Basically
HSR: Space
P5: Jojos bizarre adventure in high school
RWBY: My Hero Academia ft. monsters

i know next to nothing about these other verses, so i have no idea on what to vote for
-RWBY: The combatants are known as Huntsmen or Huntresses. They use something called Aura, which is a fancy energy shield that protects them and what makes them superhuman if they lose it, they are no better than normal people. They fight the Grimm, dark creatures that are attracted to negative emotions. The first three volumes are about an academy where young people learn how to be a huntsmen, Shirou presumably will appear during initiation.

-Honkai Star Rail: It features Stelle/Caelus the recipient to a Stellaron AKA The Cancer of All Worlds (i'm not kidding), this verse can range from silly to sad real fast (not at first), the defacto protagonist joins the Astral Express which is pretty much a bunch of travelers that travel from world to world (planets) in a... Train (i'm not making this up) one of the members of the Astral Express, Welt is from a whole different world/reality and the current world has expys from his world that may have a similar personality and look the same but in the end aren't quite the same person.
Shirou joins during the events of Caelus/Stelle being made into the recipient of the Stellaron and them being otherwordly may not be that much of a surprise for them, besides for his unique abilities.

-Persona 5: Normal everyday Japan where the MC (Shirou reemplaces him here instead of being added into the story unlike the other scenarios) is falsely accused of assault on a big shot politician. They are expelled from their school and transferred to the only school that will accept them... Shujin Academy. Eventually he stumbles upon the Metaverse (NOT THE FACEBOOK ONE) a reality based on cognition, where your mind makes it real... For example toy guns work in here as regular guns and the more realistic they are, the more dangerous and they already come 'loaded' since the enemy expect them to be 'loaded' when they are aimed with them. In a Nutshell the MC and friends use this to make people have a change of heart, usually people defended by their high positions and makes them confess. Unlike the other ones their powers come from that dimension and only that dimension, so they are regular humans outside of it.

Neat stuff, right?

[X] Plan: Speed Demon of Archery in Space

I do feel a little bad for Joker being the one MC I have had replaced, but he just didn't fit quite right with any of the scenarios I was thinking through.
Honestly, this one of the reasons Persona 5 is one of the ones I don't actually want to put Shirou in.

Plus, Persona 5 is the one world on the list that actually reaches it's golden ending without outside interference, as RWBY got discontinued and HSR is unfinished.

If you want a more generalized summary of the tone of each verse, I'll give it a shot.

RWBY: Anime Magic Highschool for Monster Hunters, people have superpowers based off their soul, world is a mishmash of elemental stones and technology. Story will start lighthearted and mostly slice of life, but will escalate to world-ending stakes eventually.

Honkai Star Rail: Science Fantasy Space Roadtrip on a Train, people gain superpowers granted by deities which are embodiments of ideals, technology varies wildly between each world/planet. Can be indistinguishable from magic in many cases. Stories can range from deeply dramatic and tragic, to fun and goofy.

P5: Urban Fantasy Heist Movies set in Modern day Japan, people gain superpowers based off their idea of rebellion. Vigilantes punish corrupt authority figures and criminals by literally stealing their desires and fighting their inner demons. Story oscillates between slice of life school life, and dramatic heists.

Generally, I'd consider Bad End Shriou to be the strongest respectively in P5 (since he'd have pseudo-servant abilities and magic in a world full of ordinary people), whereas Star Rail is probably the setting with the largest amount of people on par or stronger than him.

Personally, I like Star Rail the best out of these three choices. Placing Bad End Shirou in a world where people literally become stronger the more they embody/believe in a certain Ideal is extremely ironic, and also works perfectly with his character. And it also means that Shirou can still be the scrappy underdog at times.

On top of that, Honkai-verse technically has someone that can do what he does, just better if we want to get into Honkai Impact 3rd.

Oh really? Since welt (for all I know) is from HI3, would he know them? And if so I wonder what his reaction to Shirou would be.
Yep, that person is actually Welt's successor in the Herrscher of Reason whose name is Bronya Zaychik. Her childhood title was also
'Silver Wolf of the Urals.'

With no relation to Bronya Rand or Silver Wolf from Honkai Star Rail other than their faces being the same.

Personally I'd love to see Shirou in P5, maybe even P5 Royal if we're lucky. His interactions with Maruki could be interesting, even if Therapy is clearly a side thing he's doing alongside his real research.

