We've talked about them previously, but a quick summary is a seal that is physically touching another. You activate the button with CA or pressure, and it activates the seal it is touching. All the use of CATEARS, with more modularity for any other seals.

Also PABs might break warfare again in that it lets civilians use seals, but I'm ignoring that for now. Merely curious if we can even make them.

I suspect it is easier to research. It doesn't increase the amount of seals we have to scribe greatly as a single CAB can activate a MARS chain. We can sell CAB seals to the tower to earn back from Hokage goodwill without screwing ourselves unnecessarily, like CATEARS could.
 
Ah. I support CAB, then. Although I think we should work on Directional explosives/Rocket Boots first.

Wonders how much Resolve Enma has. Twice that of Hazou's (or whichever FOOM member has the highest)? Three times? Is that a reachable number for us?

Absolutely not. Not a reachable number for him, either -- for Orochimaru to be able to credibly threaten him, he'd have to be in the reach of a sannin, which isn't any higher than 100 (for their best stat) at best, and likely significantly lower.

I'd expect it to be his 90 capstone because it certainly sounds like its what he is oriented around, and for him to then have an SSA style shiny for it so that he rolls at a 110 base or somewhere around there.
