Trigger Warning: Expect the worst just incase
This quest is basically you guys voting on the details of a high fantasy setting called Aldernon, a human-shaped continent mainly dominated by a single sprawling empire
You'll decide the history of this place alongside guiding current events and such, have fun
The Uniting War
(Don't vote until I post VOTE IS GO, cause I don't know how to start a vote from the first threadmark, also use a plan format, write-ins are subject to rewrite or veto)

The Crownlands, Aldernon, was bathed in fire during that accursed decade, it was the result of growing tensions, ambition, greed, and fear from all sorts of powerful forces, building up slowly until the chaos could not be held back anymore
Castles were crushed beneath the might of self-proclaimed god kings, dynasties beaten bloody then forced to swear fealty, cultures and history erased to make the victors of every battle seem far greater then they were
There were more names among the casualties then there were stars in the sky some would say, an exaggeration of course, but the fact that comparing the amount of people who died in the Uniting War and the heavens in immensity is a regular thought, should be quite telling of that tragedy's scale

But only one came out of that intact, a conqueror, the one who claimed the title of Aldernon's Uniting Sovereign

Choose 1 Uniting Sovereign, and 2 great changes they brought about

- [] Founuk The Singular Trinity Of Deific Will
The pale 3-eyed monk from the Amalgamate Shrine, born from the spiritual fusion of multiple newborn infants to guide the shrine to enlightenment and power, and they did just that, using their Multi-Soul martial arts they crushed legends with ease and tore gods limb from limb, cementing the Amalgamate Shrine as the most powerful force in Aldernon, and ending with Founuk becoming an enigmatic and alien Emperor who prefers to ponder the mysteries of existence then rule

What great changes did Founuk bring?
-- [] They spread the teachings of the Amalgamate Shrine, forcing the populace to revere it's monks, and idolizing Multi-Soul Martial Arts, twins, triplets, and other such batches of children are regularly handed over to the temple for the chance at a far better life, even if not as individuals
-- [] They built a towering temple from wood, stone, and the corpses of gods, to meditate within a wellspring formed from screaming souls, some of Founuk's most trusted friends have even dipped into it alongside the Uniting Sovereign, gaining great power from the Divine Soul-Spring
-- [] They raised and trained 5 great disciples, The Limbs Of Founuk, each powerful in their own unique way, each loyal to master without end, and each helping manage an aspect of the Amalgamate Shrine's Empire
-- [] Write-In

- [] Thea Lono The Lady Of Unending Wrath & Prowess
She is an immortal child who was cursed by a witch that she assaulted for trying to eat her baby brother, as the years went by she never grew older, and had to watch all her loved ones wither, she focused her grief into the art of war, forming a powerful and loyal militia with her many grand nephews, when the Uniting War began she knew she had to quell this madness, and with her army by her side she slew sorcerers in their towers and feasted upon the flesh of terrible beasts, becoming a powerful empress who should be reckoned with sparingly if ever

What great changes did Thea Lono bring?
-- [] She passed laws that called for the strict control of magic, spreading propaganda about how it is best for the state to have an incredibly tight grip on it's usage, with Witch-Hunter Knights assigned to every Institute that uses magic in some capacity to keep them in check, and cracking down on unregistered covens of mystic scholars with immense brutality
(she isn't against magic, just against magic she can't fully control, she even has her own combat spells, stolen from the witch)
-- [] She inspired a warrior-culture, tournaments, weapons, and combat are all glorified by the many knightly orders that spawned from those that idolize her, there are way too many knightly orders, from official ones, mercenary bands calling themselves knights, drunkards that have armour and weapons, and street urchins that made some improvised gear
-- [] She gave her many grand nieces and nephews noble titles and land, every kingdom she didn't raze, every castle she didn't personally turn into rubble, was given to them out of kindness, and so the lands are mainly managed by many different Lono branch families, who she loves to dote on, and she rarely believes that they could do any wrong unless given undeniable evidence
-- [] Write-In

