I'm less interested in what a primarch is capable of than I am in how and why they do what they do. There was nothing stopping us from getting 20 Konrads. Or 20 Guillimans. Or 20 Alpharius Omegons (arguably we got even more than that).
Sun-Sin fought with his crew to take the Rude Awakening. He certainly could have taken the ship alone, but he didn't. And went out of his way to save crew members who were, from a purely logical standpoint, slowing him down. Since that decision I've tried to play him as a comradely primarch, the kind who drinks and eats and laughs with his crew as an equal. Sun-Sin could take the world alone, but he doesn't want to. He's not that kind of Primarch.
Not trying to influence the vote one way or another (I wouldn't have put the option there if I thought he'd never consider it) just pointing something out.
Do you really want Sun-Sin to turn out like Konrad? He's already on track to be a space pirate.

I don't, I'm just pointing out we have a precedent of a Primarch dominating their homeworld on their own so even if it isn't desirable, it is something that could be done. Of course, we also have an example of a Primarch losing to their homeworld aka Angron and his failed rebellion where he would have died if the Emperor hadn't intervened.

There any way we can get the fleet to carry out the plan from The Source followed by executing the plan from The Storm ourselves? Or is The Source just guaranteed to bring out 100% of their forces so that victory ensures that they don't start up again within the safety of their base?
Rationally, The Source seems like the best choice. Narratively, I really want to vote for The Storm (though I worry for the crew).
