I am reading (emphasis 'reading' - might not have been what you meant) an assertion that your plans are discarded because they come from you, which is to say that they would have passed or gotten more votes if someone else had written them. If this is what you're saying, I'd disagree: it's a little hard to draw a clean line because your plans are yours, in that they have a certain style and pursue certain courses of action, so there's a personal element in it, but IMO they've been judged on their merits. If you're feeling ignored, I'd ask if you've considered that people just don't want to re-tread old debates where no one is changing their mind and that there's no real other way to engage with your ideas/plans than to debate them, so people don't engage. I can certainly see how this comes across as being ignored but it also makes perfect sense that people don't want to have the same conversations over and over when no one is moving.