- [] Patricia Pernack Matriarch Of The Pernack Bloodline & Mother Of Beasts
She was born with the appearence of a horrid beast, covered in rough black hairs, with teeth like a dog, claws like a tiger, the antlers of a deer, and the strength of a dragon, she was shunned and locked away by the Noble family she was born into, a dark who would never see the light of day, when the Uniting War began she escaped as her family was attacked by a rival army, and she slowly built up her own with her immense power, she even found multiple husbands, with whom she gave birth to monstrous children with incredible power, that helped her defeat hordes of heroes and enchanters the Uniting War, now she is a opulent and mighty ruler that sits in her grand estate thoroughly enjoying the luxuries she was denied when young

What great changes did Patricia Pernack bring?
-- [] She sent her husbands and children to search the land for more luxuries, her grand estate is home to pleasurable oddities of all kinds, opium made from poppies grown in the land of dreams, blankets made from the torn off scalps of gods, escorts with strange and inhuman features, no exotic pets of course (Her children fill that role), shes got it all except a therapist
-- [] She dotted the land with immense castles, each one specially made for each of her monstrous children, labyrinthine in complexity and designed to cater to their every need, her children have very simple wants and needs to they just chill there, sometimes being worshipped by locals as gods
-- [] She began the hunt for more husbands, if you wish to elevate the status of your family, have an attractive and willing son above the age of 20 and all you'll have to worry about is barely ever getting to see that son again, you'll even get to live in the lower floors of her great castle, so there is a lot of pretty boys across the land, just in case it might make the family rich
-- [] Write-In

- [] Darmon Knight Of The Dark Oak
A hero of prophesy who was given a mission by the magical tree in his village to defend his home from a coming calamity, and so he did, taking down every threat he faced in the Uniting War, eventually many refugees came to his village, building it up into a grand kingdom that soon conquered the continent, which he found himself as the figurehead ruler of, he is now a tired and traumatized king on a throne he never wanted, forever mourning the loss of his comrades that died during the war, his land mainly being ruled by his advisors

What great changes did Darmon bring?
-- [] His legend brought about the worship of the Dark Oak which marked him as a chosen one, and soon many lesser Dark Oaks grew in population centres, using their ability to give dreams of potential futures to manipulate events and keep Darmon on the throne
-- [] His legend brought about the Aspiring Suitors, great individuals who wished to take Darmon's hand in marriage, he refused since he is dealing with decade's worth of emotional issues and is in no shape to have a proper relationship, but somehow nobody got the hint and now he has to deal with a bunch powerful people going around and performing great deeds to get his favour
-- [] He set up the Idyllic Valley, a magically made exact replica of his village from before the Uniting War, the powerful spells keeping the place maintained can heal almost any ailment, and so he allows people that truly need the help to rest in a hospital set up at the border of the Valley, just deep enough to get the healing magic but not to mess with the empty village inside

Aldernon
The Crall Empire
- The main dominant force of Aldernon, with a vast majority of regions under their control, formerly a simple farming village until Darmon's heroics led to its rapid development
- Are led by a (reluctant) Emperor Darmon and the Tree-Base Parliament
- The worship of Dark Oaks are common among its citizenry since they like to give dreams that help Crall, and multiple of them grow in major population centres run by the Empire
- Has a military organization divided into chapters called the Onyx Bark Knights
- Thanks to the Lono Mystic Registration Act legislated by Thea Lono, magic users, magic covens, magical businesses, and magic institutions must follow government guidelines and be carefully managed or face the Empire's boot
- Once a year they hold tournaments among the Onyx Bark Knights across multiple regions during the anniversary of Emperor Darmon's Crowning Day
- There is a cult among the tax collectors and other officials that deal with such things that worship Darmon for making their job easier, its called the Imperial Church Of Darmon The Efficient
- Somehow have a optimized conversion system for taxation using a theoretical currency to determine the value of everything, thus streamlining taxes across the Empire (As you can obviously tell, I know nothing about economics)

The Chapel Of Lady Taphis
- A powerful cult that worships the concept of divine magic itself, of sheer authority over reality, a sisterhood researching and imitating the power of celestial forces so as to bring humanity to a higher existence, results may vary
- Some of their bodies and minds are slightly warped from harnessing the power of a dead afterlife, but they're still going strong
- They formed an alliance with the Crall Empire to survive the Uniting War, are now its Vassals
- They help out with with any gods or unregistered cults causing trouble for the Crall Empire

