Guys seriously Rulwynna has poor martial why should we even consider her advice?

You consider her advice because she likely has a high level in Admin based on her analysis of the cascading collapse.

This is a logistical problem.

Iron mine is in Redhills and is a strategically important location. No settlements to the south of Redhills, so Highlands Kingdom has access. No settlements to the North or East of Redhills so Thunder Speakers have access. Highlanders and Thunder Speakers have experience with hills since they live in them.

This isn't new information.

Here's the previous time it came up.

We've also taken a large number of refugees recently. This was during "Legitimate Efforts". After this, we didn't get the option to take higher amounts as we had taken in as much as we could. Cosmopolitan Acceptance is doing fine. Don't panic.

Yes, but is the first time we are to blame, at least partially, for it, so I expect the probability to be higher.

if we want the king to win we need to kick it

I am starting to wish we had accepted more religious athority. Secular athority does not seem enough to hold everything together.

Because conquering Xohyssiri is the worst thing that could happen to us?
Why it would certainly lead to administrative difficulties but I doubt it would lead to disaster.

I consider her advice on admin problems i.e the failure cascade but the question of will the HK and TS attack red hills is a martial problem one she is poor at.

Crow be de-feathered that is surprisingly and hilariously accurate.

Them dang priests have done it again! :p

*sweats nervously*

Phygrif, you better pull through on this. If we manage to crush Xohyr without getting buttfucked by the HK and TS, we'll have cemented the type of decisive victory to let us actually win the lowlands for ourselves. Over a thousand years of watching those assholes mismanage the most fertile soil in the region! At last vindication will be ours! Then we'll see what the fucking Not!Egyptians think of our megaproject capacity! OUR FORESTS WILL BLOCK OUT THE SUN

If we manage to get through this in one piece, of course.

Not when people are choosing to retreat our armies on the basis of a poor martial but heroic admin woman.
We are are barely able to administer the provinces that are not gained by war.
Then they will be a vassal state until we get our shit together.

Half of a war if not most is logistics anyway.

Just because she has poor martial doesn't mean her reasoning is unsound. Do you have a reason to believe why defending Redhill is a poor option?

[/ QUOTE]
Я хочу . Death Xohyssiri

That smells like amplifying our current admin problems, and note the Xoh are still fighting the Swamp People so if we vassalize the Xoh we have to then defend them from the Swamp People because of Lord's Loyalty.

I can hear the overextension.

Point about Rulwyna's martial incompetence.

Yes, Rulwyna has poor martial. But as a general point - if both the Thunder Speakers and the Highland are now mad at us, we really, really should pull back the troops. Especially given how fuck important the iron in the Red Hills is. Let's just weather out the storm.

Do we have any other reason other than Rulwyna's incompetence?

It's not as simple as Rulwyna doesn't know anything about war, so just let do the opposite of what she said.
