I see no-one has made a five promise plan yet so I've decided to make one that takes every goal except for the push ones. We're going to be wanting to do literally all of these anyway and I'd like to start with an aggressive slate of promises. The main question is just how much favor trading and deals we're going to have to make to meet our targets and I am willing to make more of them.

Happy to get into a plan quest like this on the ground floor so to speak!
While Ragnite offers lots of potential I am always in favor of a strong foundation, so I'd prefer to focus on the basics for this plan.

I think folks might be sleeping on roadways. Seriously, if the road network is anything like the U.S. roadways pre-Interstate, then it's almost certainly an utter horror story. Instead of going 65 miles per hour, you'd be lucky to average 65 miles in a single day.

Or in large areas. It straight up didn't exist.
It's also worth remembering that the state of vehicles in 1900 is... well, 65 mph is probably only achievable by dedicated racing vehicles.
The Model T, for example, was introduced in 1908 and had a top speed of 42mph.
Now, the VC universe may be a bit different, but I suspect the general level is equivalent.
For large-scale transportation, rails and ships are the killer app.