Cursebreaker Clan of Lono
- The Lono clan founded by their great grandaunt Thea Lono, an immortal child warrior and curse-breaker under the effects of a powerful immortality spell
- Became allies with the Crall Empire during the Uniting War after Thea conquered her local peninsula, Darmon tried to help cure her curse with some help from various mages under his employ but nothing worked, but they did bond over beating up evil wizards and helped eachother in great battles, when the Empire finally ruled Aldernon the Lono's were quite okay with being Vassals
- They're skilled warriors who believe magic should be strictly regulated thanks to the immense grief Thea experienced due to her curse
- They practice with many combat spells and curse-breaker spells, imbuing a lot of them into their equipment
- Almost all of them have a single burn mark on the center of their forehead
- They usually wear armour depicting Thea, her brother, and her parents, or the image of the witch that cursed her getting harmed in some way
- They aide in enforcing the Mystic Registration Act with their cells of Witch-Hunter Knights keeping an eye on mages across the Empire

The Tenebrous Order
- Wanna spread chaos and darkness to strengthen a god called Zha'thik and end the world to remake it, mainly cause the current world sucks
- Very few members

The Gravehorn Pact
- A group of multiple bandit clans founded by some guy named Jack
- Rowdy and disorganized
- Inspired by their founder, they have taken up intense practice when riding goats, and even learnt some necromancy, a significant amount of these bandits ride into battle on undead steeds
Emperor Darmon, Chosen Knight Of The Dark Oak
- Emperor of the Crall Empire, former prophesied hero of a farming town, now a great and powerful ruler
- Deeply traumatized by the uniting war, doesn't even want to rule, but he has seen visions of the Uniting War beginning once more due to the power vacuum, so he stays
- His skin is pale, his hair white and messy, he looks like the corpse of a young man, he wears the roots of a Dark Oak growing around his body like armour
- Has godly strength, speed, and agility, a natural born warrior
- Liked sheep herding when he was young, misses it
- Tends to get misunderstood in a manner similar to Ainz from Overlord, people just assume he is some sort of political mastermind
- Can easily predict potential near-futures with his deep connection to the Dark Oak, he simply has to daydream for half a second to access this power, which is why he moves in what seemingly is a sluggish manner, he is always prepared to enter the trance, but also always prepared to step out of it
- He wields a magic club the size of a carriage, called Ghemnïr, carved from a piece of the Dark Oak, it has the ability to give you nightmares of horrific potential deaths if it bruises you
- Battle brothers with Thea

Kresskit Miggs
- Parliament member and general of the Crall Empire's Onyx Bark Knights 14th Chapter, who specialize in Cutting-Magic, he can also wield it to cut the physical and even the metaphorical, like bonds or something, but to a lesser degree then the physical
- He is the current youngest commander in the history of the Empire at the age of 23
- Bit of a Darmon fanboy, with a childhood crush on the Uniting Sovereign sown by childhood stories
- His hair's blonde and his face is quite handsome, enough to attract many a suitor
- Devoted to the Crall Empire, his men, and his duties, respects its military structure and wishes to further improve its martial power

Tornn Tyll
- Parliament member and princess of the Einzmot region, only allowed to keep it since her great grandparents got beaten up and had to swear fealty
- She started various bureaucratic reforms to make life easier for her own subjects and some of the regions around her, knows her way around bureaucracy and politics
- Accompanied by servants that are trained in various instruments, to give her a personal soundtrack
- Quite short, she considers it a tactical advantage since it allowed her to sneak around more as a kid
- Is trying to build up the control and influence she has to make her people prosper and bring her region back to its former glory, even if not independent

