[X] [Main] Black Soil
[X] [Secondary] War Mission - Northern Nomads
[X] [Secondary] More Carrion Eaters

With our economy low and the likelihood of upcoming losses to the Northern Nomads I don't want to risk spending any econ. Main Black Soil gets us some econ without spending any as well as unknown additional effects which we've been hoping to find out about for a while now.

Thanks to our Center of Trade trait, we can now send war missions to the Metal Workers and Xohyssiri under the casus belli of having more silver than us.

okay then.
Might be a good idea to get a bit of Stability cushion given the lowlands are on the edge of a bloodbath and the metal workers are eating stability drops.
Actually

I just saw something!

Restoration of Order - The people are uncertain, and into that uncertainty bad behaviour can flow. Send in the warriors to reassure people and root out corruption and dissent, restoring the proper function of the People, at the cost of disturbing their confidence that the king has their best interests at heart. Max Stability: Legitimacy-1
* S: Gain 0 to 2 Stability at a cost of -1 Legitimacy
* M: Roll twice, take best result
* modified by Administrative skill

We can now use this above 0 Stability!

Can't think of what to remove, we kind of do need new trails and martial.

Changes:
--Docks are weaker
--Add Glassworks
We have more walls
Holy Sites -> Temples (Seems to be missing progress required? @Academia Nut) Nevermind, in the listing of all Holy Sites and Provinces. Needs 4 progress (a [Main], 4 art, 4 econ)
--Forests at 4/5 instead of 3/4?
Trading Post has no targets
--Restoration of Order now costs legitimacy, can't lose Stability. Assuming 1d3-1s now, adds 1 Stability as [Secondary] and 1.44 Stability as [Main]
Both Salterns cost 10 progress now
Festival bonus gone
--Grand Docks megaproject
Library requires 1 more econ investment

I want the Symphony combo on the Library. It's a really important part of our future and it would be good to invest in it as much as possible.

@Academia Nut is our Heroic King dead yet?

I believed our hero died before he could use Restore Order. Good news is that we don't have to be at -1 to use it. Bad news is that we lose Legitmacy every time we do this.

It's tempting to try to do Restoration of Order to catch the last conspirators, and I suspect we'll halfway wish we did it later, but the math doesn't really work for doing it right now. If executing dozens of high-ranking people doesn't send a message I'm not really sure what will, and it looks like the Stallions really need all hands on deck.

Increase our econ and get a solid main war mission out.

Wait!

I just noticed, so maybe others haven't either!

We can only choose one Secondary project this turn. The Main is already called for by the Library, the other Secondary Project is already used by War Mission - Northern Nomads.

One Main and two Secondary actions available. Require a minimum of one secondary War Mission - Northern Nomads and a Main action towards The Library megaproject (Likely to complete this turn with current policy support)

With that in mind
