[] Native revolutionaries, to assist you in making contact with the First Nations. 1 point.

Story wise this seems like one of the more interesting options.

I worry about differences. The Native Americans of the 21st century are not the same as the 1850s, even if they're a better choice than just sending someone who cried at Dances With Wolves and hoping it works out. :V

I'm honestly not sure how badly we need soldiers? It seems like, per the Fallout phases, the revolutionaries are already overrunning most of old US, and certainly in a more stable position than the remaining White governments even before we add this round of additional uptime supplies and aid. I'd prefer to go for native revolutionaries specifically to shore up the native organizations in the west and hopefully encourage cooperation and communication between revolutionary states rather than more soldiers to help the military efforts in the east. Unless you think we're overall better served by a quicker victory in the core US territory? Decisively crushing the White governments would definitely help discourage any European interventions, and limit the scope of the post-revolution British puppet territories.
A quick enough win against the south might lead to the OT union states signing on with freeman's republic (or at least its ideal of freedom and equality) and telling the slavery apologists to stuff it.

True but my assumption is that the Natives of the 1850's would be more receptive to Natives leftists and anarchists. I would like to assume those who we do send know a bunch of Native American histories, languages, cultures and part of those tribes in question maybe

Good quest also why don't we start branching out.The Mexican people and left hate the false emperor Maximillian and if we aid and radicalize them we can remove a threat. We also could contact the Irish independence movement fairly easily since I think there are a few cells in the US that we can contact to help cause a revolt, which is something we could use to destabilize Britain.Plus we could also contact antimonarchist forces in France to make the king there have too many problems to try and intervene.

@TheArcanist argued in Discord that we should take the soldiers right now over the agronomists, since the seeds won't be useable for a whole growing season anyway, but the knowledge of how to use the modern weapons we're providing will be needed much sooner than that.

Tactics win battles, logistics win Wars. Also from an in universe prospective I feel we should treat every turn like it could be our past. Getting volunteers to teach the use of weapons with a finite supply of ammo would have less impact that people that could help spread improved agricultural techniques.

...part of logistics is the training on new weapons systems. Like, that actually is part of warfare systems: if you have fancy new weapons but don't take the time to train people on them, you'll get less than ideal results.
