Clearing out the dragonslayers solves a future problem. Meanwhile getting an actor on Earth Aelph as well so that we can start gathering influence and information there will be useful. For actions we did not increase our capacity to act by much in any category except Exp so going back and getting a lot of point increases so that we can start having some explosive turns

I disagree, while dragonslayers are a pest they were essentially defanged and we could scheme a way to get rid of them without raising suspicion like faking a new dragon suit transport and getting guild's help (via influence probably) to catch them and to reiterate we don't know how to lower suspition and as such I would spend it frugally for stuff that can safe world.
As for Alpeh, I personally disagree for the most part they don't have that much to offer in the form of influence and information, I think that we should wait a bit until we get more stuff to make use of it, they don't have that many capes, they lack endbringers to protect from, etc.
Not to mention that its vaguely illegal and could raise suspicion in the future, especially since Cauldron and Warrior's hub can access aelph.

My reasoning:
  • Dragon: I want to gain at least some basic precog defence before gaining suspicion, as so far, we don't know if there is a way to lower it in any way; which is why even if I want to lock the Saint&company, it will have to wait a bit; as for actual action getting to monitor threats like SH9, machine army, nilborg etc. will be incredibly useful for the protection of innocents. I want to ask @Khororhoth if we can use Titan Dragon action to make PHO or monitor Endbringer because while I understand why we need separate dragons to build stuff and talk with people, I am not sure about making software like that. So that part is open to change
  • Expansion: I will be honest this is me mostly min-maxing Admin for precog defence
  • Administration: Finishing to learn how we actually function and starting on protection against Culdroun and Ziz
  • Psionic: Mostly focused on basic infrastructure to use Psionics and learning what probably god gave us
  • Host: I continue my idea of building solid power basics before getting a host as to avoid our host gaining a new power without a 2nd trigger
In general my plan focuses on our safety as well as solid foundation for future collaborators

nice reference.Anyways augmenting pre-cog defences might be a bit unnecessary as we are a titan, not really a outside context problem but more like unforeseen... But keep at it!
Also, efficiency is the name of the game,why else would dragon want to tap Armsmaster?

No, you still gain suspicion because an AI is an AI. Specially an AI without restrictions, exponential growth is helluva scary.

While our restrictions are gone, no one knows that.

Still, doing it will give you one month, two if you are lucky, of an exponentially growing Dragon doing as it pleases.
