While I agree that we need to do something about Quintus, bringing him with us doesn't seem like a good idea. Not only does it make Ayam look suspicious, it would accomplish nothing in the end since I doubt Quintus' stay in RI would be peaceful either he gets killed by the Abyssal Hunters or he gets sent to Iberia to get executed. Both are prime opportunities for him to get Distorted and go on a rampage.

Honestly I couldn't care less about Ayam and his sidestory, I really wanted to see Sieg's interaction with Rhodes and the Library and was cucked out of it for the last few chapters to the point where I'm just coasting along the quest until I regain interest

And i want to see at least 5 chapter more of this just because i like the kid and i have been waiting for more stuff with him for about 10 chapter now

...I didn't pay for the BP, but I'm pretty sure it's glitched. It should absolutely not be dealing 1k damage without any preparation like it's currently doing.
There's also some weird display glitches, like it showing it dealt 1.2k when it deals 800 and so on.

From what I understand, it's reaching damage like that because it's hitting Abnormality with multiple parts. Because otherwise it seems fine on my end. I think the Corroded version also inflict Sloth weakness to everything it's targetting.

Also I'm applying to be Yi Sang new wife. I hope they don't fix it if it's glitched.

I heard that there was some bug where the dmg up boosts are cranked up to be way higher than they should be. Could be that?

I don't think the write-in is appropriate for our Baby Seafiend. It's a bit too philosophical for someone who has only begun to grapple with the concepts of identity and selfishness. I don't think they'd be able to convey it properly.

That said, I think bringing Quintus to RI should be fine. The Abyssal Hunters are probably still in Iberia working with the Inquisition thanks to Kal'tsit, and even if Gladiia is here Kal'tsit was able to stop her from murdering Mizuki who was someone who went full Seaborn but was able to turn back, so she should be able to help keep Quintus safe from the Abyssal Hunters.

I don't exactly think this is a good idea but Ayam is too inexperienced to debate the merits and the downsides of selfishness. Hell being selfish is also how you manifest EGO as well, completely decrying it seems short sided especially when most of Ayam motivation is based on selfishness.

don't think so, just that what was said would be simplified. I had to reread the newer treadmarks and the charter sheet for Ayam Adom in an attempt to make this write-in; the basic thought process for the write-in was:
"I am me, and I like myself. others are themselves, and they should like themselves. people that like themselves are selfish, so people should be selfish. people that are selfish have individuality and free will, I want seaborn/others to selfish have individuality and free will; I want others to be selfish."

Ayam not decrying selfishness, but stating the fact that people's actions are based what they believe is best and in turn selfish in nature, including himself.
Ayam is basically saying "your selfish, you want to help others and do good; when what you do hurts others and is wrong, you should find another way to help others without hurting them. also come with me, plz?"

You wrote dialogue complete with quotation marks. Considering previous votes, it'll be used as is. If you want it to be simplified, you'll need to make a simplified version of the vote.

Regardless of that however, I do still think the premise of the plan is flawed. Ayam is not a experienced orator, and they're going to be trying to convince what is essentially a religious leader. Sure, Quintus is reeling right now, but he hasn't distorted yet even after walking from Iberia to Kazimierz with Carmen whispering in his ear. That suggests that he still has some backbone. Ayam's words won't be able to reach him yet.

Ayam doesn't need to be an experienced orator, he's a kid telling the Adult(s) what he sees, that they're stupid for stating the obvious(Carmen) and an idiot by not changing how he helps others (Quintus).
the plan is flawed because I took 1-3 minutes to think of the plan and 10-15ish to type it down, Ayam would take 10 seconds to say the voice is stupid and your dumb if your told your actions are bad and not attempting to change that; if you want to be good but did bad things, stop doing bad things and do good things.
