I don't think so. Yrs seems to put the gods in pairs here so the tower is perkunas and Freyja while the hut is Crowfather and Crone. So the Thunder Storm is Perkunas, the Blizzard is Freyja, the Tower is the Crowfather, and the Hut is the Iron-Toothed Crone?
The tower is literally covered in crows though.I don't think so. Yrs seems to put the gods in pairs here so the tower is perkunas and Freyja while the hut is Crowfather and Crone.
And the hut is surrounded by them.
The tower seems mostly about the dueling weather which is obviously Perkunas and Freyja which Yrs seems to have paired up opposite to the Crone and Crowfather. But, before the valley, beside the swelling waters and sitting beneath the sight of the crooked tower was a humble little hut with walls of piled stone and a rounded straw roof. A flimsy aging fence lay across the mouth of the valley, and no wind or hurled stone passed its perimeter.
Ling Qi squinted, eyeing the crows circling below. They did not pass the line of the fence either, indeed their flocking seemed to make a barrier all its own.
Ling Qi's mind could not help but go to the gods of the southern lands. Crone and Crowfather, Thundering Perkunas, the Warrior Fryja.
Gan Guangli grunted in affirmation. "Their Crowfather seems an oddity. None begin devoting themselves to his path. He is a spirit of fall, wisdom, old age and widowers. It seems common for men of their land to outlive their wives, and among their priests, this means making oaths to the Crowfather. They, it seems are trusted to do violence, as they leave their communities to wander, carry news and stories between settlements during the deep winter. They are empowered to hunt demons and outlaws How can one change their way so drastically late in life though?"
Huh. I thought he put them in threes? Unless you're talking about each female god corresponding to each male god in theme kinda?I don't think so. Yrs seems to put the gods in pairs here so the tower is perkunas and Freyja while the hut is Crowfather and Crone.
