Honestly +30 to all isn't great given raging ambitions. Vote economics for the turnaround and hero units.

Clearly our solution is money and people. We got the peeps(in our 10 family members), now we just need the street.(In investments and yakuza)
 
Doing a tour a military service and shifting from there is probably workable. Dunno if it's smart to risk it with Magoose Dice though.
