And that brings up another point. Bobmiya's a servant and his Origin Bullets are as spiritual and empowered as he is. Shirou's will be regular rounds and require Medea to reinforce them with Kuzuki-style magic juju prior to use.
As a fallback weapon for Medea not being around or Shirou losing his OP mana source, it's not so great on servants.
The gun is a Mystic Code reinforced by the conceptual weight of the name of its creator - The Magus Killer. It is a Mystic Code, so the standard Servant 'lolnope normal weapons' won't work.
The bullets, on the other hand, will be made from parts of the body of his heir, whose Origin and Element align, who has an E-A++ Reality Marble, and who is literally connected to the World itself due to the 3rd-True-Magic-using, wish-granting Holy Grail really liking him, giving him infinite magical energy as a result.
The gun may not be that impressive on its own, but it isn't a normal gun, so Servants can't lolnope it, and Shirou's Origin Bullets would have A LOT of mojo in them. All of that, in combination with the fact that, according to the QM, they'd result in E-A++ Noble Phantasms tearing the target apart, means that each shot should be considered a high-ranking attack. Enough to get past God Hand at least once(no idea how the adaptive invincibility would react to a random A-ranked-Noble-Phantasm- filled Reality Marble suddenly manifesting inside the guy's body), and definitely enough to get past a normal Servant's skin. Once THAT happens, barring resurrection shenanigans, he's dead, Jim. Even Gilgamesh's EX-ranked Wankery won't save him.

AN: Part 2 of Ritsuka's Chaldea days with an OP 5-Star Servant.
In which Valentine Chocolates are making their rounds in Chaldea.
"If you cut this skull choco vertically right here...... It becomes a mask! Wahahahahahaha! It's good, right? ......Huh? What's with the serious look?"
Nobunaga asked in response to Ritsuka staring at her chocolate skull.
"Nobu-chan, please tell me you did not use an actual human skull to shape your chocolate."
Ritsuka asked sweetly, making the black-haired Demon King of the Sixth Heaven puff up her chest proudly.
"Wahaha! It would be dishonourable of me to use my fellow men's skulls to compensate for my sculpturing skills. I used one of those skeleton warriors skulls for this."
"... Please tell me you checked for diseases."
"I washed it with detergent."
"Okay then… hey, aren't you going to give Okita some as well?"
"Oh, I gave her one first thing in the morning."
As the great conqueror of Japan said that, a pink-haired Saber came running towards Nobunaga in a definitely angered manner.
"What's the big idea hanging a skull on my bedside!?"
"Wahahaha!"
Once again, the Saber chased the Archer all across Chaldea.
Ritsuka sighed with contentment, before she pulled over a cart and placed Nobunaga's chocolate skull along with the rest of the Valentine Day's chocolate's she received.
She reflected back that she wouldn't have this many chocolates had her luck not turned around for the better.
It all started back when she summoned Shirou.
At first everyone wanted to just call him younger EMIYA, but the Archer declined and said that he preferred Shirou.
He said that "That name is reserved for those that would pursue their ideas to the bitter end. I've already lost all but one thing, I have no need for that name."
He said it in such an edgy but rather cool emo bad boy manner that made Ritsuka swoon a bit before feeling sad and curious.
It's been almost four months since she met Shirou, but he doesn't seem to open up much to others.
Then again, he spends a lot of his time brooding while looking incredibly cool.
He spends most nights gazing out into the night sky of the alpine tundra in which Chaldea is built upon.
Ritsuka wasn't a stalker by all means, but she found it necessary to keep track of the Servants and build relationships with all of them.
Through fighting side by side, talking, helping out, listening to them, she managed to improve relationships with all of them save for Shirou.
He was truly an anomaly for her as he rarely opened up to others including herself.
The only people that she knew that knew more about Shirou than herself were the child version of Gilgamesh (who finds it amusing to keep her guessing), EMIYA (who more often than not was annoyed by his younger self regardless) and a certain Witch of Friendship.
She found it strange.
Ritsuka had pretty much taken Shirou out to every sortie through singularities as he could pretty much deal with most mobs and most enemies easily by himself.
While she was a "Master" for the Servants, she was mainly an anchor to them so that they can remain in the timeline. She didn't provide prana to them, Chaldea handled that, and it usually did so in a way that can be rated as average but the best they can hope for.
Shirou didn't need such prana. He simply took it from the land itself using that skill of his and decimated enemies with Noble Phantasm after Noble Phantasm.
So much so that EMIYA had taken to reading magazines while saving the world and Arturia occasionally tapped her feet while waiting for her chance to EXCALIBAAA something.
Even though Ritsuka's luck changed for the better since she started using Shirou as a lucky charm during summoning and getting the new 'rarer' Servants like Nobunaga, Okita, Santa Arturia, Arturia Lily and Mysterious Heroine X that was definitely not Arturia with a lightsaber… they still weren't generally as powerful as the spammer Shirou that basically blew everything up in the most metal way possible.
The only thing that really peeved her about the way he fought was that he wouldn't let her see his Reality Marble. Oh, everyone knew it was Unlimited Blade Works. But no one really knew how it looked like inside.
