"Ignoble houses?" David asks, sounding more tired by the moment.

"Are you a goblin?" David asks, suddenly leaning forward.
Nikola pauses at the repeated question, then. "No."
"If you were, would you be plotting a revolt?" David asks, his eyes narrow.
"No." Again.
"Good, proper behavior." David leans back in his seat. "Now, since you have arrived here it is best we keep a record of your history."

"Yes or no onl-," David blinks, sighs. "A simple census, you understand." He then produces a chart and places it onto the desk. "Please ignore the 'Squib' we have reached our quota regarding squib immigration."
"Quota? It's February."
"Yes?" David replies. Then taps his finger on the table. "Which of these best describes you? Please don't lie, that is more paperwork."

IE: Sanguinistry 50 points.
The manipulation of the blood and all that entails.
Then previous occupation
IE: Cursebreaker - 150
Choose an additional school of magic, you also have experience dealing with myriad curses and know how to identify cursed items on sight.
Then general feats
IE: Wandless Magic - 200
Remaining points, if any, will be converted to galleons.
