[] Plan Gumballs & Guns, Gumballs and Guns, Haroo, Haroo
-[ ] Recruitment [Nicole]
-[ ] Diligent Citizen! [Charlie]
-[ ] Green Thumb [Wilt]
-[ ] Getting The Band Back Together [Daphne]
-[ ] Blood in the Water [Nikolai]
-[ ] Mutual Attraction? [Nijimura]

-[ ] Her Only Hope...
--[] Nikolai, Daphne, Nicole
-[ ] Anger Management
-[ ] Go to the Doctor
-[ ] Hang Out With The Kids

Pretty simple plan, basically set up as a prep plan for next turn. Either recruiting more people, patching up holes, or in the case of the intrigue action getting a handle on it before it gets unacceptably bad.

Concerning the quest, sending our ex-agent with a fuckload of explosives, our investigator as the face and person with experience in keeping things low key, and a kaiju-wrestling mother to go help her out seems like a good team.

EDIT: With feedback from the QM, assigned Heroes to actions.

Now remember, you can only take ONE Hero Unit with you on your Quest, due to you not having a full roster for your Park crew.

Also, are you assigning certain Units to the National Action or nah?

As to your question at the bottom, you can... buuuuuut, you can only take one person from the Park out with you on an Action or Quest rn. Your crew roster's not fully stacked yet, and taking one away leaves for things to happen (basically in-universe BS to make your game tougher, lol.)

But once your roster IS stacked with all six units, then you can assign up to two Hero Units on one action. Even with Benson on an action, you can still have two helpers with a full roster.

However... there are other Hero Units in the area. You don't have to hire them on as a worker for the Park, buuuuut it's something to consider. They'll be more or less confidants to help you out in other areas across the City and/or Kingdom, while your Park crew do other stuff. Next Turn, I'll have a list of heroes around available for 'recruitment', but it's gonna take a lot of DC to get them coming your way.

Here are the rules I have about putting Units on Quests.

So, to make it clear: if we decide either Benson or Nikolai will lead a quest, they can't recruit in the same turn?

First, appreciate the clarifications - thanks much.

Second, I was leaving those slots open in hopes of getting feedback since we have a long moratorium, and I wasn't sure if characters assigned to a Quest could also be assigned to a Kingdom Action. I hope they can given the long time-frames of turns involved, but I thought it best to wait for confirmation.

No, no, that's fine! My brain just instantly latches onto problems that need answers, so don't mind me.

Alright...let's see what we can do with all of this.

[x] Plan Bunker Up and Storm In
-[x] Martial: Recruitment! (Nicole)
-[x] Diplomacy: Diligent Citizen! (Charlie)
-[x] Stewardship: Passing Of The Torch (Wilt)
-[x] Intrigue: Getting the Band Back Together (None)
-[x] Learning: Chop Shop (None)
-[x] Occult: Mutual Attraction (Okuyasu)
-[x] Personals
--[x] Benson: Recruit Karma Eiss, Check In on the Others
--[x] Charlie: Talk With Karma.
--[x] Nicole: Take Your Family Out
--[x] Wilt: Hang Out With the Kids.
-[x] QUEST: Her Only Hope.
--[x] Team deployed: Nikolai, Daphne Blake, Karma Eiss.

So, we are going to have to walk around the fact some of our heroes will be not present this turn as they go and (hopefully) get our learning hero. To get around this, we're doing global actions, meaning we still get progress on something in these areas even if they happen to be bad, and hopefully don't set us too back in case shit happens.

-I wish we could do the Gene action now, but the way Recruitment is worded makes me think that, whatever happens next, we need to have men in arms to defend our piece of land. So you are free for now Gene...and you too Don Kree...
-Alright, alright, the people in government are pretty fucked, but do we want they to set their lapdogs on our land? So let's lower our heads and for now play their song and dance.
-Two income per turn? It's a no-brainer, and Wilt being in the actions means our odds of failing are...pretty damn low and he still gets better at Stewardship.
-Getting the Band Back Together and Chop Shop are global actions, so getting bad rolls on these is not as bad as the others. Good rolls? Great! Bad rolls? Too bad, but we still chop a bit at the amount.
-...it's literally the only action. Poor Okuyasu, sorry we can't take you, but this next quest will require us to being sneaky and if Stewie has a Stand User on his side, we're cooked.
- I was in between Karma Eiss and Avdol to fill our Quest team, but I'm worried Avdol may share the same trait as Okuyasu. On the other, his Occult score is probably even higher than base Okuyasu, so I will be accepting of any plans that recruit him instead of Eiss. I just think that narratively having an escape driver is going to help us a lot. I think checking with the families could provide some sort of insight on what is going with them and it would be nice to look over them.
-Talk with Karma for more synergy.
-Take Your Family Out and Hang Out With the Kids for...even more? Some of these actions really bounce on each other, huh.
-Quest team: Surprisingly balanced, all things considered. Nikolai is a spy and has traits that help him when infiltrating, Daphne gives some oomph and may serve as a driver if another plan picks Avdol as their recruit and I already spoke of why I picked Karma over Avdol. With some luck, we should be able to sneak into Stewie's lair and retrieve Susan with minimal issues.

Ah, remember. Recruiting a Hero Unit will cost you two Personal Actions from Benson, so you'll have to remove either Look for Pam or Check in on the Others.

I like the original plan just felt like reaching out to another king instead~ Also hero unit recruitment that automatic or have to roll?

reason why king and not government one word....Cadmus. Plus haven't forgotten last quest and how trouble was implied heading our way do to contact we made. Honestly if was option i'd be tempted to skip diplomacy vote but went with king.
