaran's PR cannot get right now. We cannot give Palpatine ammunition to use against us if we want to campaign for a fair trial or whatever we need to clean Ahsoka of these false charges.

And any place we take her to, will inevitably be burned. We don't have the time or the equipment on site to purge whatever tracking methods Palpatine and Tarkin are using. It would be easier to extract her from the other two locations, but taking her off planet may not be the best idea. I'd rather have her as a bait so we can thin out Palpatine's Coruscant operatives, the more deniable kind at least. It's not just the clones that will be gunning for her.
 
If we don't go the route of clearing Ahsoka's name and still recruit her we should probably give her an operation to completely change her appearance.

Or at least get her a better disguise than throwing a cloak over head that has her horns stick out.

I'd also like to question whether Ahsoka will remember Riphath? After all we never saw much interreaction between the two in the omakes created. So I will continue to push for a pair of spies (Asajj has experience extracting targets from hostile environments, meanwhile Koliya grew up in the Undercity and knows the area better) to move her quickly to a safe location out of harms way and have the foreknowledge to check for bugs.
