A tendril of your psychic being reaches out through the
Blood Gate, traveling through unfathomable and incomprehensible distances before reaching the Galaxy whose carnage you so crave. In a millennium and in an instant, you scour it all with your presence, connecting all those who inhabit it to the Warp and allowing you to benefit from their inevitable slaughter.
But something is off. The vast gulf separating this Material realm from your Immaterial domain is unlike anything you have experienced before. The power you receive from this Galaxy is but a trickle when compared to the Realms of Sigmar, or the galaxy of the Corpse-Emperor. It will take a herculean effort, both on your part and on the part of your multitudinous followers, for you to be able to strengthen this connection. You fear that your combined strength may not even be enough to carry out this strengthening, and that you may have to
Such a task will remain unfeasible for quite some time, however, and so you turn your attention to more short-term matters. The first step in your grand plan is to transmit a singular Tome, filled with dark lore and treatises on you and your doctrine, to an unknown planet in the Galaxy. There it will eventually attract the attention of someone (or many someones) who would be disposed towards your violent philosophy.
The tome itself will be written in the Dark Tongue, as the mysteries of Chaos cannot be truly expressed in the local languages, and as a result it will need to be translated by whomever happens upon it. This process will be expedited, of course, depending on how closely the translator's ideals align with your own. A potential Daemon Prince might decipher the entire manuscript within a matter of days.
Now comes the great decision. Where in the Galaxy will you place your Tome?

Tome Insertion Point:
-[] Deep Core
The center of the Galaxy is a tumultuous place. Hyperspace travel, the method by which the galaxy's inhabitants travel through it in such a quick manner, is very difficult due to the density of stars within the region. There is a distinct lack of
Notable worlds within the Deep Core include
Byss, an untouched garden paradise which will later become the secret throne world of the future Emperor Palpatine,
Emperess Teta, a city planet regarded by most as the last major world before the wild frontier of the galactic center, and
Tython, a barren world once home to the predecessor of the dreaded Jedi Order.
-[] Core Worlds
Ah, yes. The birthplace of the Republic, and still today its beating heart. Inhabitants of the galaxy's frontier tend to view this region's inhabitants as stuck-up and pompous, unwilling to consider the wants of those poor souls who are less fortunate than them. Of course, the Core is far more populated than just about any other region in the galaxy, and as such it might be the perfect place for your followers to unleash their indiscriminate bloodlust. Or is it?
Notable planets within the Core Worlds include
Coruscant, the capital of the Galactic Republic and its most populous world by far,
Corellia, a world steeped in history and possibly constructed by long-gone precursors, and
Alderaan, a beautiful world inhabited by peaceful humans. Yech.
-[] Colonies
First besides the Core to be explored and settled by the Republic, the systems of the Colonies are considered to be just as prosperous as those who lie coreward. Trade, industry, and all other kinds of cultural interaction are plentiful here... all things you don't really care for. Perhaps you could give them all a rude awakening?
Notable worlds within the Colonies include
Neimoidia, the birthplace of the mercantile Neimoidian species who founded the Trade Federation,
Belnar, a swampy world near a major trade route dotted with cities populated by the native Khil species, and
Fondor, an important shipyard second only to those in Corellia and
Kuat.
-[] Inner Rim
Originally settled by the Republic over twenty thousand years ago, the Inner Rim of the galaxy is unremarkable in comparison to both the wealth of its coreward neighbors and the lawless expanse of its rimward neighbors. Maybe its equal proximity to both sides of the galaxy could prove useful in growing your power base?
Notable planets within the Inner Rim include
Bestine, an ocean world also known as a regional starship repair center,
Onderon, a temperate world with a history steeped in conflict (ooh, you like), and the
Hapes Cluster, a cluster of worlds inhabited by a species of beautiful near-humans who remain loosely aligned with the Republic.
-[] Expansion Region
It was tens of thousands of years ago when this was the frontier, but nowadays it has become more of a sleepy backwater. This region might be oft overlooked, but that might also make it ideal for you and your future warrior worshippers.
Notable worlds and systems within the Expansion Region include
Corsin, a planet located at a major trade nexus and otherwise unremarkable,
Cyrilla, an industrial world most well-known for its droid manufacturing facilities, and
Golden Nyss, a minor shipbuilding center.
-[] Mid Rim
About halfway between the center of civilization and the dangerous frontier, the Mid Rim is for certain a hardscrabble region of the Galaxy, where sentients of all kinds work long and hard for everything they had. It may not have the wealth and comfort of the Core, nor the lawlessness of the Outer Rim, but it might just be an optimal region for you to build your base of operations. There's only one way to know for sure, after all...
Notable planets within the Mid Rim include
Kashyyyk, enormous rainforest most well-known as the homeworld of the Wookiees,
Naboo, a planet with a non-solid core and the future target of a Trade Federation blockade, and
Ord Mantell, a lawless junkyard world where all the scum and villainy of the Galaxy tend to congregate.
-[] Outer Rim
The Rim. The Frontier. The Farthest Point from the Center of the Universe. Call it what you will, but the fact still remains: the Outer Rim is the largest region of all the Galaxy, and it is also by far the most dangerous. Great threats and menaces, such as the Hutt cartels and the Black Sun pirates,
Notable worlds within the Outer Rim include
Eriadu, a provincial capital with a martial human culture,
Ryloth, a humid world home to the highly common Twi'leks, and
Nal Hutta, the capital of Hutt space - one of the most influential factions in the known Galaxy, second only to the Galactic Republic.
-[] Wild Space
Beyond even the Outer Rim lies the uncharted region of the galaxy. Or galax
ies, to be more accurate - a number of satellites, such as Firefist and the Rishi Maze, orbit the galaxy proper and have been but sparsely charted by hyperspace scouts, even in recent times. It might be the perfect place for you to build your powerbase in secret, but then again, you have always preferred
Due to its distant nature, you are unable to glean information from any of the planets within Wild Space. The word
Kamino rings a bell in your vast rage-fueled mind, automatically associating it with this region of space Its true nature remains lost to you, however.

In addition, there is the question of what your tome will say to whomever reads it. While all aspects of your deific being will be touched upon, there is still an opportunity for you to emphasize certain things while pushing others to the side. Or, if you do not care for deception and misleading other (after all, that's Tzeentch's job), you can forego a particular focus and throw everything you have at your prospective worshippers.
