Hundreds of Ships are prowling, waiting to take cargo away from your lands, and back to Slavers bay, or worse, to the warring nations of Essos. Lord Stannis has requested a great budget increase, to allow the ships to patrol the narrow sea, and to stop any ship flying Slaver colors.
