Those sharp eyed amongst you will notice I've reused things. The meme was a prototype.

[X] Move to a higher orbit

let's build that super earth
I'm a little worried we'll destroy our moons trying to get rings but maybe we'll just destroy only the little ice sphere
seeing life evolve on a multi-moon planet is too cool an idea

Turn 17: You are a large planet with a mostly solid surface, at least three moons, and a nice ring system
[X] Try to acquire new rings -[X] Better rings, even!: 40.0%
[X] Retain core heat: 35.0%
[X] Move to a higher orbit: 20.0%
[X] Collapse (unnecessary; nothing to collapse!): 5.0%

Concordance: 83.3%

As you begin your next migration to a higher orbit assisted by both high concordance and the lingering effects of the Granita al Caffç, you gather ice loosely enough to keep most of it orbiting as rings instead of accreting. Naturally, some of it still falls in, but you're left with a somewhat thin ring system that should be just visible from most of the inner system. Further ring growth may be assisted by extra satellites.

You also calm the convection currents in your mantle, greatly reducing the rate of core formation. This also has the effect of cooling your surface by about half as much as is possible given your distance from the sun and concentration of greenhouse gases while still allowing significant tectonic activity. Largely cut off from its constant input of heat from the core, your surface cools fairly rapidly and is now mostly solid.

[ ] Move to a higher orbit
[ ] Move to a lower orbit
[ ] Collect more gas
[ ] Collect more ice
[ ] Collect more dust
[ ] Collapse (unnecessary; nothing to collapse!)
[ ] Grow your rings
[ ] Export core heat
[ ] Retain core heat
[ ] Look around in more detail (Specify target(s))

(In addition to voting on the usual options, you're encouraged to submit up to three major plate boundaries using the blank template: )

-[X] Nearby objects we could turn into more moons.

See if we can find more interesting things around that we could maybe turn into a moon.

Now any suggestion to make the planet habitable and which order should it be done?
Retain heat in core, and move into a higher orbit, since we seem to still be too hot as a significant part of our surface seems to still be molten. I'd say they're equal priority.

Weird, my vote somehow didn't show up.
The tally appears to have started tallying from post 288 instead of 286, so it missed both Space Jawa's and Harnackam's votes.
