I don't wanna do any super large posts going into detail on them, since having knowledge of Men and what they Do is stuff you can actually have as a trait, but I figured I'd do a brief overlook of them. They're mostly just basic D&D/JRPG player races though.
Humans
The most populace Race of Man, and the origin of the title given to them. Three Gods, including Lumesa Greatest Goddess of Light, name them as their patron race. Humans are as varied as they are in the real world, and while they lack any specific specialties, they're known for being adaptable and enduring, persevering even in harsh conditions and coming out on top. They also have a very, very high amount of priests due to so many gods watching them with interest.
Elves
The least populace Race of Man, watched over by the Green Goddesses and loved by the Summer Queen, a Fairy of near Godlike power. They live a very... very long time, but are extremely conservative on anything and everything. They were the first Race of Man to seal off their homelands from the other Races of Man, and disdain the title itself - thinking themselves above all others under it. They're renowned for their natural magical talent - every Elf is born with magical ability.
Half-Folk
Pleasant little Half-Men who live pastoral lives of happiness and disdain most hustle and bustle, living quiet peaceful lives. Likable to an almost fault, Half-Folk seem to be able to get along with everyone - and don't even mind that they're called Half-Folk by most people. They're also renowned for their ability to turn near any land into successful farmland, and to tame and raise all manner of cattle. Whilst only one Goddess graces them with her blessings, she is known for being one of the most active goddesses in terms of intercessions, a loving deity who protects her innocent flock.
Dwarves
Imagine you took a Half-Folk, you made him three times as muscular, and you stuck him in a hole, and gave him a bad attitude. You've now got a Dwarf. Dwarves are blessed by the Twin Gods of Metal and Fire, and use that blessing to create iron fortresses in their mountain homes. If they weren't so paranoid about everyone aiming to come and kill them, they would be one of the most dangerous Races of Men - but the greatest foe of the Dwarves is only themselves.
Gnomes
Imagine you mixed a Half-Folk with a Dwarf, and then took away all of the quietness of a Half-Folk and all of the Paranoia of a Dwarf. Gnomes have likely killed more Gnomes over the years since the Demon King's fall than any other source of death - even aging. All by accident. And yet they create wonders no other race can - wonders such as indoor plumbing, centralized air conditioning, and more! Just... watch out for the Spirits escaping and killing you. Their singular deity proclaims the value of innovation and learning, and is the least hands on with her people - wanting them to learn and grow on their own.
Beastfolk
Beastfolk come in dozens of varieties, but most divide them down a very simple line; predators and prey. All Beastfolk have a similar basis - they look akin to a human with bestial traits ranging from 'has a full on wolf head' to 'looks like a human with dog ears'. Beastfolk are born of the Great Forest, where the Mother Tree sprouted on the body of the Thirteen God of Light - the only one to fall in battle. Beasts in that forest simply began to change, much like those near the bodies of the Dark Gods.
Predator beastfolk are protected by the Goddess of War and the God of the Wilds, while Prey beastfolk have only a single patron God, the least amongst them all in the god of Art. While once they all lived in harmony in this Great Forest, of recent times the more powerful Predator Species have begun subjugating their weaker 'cousins'.
