Colonial Tumult: A new riot-quest where you (try to) carve a new home somewhere in the cosmos

Just to be sure, we have 1 vote right now right, and while we cant create anything out of nothing we can influence notable individuals/ groups of entities under our control to do things right?

Exactly, you're not a godlike writer, you're just one of the embodiments of this colony.

[X] Try to find more intact pieces of the spacecraft that deposited some of you down here. Maybe there's a computer that could still be functional- Maybe some rations, oh, perhaps some tools?

Probably doing this whilst it's still raining spacecraft. :V

[X] Put the phone with OSP-1741 installed on it into OSP-4190 and set the latter to Refined.

It would be nice to free her, also i think ill wait to make write ins until i get a better idea about what everyone is and what powers they have

I've put in some details into the information post, so you can review that a bit tonight. May or may not add more tomorrow.

[X] Patrol the area for general lifeforms, maybe other Phenomena, maybe spirits thoughtforms, maybe something good to snack on or raise.

I already have plans, but for now we should probably focus on the basics.

So is the embodiment of the colony we each are consistent? Or can it change? For example are we always the same group of OSPs?

Also can we make our own OSPs? And does the OSP organization have an equivalent to the SCP's D-class?

More can come in, again, it is quite scattered across a large range. So I guess it's the same group of OSPs, just grows over time? Yeah, it's consistent.

Oh yeah, you can definitely do that. Well, you can suggest OSPs that I can bring in, alongside events for me to roll and stuff.

And yeah, the OSP Foundation has D-Class, they didn't send any because they didn't want to risk one screwing this operation up and this isn't a test; this is an evacuation effort so there wasn't a need to send any.
I admit, I had some ideas for how to bring D-Class like subjects in, but I decided against it for the most part since I wanted this to be focused on the anomalies, not the humans. Though there are humanoid anomalies, yes.

I have a few OSP ideas to add to the pot.

The Luckiest D-Class/OSP-4013
-Real name: George Chester
-Despite starting as a regular D-Class George was eventually reclassified as an OSP due to the frankly absurd number of tests with other anomalies he not only survived but escaped unharmed. His luck does not seem to apply to other areas of his life, in fact he is slightly worse than average at games of chance. Throughout all testing George has remained optimistic and enthusiastic, describing the tests as "fun" and not being sure how this is the equivalent of death sentence.
-Is currently bonded with OSP-3942

Anyone's Best Friend/OSP-3942
-When bonded with a host OSP-3942 takes on the role and form of a person or creature that the host needs or wants, whether that be caregiver, guardian, friend, lover, rival, child, pet, or something else entirely depends on the person and situation in question. OSP-3942 stays with its host until one of them dies or until something determines that its host no longer needs it. During this time it is corporeal and has no memories of its other hosts and the other lives it has lived. OSP-3942 never takes the form of a real or existing person or creature. Its host and any other person it comes into contact with believe it to be its current role, some even having fake memories of it, especially the host. When it dies or moves on its previous host and any other people it came it to contact with lose all memory that it ever existed. These memory altering effects do not extend to those who have means of inoculating themselves against memetics and anti-memetics.
-Between hosts OSP-3942 regains all of its memories. It is intangible, incorporeal, and invisible, until it finds its next host. If it goes too long without a host it risks permanently losing its memories and sense of self, effectively being reborn. In these in between moments it calls itself Enigma and uses it/its pronouns.
-Is currently bonded with OSP-4013. It now fulfils the role of one of the OSP foundation researchers, specifically one in charge of D-class testing. Calls himself Dr. Daniel Johnson and uses he/him pronouns.

Records True Forms/OSP-4007
-Functions like a regular version of this settings smartphone equivalent, except it cannot connect to the internet and the fact that if an entity or object that is disguised in any way shape or form is recorded on it their true form or voice is what is recorded.
-Is currently in the possession of OSP-4013.

Let me know what you think!

If it helps, there are many smartphone equivalents in this setting. Space is big and there are many alternatives. But at least for Terrn... Yeah it's definitely a smartphone of some kind. Terrn is very much like Earth in our world by the time they left, so yeah. Though if you mean it changes depending on the local consensus of what a smartphone equivalent is, that's a neat idea.

And generally, this is a cute array of OSPs. A duo of humanoids, and an anomalous smartphone that can pierce through lies.

No, I just wasn't sure what the technology was. And thank you for the kind words.

[X] Write-In: Try to build some defenses, just in case of not-so-friendly company. A watchtower, barricades and/or trenches... Whatever is more suitable for this location.

Character plot twist: I'm actually just a regular dude who, through uncertain means, somehow found myself wrapped up in this whole mess and nobody believes that there's not actually anything special about me.
