We're taking 1 Stability hit minimum from starvation. Mass Levy must be stopped. We can't afford to get the government upgrade.
The existing plan of integrating Txolla should handle this.

As ruinous as leaving the HK alive could be from a military standpoint, I worry that our heir is overlooking the real threat due to poor Mystic stat.

They are now religious fanatics. They could easily continue to foment religious schism in the lowlands every turn they are even existent nearby. I definitely see their religion as the main problem.

@Academia Nut
Economy 4/27 (+7) [+5-0]
Should be 5-1 for the projected income/expenses; we have 1 city support up, and the free cities cost 5 econ total now (redshore is 3, other two are 1 each)

Should only be 4 now since only redshore's market is active now

Should be 5, unless you decided to change how level 2+ cities interact with free city or games culture gain: 3 (Free Cities) + 1.5 (Cities + games) + 1 (Market in redshore) = 5.5 -> 5

Tech 27/27 (+1) [+1-2]
Should be [1-1], only one city support

Defence (+1 significant walls/turn) x1
Special: Forestry (+1 Sustainable Forest and -1 Econ Expansion/2 turns)
Special: Vassal Support (+1 Subordinate while active, increases Loyalty while active at less than full subordinates) x1
You removed the bolding, but not the x1 on these now inactive policies.

Ironworks [Guilds] - Huge, centralized centers of iron production, these facilities make high quality iron tools cheaper and more widely available. Every facility adds +1 Econ, -1 EE, -1 Tech to the Expand Economy action. Level 2 and higher also increase the effect of Agriculture and City Support policies at the cost of additional Tech. Level 3 increases City Maintenance by 1 Econ a turn, but produces 1 Tech/turn and changes certain action costs. Each level increases City Attraction by 1. Every {S} cost 3 Econ and 3 Tech for 3 progress, and each completed level of Ironworks also consume an additional 2 sustainable forest. Valleyhome (0/3), Redshore (0/9), Redhills (MP), Blackmouth (0/3)
To clarify, if (when) the policies build the level 3 one, all three levels of bonuses get applied again, right? So it would add another +1 E/-1 EE/-1 T to Expand econ, another set of affects to agricultre and city support, and the new level 3 ones?

(Also redshore doesn't have a level 3 aqueduct listed as an option)

Failure: -1 Stability
Failure: -1 Stability
Priests and Guilds should both have their failures crossed out.

Also for anyone wondering, we got a major upgrade, with bolt throwers turning into:

@Academia Nut
Just to be certain, if the Dam can't be built due to lacking econ, will Megaproject Support spam as many Expand Econ actions as it can?
edit: If we Support Faction - Patricians, will they still demand the annex immediately?

Ahah! So we spend ourselves 3 Econ, and the provinces have nothing left to spend so they take lots of Expand Econ and one Dam action putting us at -1 Econ. We spend 16 wealth and then 2 more on the Dam.

This would drop the Econ expenses down to -3, and stop the patricians from hijacking a secondary and starving us.

This is correct.

And thanks everyone for pointing out errors.

@Academia Nut, since we're in a gilded age, shouldn't we have a megaproject track?

That will become possible to take later.

Hey @Academia Nut, if we integrate the Txolla, can we leave their city under their control as a free city? As kind of a variant on the propagate option.

Since its not a True City, no.

This way we spend -2 Econ ourselves, leaving the Provinces with 2. They spend all of that and we are at 0, then they take a whole bunch of Expand Econs. They will have 5 secondaries to use on it, which is 30 Economy and ten tech, which means we overflow into wealth by 3 and don't get much of it refunded. Plus Mills Main is 4 Econ so we get 38 Econ which means we don't get almost any refunded Expansion. If we replace something with an Expand Econ Secondary we for sure get below 20 Expansion even if we integrate Txolla.

@Academia Nut we should have 1 progress towards priest quest already from the festival we just did. Also, market income should be 4 with only redshore's active, with total income needing to be updated as well (for that matter i think it currently gives +8 when its actually +9?)

That said, i'm tired so i'll look at the econ and martial math and shit tomorrow :p For now, diffs:

First of all: you're a genius.

Second: how comfortable would you be swapping out the EJ action for an expand econ?