Bertwick Bruz
- Parliament member and a Arch-Bishop of the Dark Oak faith, who manages the House Of Fate, a sect of the cult that worships the prophesying aspect of the Dark Oaks, believing all lifepaths should be determined solely by their bark covered god
- Wears modest clothing all the time, is actually far more humble then one would expect a person of her standing to be, probably because she sees herself as a tool for the Dark Oaks and nothing more
- Knows how to calm down large crowds and sway their emotions to her skill, she is a preacher and has 47 adopted children, it was a necessary skill
- Tore out her eyes and replaced them with wooden prosthetics carved from the Dark Oak, she can somehow still see through them, and if she looks you in the eyes and wills it you'll have dreams of how better your life would be following her faith
- Wishes to further strengthen the hold of the Dark Oak faith, alongside secretly feeding bits and pieces of false gods to the roots of the Dark Oaks to increase their power

Thea Lono, Matriarch Of Clan Lono
- Child cursed with immortality by evil witch, has red hair and armour with various combat magic and anti-curse magic charms forged into it called, Melnok
- Trained in magic that summons many weapons made of hard energy and curse-breaker spells that dispel many magics that cause negative lingering effects with ease
- Is a master at combat and warfare thanks to training over multiple generations
- Loves to dote on her many great grand nephews, and grieves every time one perishes
- Believes magic should be highly regulated and controlled, is quite cautious around most unverified and unchecked magic users
- Battle brothers with Darmon
- Favourite pastry is sweetrolls, like papa used to make

Horis Diknatter
- A shaky former noble who is never not wearing his helmet
- Skilled member of the Onyx Bark Knights 19th Chapter and 1st Crowning Day Champion, which he will brag about
- Is constantly talking about his personal greatness in the strangest ways, like his shiny helmet, and how many rats he can beat in a contest of bardic skill
- He moves in a erratic manner while wielding a zweihander, dancing around enemy attacks with great speed and pushing his blade into any weakpoint he can spot, he is also likely to just straight up knock an enemy out with a direct punch, kick, or choke if he lacks enough time to go for a swing, his strategy on the field is quite a sight to behold

Bunacchi Vohto
- Current head of the Tenebrous Order
- Faithful servant of the god Zha'thik
- Her teeth are replaced with miniature talismans of Zha'thik, and her breath smells faintly like plasma
- Absolutely LOATHES the religion of the Dark Oak, and the Twisted Twig Pilgrims
- Knows Deterioration Magic, mainly uses to eat through stuff human beings shouldn't be able to eat through

Jack
- Bandit leader of the Gravehorn Pact, very smart, and pretty good at strategy
- Skilled in riding and taking care of goats, can be both fast and stealthy while on goatback, even with heavy cargo, favourite goat is a undead named Scruffy

- Can predict potential futures with ease, since they're walking Dark Oaks
- Their presence causes joy that scales depending on your worship of the Dark Oaks, if you hate them their presence brings a subtle chill of fear, and the more you love Dark Oaks the more religious euphoria a Twisted Twig brings you
The Crall Capital
- The cradle of the Crall Empire, formerly a small farming village, now a vast metropolis with a great Dark Oak in the centre
The House Beneath The Canopy
- A large government building built around the first and largest Dark Oak, home to Emperor Darmon, and where the Tree-Base Parliament hold their meetings

Einzmot
- A region of Aldernon occupied by the Crall Empire, know for its advanced water infrastructure such as aqueducts and sewers, alongside many waterfowls (Ducks)
- This regions Parliament representative is determined via inheritance, the royal Tyll family run this place, and whoever in the family is deemed competent enough is the representative
- Bureaucracy is quite simple to navigate here thanks to the Tornn Reforms

Castle Tyll
- The ancestral home of the Tyll family
- Has many artificial rivers and gardens in and around it, with an aviary specifically designed for ducks

- Beneath it is the tomb of their founder Lady Taphis, don't look at her corpse

Wykley Hollow
- Peninsula region known for abundant dark forests, which are now left mostly charred black and filled with abandoned huts that used to belong to now very dead witches
- This regions Parliament representative is mainly Thea Lono, but they do have plans in place for a thorough exam among the Lono branch families in case of her passing
- Most of the villages in this region are lead by different branches of the Lono family, and are built in a circular manner around great big town pyres which are sacred sites in Wykley Hollow
- Managed by the Cursebreaker Clan Of Lono, Vassal of the Crall Empire
Lono's Blazing Heart
- A large stone fortress surrounded by 3 grand pyres (that magically don't stop burning thanks to all the dead witches in there), from which graduating warriors in training hold a coal in there with tongs and then press it against their forehead to signify how they overcame much hardship to get where they are and still made it, the headquarters of Clan Lono

[x] Plan: House of the Oak
-[x] Darmon Knight Of The Dark Oak

-[x] Write-in: House of beathen dark oak's canopy is the governing body of the empire, made up of the nobles, princes merchants, mayors and other people who bothered Darmon. Created after he throw up them from his room and asked not to be bothered until they agree on something. This freed up some of his time, but people thought of him as great stateman, as expected of his majesty.

