I admit that you've kind of lost me here. What do you mean by this, exactly?Clever. An outside force contorts the typical way of things, so the cycle of reincarnation can be made to continue unimpeded.

The fact that her apparently conquering Link would make her the talk of town suggest Link has some interesting history with them. I can't wait.He then looks at Sheik, a grin on his face, "Still, to lay claim so quickly. You'd be the talk of the town among the Gerudo, how'd you do it with this numbskull?"
About that.....................Perhaps there are similar figures in history to Link we can compare him too
Kinda sad that it wasn't a Goron (can be described as a "big guy").
That it's very atypical for a Zelda reincarnation cycle not to have a true avatar of Demise. The Rozsa empire has overturned the way a reincarnation cycle is supposed to go, so instead of the curse replaying the narrative it was meant to (a dark being whisks away Zelda, and Link has to save her and defeat the great evil with the Master Sword), it's setting the situation up to restore things to a state where that narrative can happen properly.I admit that you've kind of lost me here. So what you're saying is that this set of Triforce users have been deliberately been put on a path to deal with the Empire and then end up replaying the "normal" Zelda formula after they're done with that? That it's very atypical for a Zelda reincarnation cycle not to have a true avatar of Demise. Alternatively, the prologue does appear to imply that the old curse is finally faded. Who really knows? So what you're saying is that this set of Triforce users have been deliberately been put on a path to deal with the Empire and then end up replaying the "normal" Zelda formula after they're done with that?
Interesting. That's... yeah that sounds potentially about right. Hrm.
Well, I think that was more Gannondorf mistaking Zelda for a Yiga than anything else, since the Yiga are the same race as the Shiekians, just servants of the enemy.
I guess, but you never can tell with these "redeemed" bad guysWell, I think that was more Gannondorf mistaking Zelda for a Yiga than anything else, since the Yiga are the same race as the Shiekians, just servants of the enemy.
It's one of those things that's delibrately ambiguous. Eithier he reacted to what he thought was a Yiga, or he consciously or unconciously realized that Link and Zelda are right there and he has the perfect opportunity to finally kill them.Well, I think that was more Gannondorf mistaking Zelda for a Yiga than anything else, since the Yiga are the same race as the Shiekians, just servants of the enemy.

Even the incarnation of Demise doesn't recall past lives. There's no reason to believe this mortal being named Ganondorf is capable of recalling a life he has not lived, considering Link and Zelda don't remember theirs either. It's one of those things that's delibrately ambiguous. Personally, I'm hoping he is the equivalent of a recovering addict. Every day he has to wake up, look himself in the mirror and go "I will not go after Link and Zelda no matter how much I want to. It never works out."
Um, people, maybe think twice before voting for this?
*wiggles hand* Given that half the time Ganon is only sealed, not killed (and has been literally brought back from the dead on at least one occasion)...Even the incarnation of Demise doesn't recall past lives. But that's pretty clearly not the case this time. If Zelda recognizes him as King of the Gerudo, a title conferred to the males born every hundred years, then he was born naturally and grew up normally for his station.*wiggles hand* Given that half the time Ganon is only sealed, not killed (and has been literally brought back from the dead on at least one occasion)...
Fear not, that's not what the vote means. If you carefully read the update, the point where the words your majesty are mentioned is clearly from a stutteringUm, people, maybe think twice before voting for this?
Zelda doesn't even want us to know that she's the princess, we could at least do her the courtesy of not spilling the beans on that to everyone we meet.
