Is there a plan without Arcologies? Hail Tek seems fine , but it says Shipyards OR Arcologies so I am unsure. I feel like since there is no indication of overpopulation they are (and will be for a long time) just an innefecient way of getting EXP
It ended much worse for everyone else.Historically this did not end well for the Necrontyr. Honestly I think we should just let things play out as they will without interference. And honestly worshiping anything in general but in 40k especially seems like a sure fire way to hell.
it just makes us very contrainsed in spend network points on projects which is in high demandWhat happens if we hit zero Network? Is that just enough but no surplus?
This is one of the those problems you want solved before they've ever a problem. And it's a good idea to chip away at it so we can finish it before we start seeing overpopulation problems. Is there a plan without Arcologies? You know it talks about making it safer in the actual description right? Yeah, you could probably mess up and hurt yourself, but you can also fuck yourself over even in normal chemistry classes by messing up and suddenly you're breathing toxic fumes.I dislike this because it screams giving kids cancer and short lifespans like the Necrontyr
This plan uses 4 Network (we only have 3):
neither of these are my plan ping the people that made themThis plan uses 4 Network (we only have 3):

Thats just WAY before. Near-extinction war happened not that long ago , and if anything it is better to think about a way of increasing it (I honestly doubt if there are even a billion tekkets alive now) , than fixing a problem that may-or-may-not appear centuries later. Our star will eventually get Supernova , should we immediately start researching star refueling? Yeah, I think that as long as we don't go negative we are fine. 0 Would be we are using it all/most of it. 1+ means we have enough surplus that we can do a project that requires it without taking anything that Is being used by other stuff. (this is how I'm interpreting it)What happens if we hit zero Network? Is that just enough but no surplus?
My thinking on it Is we just put some of the excess that can't be used to complete other projects on it. so It would be gaining 1-4 a turn(I'm assuming that orbital shipyard completion will unlock some 5 costs). So It would take multiple turns to complete. assuming we put 2 a turn on it, It will finish in 10 turns. Which since the turn took atleast 3 years. ("millions of miles traversed in only a handful of years") I think Each turn takes atleast 4-5 years (3-4 for travel, 1 for the scanning/exploration) So assuming its at 10 turns, it would take 2-3 generations to complete. Or we go with what this quests mechanics are based off of, and each turn is a generation or so. So that means it is going to be a near-ish problem needed to be solved.Thats just WAY before. I miscounted and mine does, that's what I get for trying to make a plan on the phone. Moved two points off of Monitors into High Energy Physics Labs, since that gets us 2 more when it completes. Would you mind updating your version of the completed plan to match?
And someone else pointed out that the project seems to be about making them safe for such uses. I'm not too worried on that issue.@chellewalker someone pointed out that Nuclear Engineering for Kits may be a bad idea given that its nuclear and radiation stuff in schools. Schools, not Universities with adults in it.
I don't know what to survey so I just went with what I think is the closest of the remaining options.
Pretty sure at the very least that would take nuclear and network like the lunar base (If not more because its farther from resplies) so I don't think we could actually expand to that world the next turn. (I could see potentially getting the resouces the turn after that) So I was thinking (__, luna, Erichtheo) But I guess I'll switch to it. Since even if we wont be able to expand to it for a while, It will give time for our people to plan things out.Is what we should explore next, as we might spread to a second world if it is capable of supporting life and that would boost morale