Okay, so the governing body of the empire is a council of nobles, princes, merchants, and others all gathered in an official establishment probably constructed around the main Dark Oak which has probably grown way bigger

Yup, the idea is that our poor boi got angry once and said something like, "Go out of my house and ask Dark Oak, and don't come back until you agree on something". This caused nobles to pull the demiurge from the overlord and create a parliament. Making empire more stable (probably).

[X] Plan: Immortality for All
-[X] Thea Lono The Lady Of Unending Wrath & Prowess
--[X] She passed laws that called for the strict control of magic, spreading propaganda about how it is best for the state to have an incredibly tight grip on it's usage, with Witch-Hunter Knights assigned to every Institute that uses magic in some capacity to keep them in check, and cracking down on unregistered covens of mystic scholars with immense brutality

The idea is that she's trying to seek some form of immortality magic so her loved ones wont die to time and will stay with her, easing her grief.

I'm gonna start brainstorming the options for the next part of the quest, basically some potential notable Vassals to the Uniting Sovereign that may or may not have their own grand ambitions
Basically those strong enough to resist occupation to the point that befriending them would be cheaper then throwing more people into a meatgrinder
Or folks who just brokered a deal where they're mostly independent in exchange for helping out, got some neat options like...

[Q] Scholars Of The Broken Tower
A order of mystic researchers obsessed with finding out why there is a single broken tower in the hills, since all forms of scrying yield no detailed results beyond "Broken" or "Old", in their quest to figure it out they have researched countless ancient civilizations, invented their own style of magic, and have even withstood the Uniting War simply for knowledge about this random tower

They will bring a great change with either...
Uncovering countless ancient secrets and ruins across the Crownlands thus opening up a bunch of new opportunities, like dingeons
Or spreading their maddening scrying magic that allows one to scan stuff for very detailed information while causing people to grow multiple eyes and slowly become obsessed with knowledge in really specific areas (Eldritch hyperfixation)

[Q] The Brummstëins
A noble family of ursine men and women who worship a goddess of milk and honey, in the Uniting War their people tore apart the hordes of combatants who dared walk upon their realm, and thus managed to keep their land, having it deemed "Not worth the blood", they're both intimidating enough to scare a demigod, and very huggable without the scary armour, will always introduce the Ursi species into the Empire if chosen

They will bring a great change with either...
Spreading their goddesses word, making rural areas more inclined to praising the goddess Brüknai while collecting milk and harvesting honey, yielding far more from those crops and sometimes even other produce
Or manufacturing a thing called BITE-STEEL, metal that if made into a tool, will form a mouth with very sharp teeth to bite at the will of their wielder, and even roar loudly, works well against nature spirits

Anyone got other ideas for potential Vassals?

Anyone got other ideas for potential Vassals?
[humanoid not human race] from [terrain that isn't pleasant to live by humans and actively dangerous to outsiders] who are nominally part of an empire, but given their situation, they have huge autonomy because they sell [important and unique resource] and are hard to invade, but empire is a lot more reliable partner than their previous neighbours so they joined it for trade reasons. I am partial to elves.

Maybe a confederation of trading cities who saw the writing on the wall and straight up betrayed their previous countries for better treatment and now are expanding into other cities in empires (kinda like Hanseatic league), which caused nobles to move into the countryside with old cities becoming more crowded with peasants who fleed their masters while countryside manged by nobles avoids creating new cities and has now a ton of towns just small enough to not caught the attention of the trade cities league.

I like the idea of a Chosen One, certainly interesting having a broken figure head on the throne thought I kinda wanted Aspiring Suitors more the idea of a Tree Religion.