He always only took his enemies in it and came out with whatever loot they left behind.
"Senpai, um…" Mashu was looking bashful for some reason.
Wo-oah~ She's super cute like this. Ritsuka really wanted to ravish her right now, but that was probably not for the best.
Gah! Stupid Sexy Kouhai why did she have to be so cute and reliable!
Ritsuka focused and smiled, "Hey there Mashu! Did something happened? Wait, don't tell me… Elizabeth gave you a Valentine's Day chocolate."
"What, no!"
"Damn, I have to go correct my shipping chart right now." She took out her list and canceled off the Elizabeth Barthory X Mashu pairing.
Granted, it only had a few pairings like say…
Arturia X EMIYA, Euryale X Asterios, Cu Chulainn X EMIYA, Okita X Nobunaga, Shirou X Medea Lily, MHX X Arturia Lily, Kiyohime X Ritsuka… wait a second…
"I don't remember adding the last one… nah, must be nothing."
For some reason, Mashu began giving you worried looks and looked around the corner hastily as if there was a threat looming.
"Oh, um, Senpai?"
"Yes?"
"...After failing 17 times, I had to go into the singularity 27 times to find all the ingredients but here it is." Mashu held out a big heart-shaped chocolate cake for her. "Happy Valentine's Day, Master."
"Wa-wahaaa~" She felt her cheeks heating up.
No way! Could Mashu have noticed her feelings for her? No, this was probably just one of those Giri-Choco (Obligatory Chocolate), right?
"Th-thank you Mashu! I uh, will make sure to give you your return chocolate on White day!" Wait, so she's clearly the 'man' in this sort of relationship right? While she knew that she was bisexual ages ago, handling relationships with the same sex was something she was inexperienced with.
As if to accept that proclamation, which Ritsuka didn't know if it can be interpreted as girlfriend or just friends, Mashu smiled brightly and looked at her intensely.
"I'll hold you to it, Senpai~"
It was a glorious Valentine's day… and well, though there were a couple of events that required her to gather some Servants to beat up some trouble makers like Shakespeare, but all in all it was a good week.
One night, she saw an unlikely pair sneaking about during late evening around Chaldea's hallways.
A dark purple robe and red clothing gave her all the indication she needed to know who was there.
"Medea? Archer?" EMIYA still liked being called Archer for some reason.
The two of them turned to her sharply before grabbing her and covering her mouth.
"Mmph!"
"Keep quiet girl, we're on an important mission."
"Yes, please remain silent Master."
The Witch and Hero of Justice said in concert.
Nodding, Ritsuka followed them to find themselves silently entering into the outdoor garden.
Medea said a word and a sphere that seemed to prevent sound from escaping this small space appeared.
She tried to make out the figure sitting besides another larger figure.
It took awhile to notice the distinctive lavender purple hair of the younger Medea and the auburn hair of Heroic Spirit Shirou.
The two of them were sitting side by side to each other, silently looking up into the stars.
"What exactly are we doing here again?" Ritsuka whispered.
"We're making sure that my foolish young self doesn't fall for his wannabe bad boy tricks." Medea glowered at the young man sitting next to the younger Medea.
"I'm just here to make sure no one kills each other."
Ah, typical responsible Mother Emiya.
"Oi, what's with that look. You're thinking of me weirdly, aren't you?
No, how could he ever accuse you of such a thing.
"Master… I'll give you some lessons on controlling your expressions another time, okay?" Medea ended that line of conversation with an offer that Ritsuka was leaning on taking.
"We'll be using this to listen in on what's going on." Archer took out some ear pieces for Medea and herself to use.
Did he seriously bug this place?
This way, they could hear what was going on.
Although from this distance, she could at least tell that the expression Shirou had was a far cry from his usual "I'm going to destroy you like the bug you are" look he gives to mobs.
"The stars are pretty tonight, don't you think Shirou?" The younger Magus from the Age of Gods asked softly, smiling with a tinge of anticipation.
"It's the same every other night." He answered simply.
"O-oh…"
"But…" He turned towards the younger girl, "The experience of looking at the stars is a lot better with someone joining in."
"I see… hehe, so you're saying that the stars are prettier if you're watching them with someone you don't dislike."
"Well if you put it that way, I think it's better to say that the night feels less cold, a lot more brighter and a bunch of other things if someone you like is next to you."
"L-like?!"
"U-uh, yeah. I mean, you're my only friend, pretty much. Not many other Hero's approved of giving up my ideals and all, although Uncle Hector is pretty cool about it and we talk a lot about prioritizing and all."
"I see… hmm, while I think it's wonderful to fight for the world, I would never say you are wrong in fighting for your sister. If such a thing is evil, then I think I wouldn't mind such an "evil" man."
"Thanks… it means a lot. I wonder through… is Miyu well right now? I'm sure she's made lots of friends. She's a real sweet girl like you, you know."
"R-really? Is that so?"
"Yeah. Although I really want to get back to her so that I can beat the boys off her."
"Aha~ You're so protective to her, Shirou."
"Of course. It's the duty of an older brother to protect his younger sister. Also, she's all I have left, after all."
