She's still at risk and I belive closest to meeting her fate unless rolls are kind to Elizabeth. Keep in mind her fate was going to Circus Baby while alone, so still a risk.

edit: ...Wait, did I misunderstand your post...?

I edited it. I just wonder if the +100 roll spared or delayed her death so circus baby actually opens. The interesting thing is if she doesn't die first, then baby might get possessed by a different spirit.

Yeah, the major risk would be more spirits possessing those animatronics. Let alone if the fear experiments are also involved.

...You know, at complete random I just remembered something from a fic. Involved a whole time travel with Gregory in the past and there actually being a gas leak at Circus Baby's. I think it ended up being Charlie's ideal to blow the place up. Though could be misremembering details.

I wonder if undead Michael will apply to fazbears legitimately or if he will still be trying to do his solo redemption arc.

Also is it possible for us to recruit Henry to speed up animitronic development and be a dedicated r&d person?

Secure your forest
DC: 20
Rolled: 98+14=112
Crit Success!
You are The Slenderman, and the forest is your domain. No matter how long you've slept, it will always remain that way. You see through every leaf, you are behind every tree. Every branch bends to your will, every blade of grass tells you where intruders lie. You know everything that happens in this forest, none can escape you once they enter it.
(You are aware of every individual who enters your forest and their exact location, no matter what. Every intruder has a -20 malus when taking an action in your forest)

Have your cult indoctrinate more members.
DC: 20
Rolled: 2+20=22
Bare success
Your cult spread out, trying to indoctrinate as many new faces as it could. Sadly, a lot of people found them offputting and refused to listen to anything they had to say. Still, some people were convinced, and you were able to get a few more pawns.
(There are now 80 people in Hurricane following the truth of Mister Faceless)

Find out about any interesting goings-on in the local area
DC: 40
Rolled: 74+7=81
Major Success!
Through your forest, you can see the goings-on of almost everything that happens in the surrounding town. Even in places where your sight falls short, your cultists can notify you. A diner called Freddy's is currently under construction, and while this would normally be beneath your notice, you can feel the presence of children's souls inside the building, and you can tell that they HATE. Something that your cultists notified you of is a high presence of members from an organization that calls themselves the Utah Paranormal Society. Apparently, Freddy's needed money and was able to cut a deal with them.

You were also able to feel the presence of something in an old house on Raglan Street. In more mundane matters, there seems to be a drug ring going on in the town, and a recent murder spree of the homeless residents of Hurricane.
(You found out Freddy's is setting up a diner in town, The Utah Paranormal Society is currently investigating Hurricane and is funding Freddy's, the old house on Raglan Street is haunted, The homeless of Hurricane are being murdered, and Hurricane currently has a drug ring problem.)

Integrate your cult into the local criminal populace
DC: 50
Rolled: 21+14=35
Failure
Sadly, your cult proves its incompetence as they fail to make any meaningful connections to the criminal populace due to their off-putting nature and the fact that they spend most of their time recruiting new members. You will be sure to correct this in the future.

Make the eight pages
DC: 10
Rolled: 1 Modifier Negated
Crit Fail!
You are The Slenderman. You have haunted these woods for years and split the blood of hundreds of intruders, and right now, you can't find any paper to write on.

Grow your Territory
DC: 70
Rolled: 45+25=70
Exact Success
Trees and bushes sprout from the ground as your forest expands, old borders and fences are torn apart as wood grows through them. Roots grow beneath houses and roads as they curl around the pipes. Sidewalks are overturned to make room for grass and flowers. The entire town notices that the forest seems to have spontaneously grown a couple of feet outwards in a single day.

Make them remember your face
DC: 30
Rolled: 38
Success
For too long you have lain dormant, people have started to forget your name. You will now correct that mistake. You appear in pictures where you have no right to be, When people walk towards your forest you appear in the corner of their eyes before vanishing when they turn their heads. You let glimpses of you be seen in videos as people start to show interest in the strange happenings around Hurricane, soon you will be the only thing people will think of.
(The legend of Mister Faceless is growing)

Start to build the manor
DC: 40
Rolled: 57
Success
In the center of the forest, you start with the foundations for your family home. As the head of the household, you need to set an example for others and have the image of a fatherly figure. Having anything unbalanced would ruin that image. Even beyond that, this manor will be where your family resides, it needs to be perfect.
(Two more successful turns to finish the manor)

Scout out possible proxies 30/50/70
DC: 30/50/70
Rolled: 49
One Tier Success
There are always those who have that spark in them, something that can make them more than just a member of your cult, something that can make them family. Sadly, this spark usually dies out as time passes on so you need to act quickly. To your luck, you've managed to find two possible members of your family, and both are in prime positions for you to act.

