- Adopted KEI ninja will not be required to share their jutsu with other members of Hazou's clan, unless deals are made with the KEI leadership on a jutsu-by-jutsu basis.
- If a KEI jutsu somehow ends up as purely in Hazou's clan, we will teach it back to the KEI.
- The KEI stop the prevention of our purchase of tickets, and offer us non-raised ticket prices.
- Can set up expensive penalties for breach of contract.

Do the user specific post postscripts count? Mine is blank, but Faflec's has many letters, some of which are forbidden. What about link urls?

@Paperclipped and @Velorien, would you consider an exception for usernames? It's important to be able to communicate with people and I don't think one can update their username.
Happily, not many of us appear to use that letter in their names, but some do.
Unless this is a plan on the part of the next update author to reduce how often they are mentioned and notified, in which case, carry on.

Just to be sure, I take it the XP loss only applies to posts made after this one, yes? I don't dare check how many times we've used that letter across the entire thread, but it's probably sufficient to dropkick Hazou's XP totals back to the Academy.

The amount of forbiden leters that are on the tread since its inception by users that are not with us anymore, would be sufficient to reset mr warcrimes XP to pre academy days if that is the case.

They did say "troll posts" would not be counted, so is likely fine as far as XP "is concerned", but im pretty sure SV have a rule that penalizes that behevior.

I swear to Tobirama's abysmal fashion sense, if there was a secret code to the dance at all, and it was for Hazō to decode at all, and it was in the rhythm rather than in the pattern (such as morse)...
There's a solution to the tune of "Tower-mandated paid intellectual property and licence to teach with veto from the KEI" but that will have its own issues. There may even be ways to enforce this with personal seals (think ROOT loose-lips seals in canon) but that's a bit dark side of the force if you ask me. (V: I did SAY that I [represented Belkar]'s viewpoint in this.)
Further down the line, if no action is taken, the KEI will essentially be a non-voter clan politically, except its best members are taken out of it, and its secrets are sold, all the time. If they start to parcel out their secrets, everyone loses. If they don't, only they lose. Also, there's the constant increase risk of a radical who betrays their adoptive clan and distributes clan secrets to the KEI. Which would be a terrible landmine. Of course, there's the matter of the Kei clan and its obvious ties to KEI. To prevent that eventual explosion, the Tower should probably step in and do an act that values the KEI for its jutsu production. To prevent jutsu poachers, promote sales of the jutsu they create except at an incredibly steep cost, which would be Tower-enforced?

On a less [FORBIDDEN LETTER] matter, does anyone else feel that we should nip the Uchiha Minori situation in the bud before certain others become involved? She's 12 and I feel that this is the sort of situation that will lead to BAD ENDS everywhere, in and out of thread.

Generally, you can assume good faith on the part of the QMs.
It does not include quotations. It does not include Discord. It does not include usernames.
It DOES include unicode or etc characters that look like the seventh letter but are not. "Chi-instead-of-X" is for tricking machines, not people.