Also RyujI. He's a Bro, and that Shirou seems like he needs one, with Angry Mango in his head and all that.

So. Technically, Welt used to have the same power as Shirou ie. Projecting/Creating objects based on analyzing and recalling their form. Only he wasn't restricted to swords, so he and his predecessor could literally create salvos of nukes, tanks, etc.

His successor, Bronya, and the most powerful user of this power, eventually became so skilled that she could create and project objects that were not yet possible to create with humanity's current level of technology. And part of the reason why she was able to get that strong was because of Welt's training.

So yeah. If you want Shirou to find a mentor in his unique type of Projection Magecraft, Welt's probably as good as it gets barring Shirou's literal future self beaming XP directly into his head XD.

Shirou, I feel, would grapple a lot more with the moral implications of just brainwashing people to do good, I think. And his interactions with the other members of the P5 cast would be very fun to read. And I'd be very interested in how he'd act in his phantom thief persona.

The main thing putting me off is that with how strong Shirou is in the universe, I feel like a lot of the tension from decision making would be kinda drained from the Dungeons. I feel like this particular crossover would be better served as an actual story/fanfic, not as a Quest.

[ ] Superior Tactician E+
(Holy Grail Completed rankdown)
Most of your plans are some form of 'hit it till it dies', but you're working on it.
[ ] Hound's Tenacity C-
(Sparks Liner High rankdown)
Your failing constitution is stitched together by the spirit of the dogged Lancer.

Your Endurance increases by a rank, and your max health increases by 10.
[ ] Signature Weapons D-
(Heaven's Fall rankdown)
Your consistent use of Kanshou and Bakuya have made them more comfortable to use, though you've noticed your other weapons have started being harder to trace.

Can these perks be increased from their rank down in a Quest proper featuring them?

If we do another quest of these in the future, I may just add them in that case.

I gotta say though, I'm a big fan of Sparks Liner High scenario too because that world is pretty much a deathworld given the scope of the situation there, and also one where Shirou has the biggest impact on the plot.

It's basically a calling of the world's return to magic in general.

I think you're underestimating the strength of Persona's enemies and overestimating that version of Shirou's strength. Outside of the metaphysical boost giving by the character creation, he has the following:

Projection(He has basically only used this for appliances, some knives, and Caliburn.)

Reinforcement(Which he is by far the worst at in comparison to any other Shirou.)

Structural Analysis(Still good. Just not necessarily as helpful here.)

As well as being pretty fit for his age. Not really a stacked deck, there. Even with Caliburn, his Mana is E rank, he won't be able to use it anywhere near as proficiently nor as often as Artoria can.

To be fair, most of his initial power would be next to useless. He does not have the Mana for repeated uses of Caliburn and his best parameters are the ability to defy Fate (Luck) and to stand up after getting beaten (Endurance).

Outside the Metaverse, it could be useful. Imagine jumping over walls or gates with reinforcement or kicking down doors instead of wasting time finding a key or lockpicking (Shirou may actually be good at lockpicking due to structural analysis funnily enough).

So skill wise it'd probably go:
1. Bronya
2. Welt
3. EMIYA
4. Shirou

Also assumedly Shirou joining the Astral Express Crew having a teacher in the group would be really nice specifically cause it will probably be the best teacher any of the shirou's we have available will get since I doubt we're getting EMIYA and having him be our teacher soon in the FGO Timeline.

On another note, I hope we have Stelle as the Trailblazer if Star Rail Wins, both cause she's my chosen option but also for a nice equal split gender wise in the astral express crew. (Ignore my yuri brain for Starch)

Yep! All perks gained through character creation or later can be upgraded, including rank downs. The specific method for how to do so changes a bit between the different Archetypes, but they can all do so.

The ultimate burglar lmao.

In all seriousness though, Shirou is insanely powerful for being able to use his abilities outside of the Metaverse, and while he's seriously underpowered against any heavy hitters in persona, that's the part that makes me struggle.

He feels either too strong or too weak for that world with little in-between. There's lots of reality bending in that universe.
If Heaven's Fall wins, then the gender of the TB will be coin flipped just like with Fujimaru. Unless no one wants Caelus for some reason. (poor guy)
I mean, I'm voting Stelle.