[X] Actual Immortality for all
-[X] The First Lich Ziorugierthal
--[X] Ziorugierthal opened schools of magic welcoming all. Power is within your grasp, if only you have the will to seize it. The greatest of the students of these schools (generally those who have achieved some manner of arcane immortality) are elevated to rule over small regions of wild land not yet covered in vast cities to build into something greater.
--[X] Ziorugierthal created a grand ritual at the heart of Aldernon that draws in all souls that pass within Ziorugierthal's dominion and returns them to pure magic. If you cannot reach eternity through your own efforts, the only fate that awaits you is fuel for the endless march of arcane progress.

Ziorugierthal is old. Old and far weaker than appearances would suggest. The ancient lich was only awakened by the immense bloodshed of the endless wars, and only won because the dead were not cared for. The lich raised vast legions of the dead as vengeful ghouls and spirits, and won through sheer numbers. The lich now rules Aldernon from a grand place of magic at its heart, drawing in death and using it to fuel vast rituals in search of greater powers still. The dead still rise from their graves, the lingering magics and bloodshed dragging the dead from their rest, and Ziorugierthal seeks to turn the entire land into a grand necropolis that the line between life and death might blur until there is none.

Darmon /€"(£!^ Hates Politics
(Make a plan for each individual section, subject to rewrite or veto like usual)

Darmon sat on his throne in the back of the meeting hall of the House Beneath, tapping his food and mentally counting herds of imaginary sheep to ignore the political talk from the various members of the Parliament, the masters of agriculture were discussing the construction of new routes through some sacred ground to more easily transport food to a neighboring region suffering from famine
And the prince and advisors running that domain were objecting to such a thing since that sacred ground is one of the last remaining monuments to their culture that survived the Uniting War, the current generation of that region barely even remember their ancestor's gods anymore

Darmon looked around, staring at the crowd, noticing multiple notable members of the Tree-Base Parliament and recalling what he knew about them, even if they didn't know he figured them out

Choose 3 notable Tree-Base Parliament members to add to Aldernon
(Make a separate plan for the Parliament members)

- [] Kresskit Miggs
- Parliament member and general of the Crall Empire's Onyx Bark Knights 14th Chapter, who specialize in Cutting-Magic

- [] Tornn Tyll
- Parliament member and princess of the Einzmot region, known for many aqueducts and many ducks, only allowed to keep it since her great grandparents got beaten up and had to swear fealty

[] Mario Mario
- Parliament member and mayor of the city of Gizetzi, which he has made into a hub of food trade and commerce for the entire Empire
- Ginormous, you wouldn't be blamed if you assumed he was descended from giants, once took a bull charge to the somarch
- Quite adept in the workings of the free market, thanks to being raised by a family of merchants, has a fancy outfit with gold trimmings that makes him look more professional then he is
- Has the greatest handlebar moustache ever, loves to cheerfully talk about it with others
- Wishes to attain much much MUCH more delicious food, through moral means of course, he is selfish but he ain't a monster unless very necessary

[] Bertwick Bruz

[] Write-In

After he bothered remembering a small percentage of the many Parliament members (The Crall Empire is big, you need a lot of people to manage this), he then looked above, watching the Empire's banner hang alongside those of its vassals

Choose 2 Vassals and 1 great change for each
(Make a separate plan for the Vassals)

- [] The Brummstëins
A noble family of ursine men and women who worship a goddess of milk and honey, in the Uniting War their people tore apart the hordes of combatants who dared walk upon their realm, and thus managed to keep their land, having it deemed "Not worth the blood", they're both intimidating enough to scare a demigod, and very huggable without the scary armour, will always introduce the Ursi species into the Empire if chosen

What great change will the Brummstëins bring?
-- [] They manufactured a form of magical metal called BITE-STEEL, and distribute it to the Crall Empire's military, if forged into a tool it'll manifest claws and teeth at the wielders will
-- [] They married off their strongest son, Brustëil The Ruiner Of Castles, to Emperor Darmon in a political move to strengthen their bonds, Darmon of course doesn't even care about the marriage, hasn't even consummated it, he accepted it due to a slip of the tongue in front of a lot of people and didn't wanna cause a political incident
-- [] Write-In