"... Is that really so? Are there… no other meaningful relationships you have here, in Chaldea?"
"That's… of course there's people I care about here. There's Uncle Hector who's always planning out some escape route for when Achilles eventually comes, there's EMIYA who's… well, I still owe him quite a bit. There's our shared Master who I do my best so that she doesn't overwork herself in making sure everyone gets along, Mashu who's in a tight spot with her not knowing her True Heroic Spirit-"
"-Which you already know." Medea smiled lightly.
"-Yes, I know it. Arturia and EMIYA knows it. But we agreed to keep mum about it for now. Something Gil-kun said was for the best."
Meanwhile, with Ritsuka, Medea and EMIYA.
"That brat, how dare he play with her feelings…" Medea had her dagger out, only for EMIYA to shove it into the ground.
"He's just a young kid, okay? Besides, he'll grow out of being stupid eventually." the red-clad Servant hoped sincerely that the denseness will go away soon.
"...Is that why he always fights so hard?" Ritsuka asked herself, as she understood that Shirou was always worried about herself and Mashu. Especially that he cared about her reaching out to all the Servants.
Ah, he just didn't want to worry her with his own problems, huh… so that's it.
"Is that all?" Medea asked, pouting cutely.
"I very well can't forget you, can I? You helped out with my hair discoloration and stopped me from looking like a black grandpa."
The older Medea and Ritsuka looked at EMIYA before snickering at him.
He only glared at them back.
"Is that really all…?"
"...No, you're my best friend over here in Chaldea. The only person that bothered to bug me even when I'm moping about losing Sakura and my belief in justice… everyone else just says that I'm unhealthy in the head but I know who I am. So what if they call me a siscon or a kid with too much power in his hands. You never saw me that way, and that's what counts in my book."
"O-oh, you really think that highly on me?"
He reached out and began ruffling her hair.
"Mmm, touching to this point is good but don't over do it okay? My hair gets messy and tangled easily. It takes magic to set it right in the morning."
This time, EMIYA and Ritsuka smirked at the older Medea who was hiding her face and muttering "Embarrassing!" over and over.
"Hey Shirou…?"
"Hmm?"
"Here are some chocolates for you."
"O-oh! Wow, it looks really luxurious! Eh? It looks very well made for something that's handmade? As if it was gourmet chocolate from an expensive store."
"Hehe~ It's nothing much, but will you take this as a…" She paused before saying the last part using a High Speed Incantation, "-Symbol of my love towards you?"
Shirou's enhanced hearing didn't miss it.
"I-I…" He made his decision then. "I will."
And then for the first time in months, he smiled so brightly that Ritsuka could scarcely recognize the man.
"Then it's a contract then." He said before placing his lips on the younger Witch's lips.
Ritsuka was ecstatic at one of her ships coming through and ticked their names off the list.
EMIYA quickly whacked the older Medea on the head, knocking her out.
Ritsuka gave him a look.
"What? I want to get out of here with the least time possible."
"Why's that?"
"Mana Transfer."
"Huh?"
Ritsuka looked behind, blushed, and walked right out of the garden with EMIYA.
"Do all Emiya's work that fast?"
"...I needed it explained in vivid detail for my first time."
[X] I don't want her to get hurt, we'll kidnap her after school and resolve this before she even summons a Servant
[X] Looting Tohsaka's home
Im not sure if its a good idea to loot Tohsaka's place since the only thing of questionable usefulness besides her gems and maybe books would be Ruby.
And i can't help it but go for the option that might give us Magical Girl/Boy? Kaleido Shirou or even Magical Girl Prisma Medea.
Also, but this might be too much metagaming, Ruby is a mystic code that utilizes the second magic and has a counterpart in the world that Miyu got sent to which would give us a way to reach there without using the grail or bothering the Wizard Marshal.
Finally at a computer so I can type this: Why are we looting Rins' house when she hasn't done anything to us yet? We're about to piss off Grandpa Matou, why add people to our enemies list this early? Or did I miss that reason?
[X] I want to fight alongside her, if she's anything like the Sakura I knew, I think I can trust her with my back
I want Sakura to go full Angra Mainyu Yandere. And she'll get to have three Shirous. Emiya Harem is a go.

Also, the OOC desire to steal Ruby and/or the blueprints of the Jewelled Sword of Zelretch. Either of these two has the potential to get Shirou to Miyu, and he has more than enough magical energy to use them at will, unlike his canon self. Of course, that part is a stretch. Getting Ruby to cooperate would take a miracle, and constructing the Sword without Illya's help is probably outright impossible, unless her contribution can be replaced by throwing the collective magical energy of the entire planet at it. Seeing as we don't have Illya's Wishcraft trait, I doubt it.
Also, just stumbled over some clarification on the Fraga clan trait that allows them to forge Fragarach. Apparently it's not hereditary, but is rather something they literally have present in their blood...

Ruby won't have trouble working with Medea, it's just that she wouldn't be able to use Second Magic things installed onto Ruby. Ruby can use them to a limited extent on Medea's behalf, but it just locks out Medea munchkin'in the hell out of Ruby.
