Honestly, switched it up to Light Chaos.

I've been meaning to for a while, but once I read this.

I don't know, Light Neutral just felt a bit toothless to me.
 
That's my problem with Light-Neutral, it feels very... Persona 3? If that makes sense?

Taylor is in the mood for ice cream on Captain's Hill. Surely nothing will spoil her sweet treat?

Annette is tied between Light Neutral "I want to help people... somehow." And Light Chaos "Kick the authorities in the balls till they do their fucking jobs!".

And Taylor is about to fight and forcibly recruit a talking cat that isn't Morgana, a Brownie that you can't actually eat, and a pixie that has 'Sophia Hess' Worst Nightmare' tattooed on her tongue.

Light / Neutral Annette: *Emma gets home, finds Annette in her living room* Emma Marie Barnes, you are going to sit and listen, or so help me - I helped get your mother into position to bring you into this world, I can use that authority to remove you from it temporarily as well.
Light / Chaos Annette: "Anne, darling child of my best friend named after me. Emma has decided to bully Taylor. I need your help. I have 200 lbs of glitter, a large box of feathers, more peanut butter than you can shake a stick at. Do with them what you will."
Law / Light Annette: *Has already spoken to the principal, every teacher, and the superintendent*
Law / Neutral Annette: *transfers Taylor to Arcadia*
Law / Dark Annette: Look at me. I am the Principal now.
Dark / Law Annette: *Blackwell retires in disgrace, every little mistake she ever made shown to the Superintendent*
Dark / Neutral Annette: *Sophia Hess disappears into the Juvie system, Madison transfers schools, somehow Emma ends up alone, everyone treating her as a pariah*
Dark / Chaos Annette: *Emma ends up in the hospital, with a fractured collarbone* She says Fenja did it, but won't look at Annette and won't bully Taylor anymore
Chaos / Light Annette: Right, Taylor. Three months. We're getting you a GED and into college.
Chaos / Neutral Annette: *Winslow is found burned down. Fenja implicated.*
Chaos / Dark Annette: *keeps Taylor home 'sick' for the day. Uber and Leet decide to play Bully at Winslow. Somehow Fenja implicated in paying them, her identity revealed causes a lot of problems because of additional scrutiny brought on the other inner circle members of the Empire *
 
Well that quote is making me want to switch back to Light Neutral. That's scarier than the prank supplies.

Okay, these all sound pretty cool.
 
Although I do wonder why it's always specifically Fenja that's implicated, not Menja, Rune, Cricket, just Fenja.

Annette: Menja was a very good girl. At least until her sister got her claws into her and got her into both Nazism and that stupid boy Max.
 
Welp.

Hopefully we have a bit more bite than doing very dramatic reckonings to just try grounding someone.

Edit: Sorry, this is a little snipe-y, and it's late.

I'm just hoping that this convinces @RadiantPhoenix that Chaos isn't just the 'Hurt people' faction, at least in this quest.

Well you see, one day Annette was in line at Starbucks. She had just gotten her coffee when this blonde bimbo bumped into her and she lost it all on her papers for that morning.

Ever since that day whenever Fenja sees someone she thinks is jewish, she goes pale and runs away. The PRT still can't figure out why.

Hmm, Anne should be on our list of people to talk to. Especially if she was named after Annette for more reasons than just sentiment.