- [] The Chapel Of Lady Taphis
A powerful cult that worships the concept of divine magic itself, of sheer authority over reality, a sisterhood researching and imitating the power of celestial forces so as to bring humanity to a higher existence, results may vary, their bodies and minds are slightly warped from harnessing the power of a dead afterlife, but they're still going strong, they formed an alliance with Crall Empire to survive the Uniting War

What great change will the Chapel Of Lady Taphis bring?
-- [] They gave a Legion Of False Angels as personal guardians to the Emperor, their most powerful warriors, warped by their own power into beings that wield white fire like spears, fly with the wings of doves, and have their own soul radiate behind their head in the form of a halo
-- [] They helped eliminate divine beings and their servants whose machinations went against the will of the Dark Oaks, the sisterhoods research being a great asset in such endeavours
-- [] Write-In

- [] Kurokon The Dynasty Of The Maggots
A kingdom that once suffered a bloody civil war, the old Kurokon Dynasty almost wiped out completely, but hiding among the corpses of their family, the survivors were inspired by the maggots feasting on their loved ones, and studied the mystic duality of life and death found in rot, wielding this power they reclaimed their birthright with a swarm of disease, and made sure they kept some independence in the Empire with threats of catastrophic plagues if they were to be slain

What great change will the Dynasty Of The Maggots bring?
-- [] They reduced the rebelling region of Tornock into a hellhole at the command of the Crall Empire, it is filled with plague and rot, reducing almost every former resident into fetid slop fit only for vermin to consume, insects the size of horses call that place home, alongside some mutated inhabitants
-- [] They offered their most beautiful daughter, Mezna Of The Sickly Sakura, in a arranged marriage to Emperor Darmon, who doesn't care so much that he hadn't even bothered consummating the marriage, and he only accepted it because of a slip of the tongue front of a lot of people, and now to avoid a political incident, he has to stay married
-- [] Write-In

- [] Write-In a Vassal
-- [] Write-In a great change

-[X] Write-in: Cursebreaker Clan of Lono: Darmon wasn't the only person who tried to unify the continent. Thea Lono was the other one, but by the time she finished the conquest of her home peninsula, Darmon had already united lands beyond it. The stalemate between the two ended before it could even start, as Darmon managed to lessen the curse placed on Thea, who now "just" ages 12 times slower than other people. Eternally grateful clan Lono followed Darmon for the rest of the unification wars as people who used their magical prowess to lift many curses and destroy the evil witches that stood in his path.
--[X] Trauma of being cursed by unregistered and unchecked witch caused Thea to start and lobby for the creation of many laws that caused magic users in the empire to organise under a few powerful magic institutions, which, while stronger with individual witch covens are watched much more closely, be more open to potential students and self-regulate in fear of Empire dropping a boot on them all.

I basically want to give Empire a strong institutional backbone, reward other people who voted but didn't have RNGeus on their side and make trees stronger, but not without any opposition. Also, I kinda ship Tornn Tyll and Darmon; I think that they would look cute together.

Weird couple to choose since Darmon is the figurehead for a group that invaded her homeland and would've probably killed her grandparents if they didn't renounce their own heritage to make the Crall happy (Darmon used to be a classic outcast with a heart of gold in his home village, and began to be accepted mainly because of his work defending them, when they started to lean towards expansionism, he didn't like it but still actively aided in multiple conquering wars out of fear of losing that acceptance, that man has killed many people that were just protecting their homes like he used to)

Tornn Tyll might even internally despise the Crall Empire, I would too if I had to constantly deal with the politics of a group of people who "Allow" me to live on the spot I was born

[X] The goddess kids
- [X] House Cyclopus isname of this race who are all Cyclops. They are a race of crafts men with all of them knowing a craft. They have inherent their Ancestor Mother's Inability to lie and See the true. They live naturally about 200 years. Their Godess who they call The Ancestor Mother Died protecting them. They are all related to her being descendants of her mortal children. They joined the empire by being convinced by a honest Politician.
— [X] They made several craft man union. This has made it harder for Noble and merchants to trick craftsman. It has also increased the quality and quantity of crafted items.
