Probably the most prudent to talk to the Blackwater Bay houses to see which are most liable to turn on Jae. And if they aren't immediately chomping at the bit, then at least we can form a base of influence for which to keep an eye on him.

I think we should only let our mother know and keep our return close to our chest for now. We have no one that we can trust at the moment.

I was kinda sad that Oldtown eventually lost out as starting point for that reason.

The timing would have fit. Depending on where you had gone in Oldtown, you could have run into her and her Sun Chaser. Now, she is about to discover the Targaryen islands (the three small islands she then christened Aegon, Rhaenys and Visenya).

Yeah I feel like it's better to get a lay of the land first before announcing our claim. Besides our dragon is tired and been gone for a few years.

Let's goooo. Would have preferred the plan that didn't involve usurping Jaehaerys, but if it's war just go crazy then. Deranged muscular Balerian rider with a penchant for magic, I can't see this going wrong.
