I'm talking about how he paired them in this post.
Here he seemed to pair crone and Crowfather together, and did the same with the other two. And yeah they are also paired in terms of the old male/female thing.

I like Crowfather, and the crows notably do not approach the hut. They stay outside the fence. We likely won't get Crowfather interactions if we go that way IMO.
Still, these are both good choices, I won't be upset if hut wins. Narrative is fun.

The crows are explicitly absent from the Hut's surroundings, not crossing the fence around it. The tower is 100% definitely about Crowfather, and the hut definitely isn't.
There's two barriers in play, one is the crow swarm around the tower, the other is the fence around the hut. Beyond these barriers is the valley, in which Perkunas and Fryja are battling. We aren't passing the barriers in either of the vote options, so we won't be interacting with either of the storming gods. At least, not directly. The wizened gods we interact with in either choice might give us a peak at one or both of the tumultuous lovers as a bonus.
Neither of these choices relates to Perkunas or Fryja. We are picking between the old folks deities. The described geometry, associated symbolism, and Ling Qi's thoughts on matters makes this clear.

Above is the first description we ever got of the crone. Meeting the Crowfather sounds awesome, but here we have a chance to engage with a shard of the crone on the same turn as we cultivate both FSS and SNR. (I agree Storm vs. Blizzard is "middle" gods fighting it out. Tower is Crowfather watching/containing them. Hut is Crone. Chances are that we engage with both "elder" gods depending on how well the roll goes.)

The hut is clearly the Crone to me and ever since we got the choice to inspect the shrines of the Winter Goddesses at the White Sky it always felt like the Crone is the one Ling Qi has a special connection to. When we voted for the Goddess Sudica Ling Qi took a moment to look at the Crone anyway, seeing in her a sliver of what she cultivates in FSS and SNR, both of which we're cultivating this turn. Because the Crone resonated with her and was in my eyes similar to Zeqing, so maybe there's a special relationship beyond material rewards as actual narrative.
