[x] A write in option that no one will pick because voters can't come up with original votes
-[x] "Actually, I was planning to take this opportunity to commune with my element by sleeping under the stars. For the next few years. Yeah, I'm doing that."
[X] Check out some of the other rooms first. Six can't know she's right or else her ego will inflate!
"Nah."
It's worth it just to see the expression on her face.
...of course, what she's saying makes total sense, so you scramble for a justification behind your defiance. You'll cave eventually, but you'll only give her ideas if you totally roll over.
"...if I'm going to stay here, I need to make sure my disguise is perfect, right? That means practice. Constant vigilance, 25 hours a day, 7 days a week. If I can just kick back and act normal in our room, I'm bound to slip up, and then we'll both be in trouble. So I ought to go check out some other rooms, see who else needs a roomie."
There, that sort of makes sense, in a self-flagellating Immaculate sort of way.
You think about it. On one hand, she's basically right. On the other hand, you can never tell Six that she's basically right or she'll be insufferable about it. In a contest between petty pride and actual correctness the choice is easy.
"Nah," you say. You are a Dynast, after all.
Besides, it's worth it just to see the expression on her face. Of course, she's not stupid and she'll see right through your bluff, so you hastily scramble for a justification behind your defiance. You'll cave eventually, but you'll only give her ideas if you roll over immediately.
"And I suppose you'll tell me why, of course?" Six demands. "There's an actual reason behind this, I hope."
"Well, I suppose that if I'm going to keep it up, I'm going to have to make sure my disguise is perfect, right?" You spin a web made out of bullshit and even more bullshit. "What better way is there but to practice? Constant vigilance, 25 hours a day, 7 days a week. If I can just relax and act normal in our room, I'm bound to slip up, and then we'll both be in trouble. Thus I ought to go check out some other rooms, just see who else needs a roomie, yes?"
You pause, and then decide to throw in a stinger, just for that extra zing. "Just like mother says, discipline is the foundation upon all other arts are built."
"Y-y-you- ...you!"
....okay, maybe quoting your mother was a bit much, but Six's impotent frustration is just too delicious. You can't stop yourself now. Like you actually can't. You've lost control of yourself.
"Or maybe I'll sleep under the stars, to commune with the earth. To harmonize with my element, and gain insight into the nature of the Dragons," you say, emanating immaculate piety. "Perhaps I'll achieve enlightenment that way."
You turn back around to savor the rage born of frustration. Six's eyes are fire, retribution promised in her trembling open mouth with which she has forgotten how to speak. You stand still, savoring her rage for five seconds, counting them off one by one, before you turn about and sprint. And right on cue, the second after you pivot and turn, Six leaps after you, doubtless intending to headlock you into oblivion.
"Get back here you idiot!" She screams at you.
"No way, loserrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr," you holler back, giggling to yourself. You beeline for Mother Ajah, and slide in nicely behind the air-aspect, smirking to yourself. Six tries to get to you, but you swing around the air-aspect neatly, putting herself between you and Six at all times. The two of you dart back and forth, her trying to get around the poor confused girl, you smirking out of control, dodging back in the opposite direction.
"Wh-wh-what?" the poor girl stutters, trying to get a hold of the situation. Can't really blame her, you two went from hugging it out to Six chasing you with intent to humiliate in an alarming short amount of time. "What are you two doing?"
"Mieki, stand still so I can gut this idiot!" Six growls, grabbing for you. You backstep neatly out of her grasping claws. "I've decided I only want four older sisters!"
"Mieki, protect me," you cry out fakely, literally having just heard her name for the first time. "She'll kill me!"
"You'll deserve it too, you idiot!"
"Save me!"
"Die!"
There's a sudden yank on one corner of your kimono, and you trip backwards, abruptly topping to the ground. Six doesn't miss a beat and leaps onto you, straddling you in a mount. She begins laying into you with weak baby-fist pounds, and you cry out in pretend pain as she weakly wails on you, laughing intermittently.
Eventually, after a minute or two she runs out of steam. The two of you gasp for breath on the ground once more, you from laughter and also exertion, and her from anger and exertion. Your heart pounds in your chest as you breath in heavily, in and out.
"I see that rolling on the ground is a normal activity for you two, not just a greeting thing." Mother Ajah comments dryly. "You two done?"
You and Six look into each others eyes, then both shrug and reply at the same time. "Yeah, about."
"Dragons, that's creepy." Mother Ajah mutters. "Mieki, help them up, would you?"
"Er, yes!" Mieki lends a hand to Six, and then pulls you up. She's a lot stronger than she looks, you figure.
"My deepest gratitude," you tell the air aspect girl. Now that you get a closer look at her, she's actually quite tall, and pretty well built from the looks of things. Her face is looks quite ernest and honest. Seems like a nice girl, all things considered. "Your kind actions and pure spirit shine ever brightly, Miss Mieki."
"T-thanks," she says flushing red. You smile back at her, and after a moment she turns away. "Err...."
...oh, right, you're staring. You cough gently, and turn away to Mother Ajah and Six, the latter of which who is looking rather annoyed. Right. You should probably stop embarrassing her in front of her friends. "Anyway, Mistress-"
"Mother."
"...Mother Ajah, you were saying about dorm rooms?"
You see Six make over-exaggerated representations of her exasperation behind Mother Ajah.
"Yes, we still have a few rooms left open. I think I asked you if you'd like to room with your sister." Mother Ajah glances at Six who is now rolling her eyes. "Have you come to a decision on that? You still have six days to decide."
Six Days to Annoy Six
[ ] ...yeah, you are rooming with your sister. The joke's gone on long enough, you think. No need to drive it into the ground.
[ ] You'd like to see what other rooms are open, really. Just.. keeping your options open. --No, but actually, for real?
--[ ] Nah, you're just joshing your sister
--[ ] Actually for real. You can't have your sister joshing your style all the time.

--[X] Nah, you're just joshing your sister
--[X] Hey, this Mieki knows your sister, right? Maybe you could bring up the idea of rooming together with her, and also ask about how they know each other.
--[X] Also subtly flirt with her because you know it pisses off Six when you flirt with her girl-friends.