One of them, a girl named Emma, who is in her teens, takes to the streets at night with a bat, hitting anything that she thinks will amuse her. She frequently wanders near your forest, it would be easy to influence her. Another one, a boy named Noah, who is also in his teens, holds resentment in his heart for almost everything in the world. His parents are already members of your cult, it should be easy for them to convince him to take a walk in the woods.
(Two possible proxies scouted)

Nice crit success! The dice gods smile upon us this day! We will soon be the father of all children!

FacelessWonder said:
Ah yes, the dice gods truly smile upon us with that crit fail

A_girl said:
The only things we failed at are things we could do easily next turn, and the crit fail didn't debuff us, so I'd say we're good.

Calm Outlaw said:
All in all, not a bad first turn for us, and there's nothing that is a big threat to our power right now, the biggest one being Freddy's. Actually, where in the timeline are we for FNAF? If it's after the murders, then who's running the place?

Martin Sephiroth said:
William is currently setting up the sister location, and Henry is currently being depressed. The boss right now is a guy named Karl.

TheUnforgetableOne said:
The animatronics are dead children possessing robots, and our whole thing is being a dad. We could totally adopt them, that would give us a significant power boost, and we could help them get revenge.

Eyes0fMany said:
The main problem with that is that I don't think we could have them live in the forest because their robots, and we would need a way to actually influence them

Calm Outlaw said:
That's what the cult is for! We could have them indoctrinate Karl or just break in and steal the animatronics, then bam, we have 4 new proxies.

Martin Sephiroth said:
Going to say this now, Karl isn't an average NPC, he is a faction leader like you guys. Not saying you guys can't do it, I like the planning here, but it will be harder than just going in and taking them. Plus, remember that they have the backing of the Utah Paranormal Society, which is another faction

StarryEyeHeart said:
Who even are the Utah Paranormal Society? And how strong are they?

Martin Sephiroth said:
Oc group I made for the quest. Imagine if a cryptid subreddit got proof that the supernatural actually exists, that's them. Still, wouldn't underestimate them, they have a few tools at their disposal.

D4rkn355Edge said:
Oh, well, we can deal with that. Speaking of proxies, what should we call our 2 new children when they fully fall under our fold

ViralGoon96 said:

D4rkn355Edge said:
They can't keep their regular names! You think anyone is going to be scared of a guy named Noah? We at least need to give them titles like Emma the murderer or something. @Martin Sephiroth, how strong will they be once they become proxies?

Martin Sephiroth said:
Stronger than an average human in their prime and could probably take out a few trained combatants, they won't be Jeff the Killer level, but they could always grow into something more. Depends on how the dice roll, and if you manage to turn them in the first place.

A_girl said:
All I'm hearing is that if things keep going like this, we'll have 6 children in total soon. Beware Hurricane! Slenderman is here and he can't be stopped! (@Martin Sephiroth Ps: What was that random roll for last post?)

Martin Sephiroth said:
Nothing much. Have any of you ever heard of a guy called Ash Williams?

A_girl said:

Got inspiration to make my first negaquest. I know earlier in the thread I was talking about how we could deal with Slenderman easily, but others have convinced me that he was a bigger threat than I thought. Then, when I started to think about it, I realised that he's probably going to be our first boss fight. Given I've only written three omake's, this being the third, any feedback would be appreciated. (Also, sorry for any bad spelling on my part)

Holy shit that took 6 hours to make. New found respect to anyone who witres these things. Also sorry if the negaquest discussion sounds unnatural or I mischaracterized anyone, I'm not good at diolouge.

Speaking of Slendermen can someone with more lore about the guy correct me if I am wrong.

I do understand Slendermen is not necessary controls anything right in his cults?

He more influence people and cults pop up all over the place and he sometimes use them as proxies for something here and there but largely leave them for they own devices right?

Oh hey, was looking over my horror collection today and remembered Castle Freak exist. Should maybe keep a lookout for some traditional Eldritch influences as well as more modern takes thanks to things like that, reanimator, color out of space, and such.

Iirc they sold wine in the remake movie, so theoretically we could invest if curious.
