Closer than I was expecting honestly - I'm awake now, so voting will stay open for another few hours while I wake up, get breakfast, go to the shop etc.

E: One thing I will clarify quickly - this is the literal day after Death and Strawberry. Events occurred slightly differently, but Ichigo is still around.

Because tornadoes. Also, because maybe memory manipulation if Stormwhite goes all out on the Shinenju aspect. That would be awesome, if only because Aizen would never know what hit him, literally. I doubt we will actually get something so broken but the idea is compelling anyway.

edit: Oh, and also, because "Call forth the Twilight" is a really damn cool activation phrase.

If Senna wins I hope we get the ease of gigai transitioning she had. That'd be useful. I'm still preferring the Shiba heritage vote for plot possibilities and water is just easier to be clever with than wind. Also better st being quiet if we so choose.

I'm very attached to the idea of Aizen overlooking us because of Ichigo being so obvious of a powerhouse

Hmm I wonder how Rukia is going to react when we pull out her dead friends Zanpaktou? I'll open the betting pool with.
3:1 odds She will BSoD.

Wind is cool and Karin, but I can dig the Shiba.

So I'm not closing the vote just yet, but I have a question - would people prefer to have a shorter update for the next one and then a 'tutorial' combat vote, or would they rather I just went through the combat scene narratively and move onto the next chunk of story? I'm amenable to either option, personally.

I'm all for a combat tutorial given the fiascos that can happen when the readership don't understand how the quest master is handling combat.
