A lot of servants share colors so it's hard to guess, but I'll give it a shot! I'm ruling out the special classes for now, since I don't think Chaldea started with any. Same case for any Alters and unlockable servants.

Personal theory, the 1st color is hair color, while the 2nd color is clothing.

[ ] Pink and Black - Mash
[ ] Peach and Turquoise - Dr. Romani Archaman
[ ] White and Orange - Olga Marie
[ ] A whole group of blurs - Hassan of the Hundred Faces? Bunch of Chaldea Staff?
[ ] Orange and White - Suzuka Gozen
[ ] Orange and Green - Robin Hood
[ ] Black and Red - Julius Ceasar or Nobunaga
[ ] Purple and White - St. Martha or Stheno and Euryele
[ ] Gold and Blue - Artoria
[ ] White and Black - Jack the Ripper
[ ] Violet and White - St. Martha or Stheno and Euryele
[ ] Brown and Black - ???
[ ] Blue and Black - ???

My best guesses! Not really sure about the last two since the closest fit I could find for them were Zhuge Liang and Sherlock, and those two are summonable at all at the start of the plot I think?

[X] Violet and White

Punch Saint will save us from Idol Jail.
VI - The Lovers: The arcana of beauty, love and choices. Associated with twins, pairs and other forms of dualism. Occasionally indicative of the need to sacrifice one thing to gain another.
We're looking very cute indeed. Not entirely sure how this will play into the story however, but I'm looking forward to it!

The Crypters could also be among them. White and Black could be Kadoc for instance, Black and Red Beryl, etc.

Oh yeah, the Team A should be running around in Chaldea at this time. Taking that into consideration, then the list would look like this:

[ ] Pink and Black - Mash
[ ] Peach and Turquoise - Dr. Romani Archaman
[ ] White and Orange - Olga Marie
[ ] A whole group of blurs - Chaldea Staff or Hassan of the Hundred Faces

[ ] Black and Red - Julius Ceasar or Nobunaga or Beryl
[ ] Purple and White - St. Martha or Stheno and Euryele
[ ] Gold and Blue - Artoria or Kirschtaria (His clothes are white, but it does have some blue!)
[ ] White and Black - Jack the Ripper or Kadoc
[ ] Violet and White - St. Martha or Stheno and Euryele
[ ] Brown and Black - Ophelia (Brownish-Orangish hair with a black suit)
[ ] Blue and Black - ???

Still leaves Blue and Black unknown, but that ought to be most of them.

Also Da Vinci-chan and Lev/Flauros.

Sherlock and Suzuka are story locked, I think. And I think that servants haven't been summoned at this point minus Da Vinci, so I think all those options are humans, not servants.

Some of Team A here are a bit of a stretch for the colors, while the rest couldn't fit in at all. Other than that, I can't remember any more human characters during the start of FGO.

Though, if this turns out to be right, getting to meet Kirchstaria early sounds like fun.

To be fair to Sakiko, I think it'd be hard for most people to do better when dropped in a combat situation with no chance to explain, but it's also pretty hard to be this entertaining when flailing around, so I'll count this as a moral victory for her.

As for the colors, I'd be lying if said I'm very confident in any of my guesses. Although, seeing how it's one of the leading options, I think Orange Green might be Muniere? Calling his hair orange is a bit of a stretch, but I can't think of another option that comes even close.

If they are, indeed, Hair color and clothing color, the problem is that characters aren't defined by a single color. Like, Mash's outfit has equal amount of black, grey and white in her casual clothes. Same with Da Vinci, she has way more brown than blue. So it really feels super arbitary. In which case, you might as well just show people what they're actually voting for.

I have to be honest, I'm not really sure why these voting options are as cryptic as they are. They're even more vague than the Tarot Card option, so I doubt we're meant to actually figure out who these people are. Which seems like a flaw. Voters normally want to know what we're voting for. If everyone picks, say, option 2 expecting Romani, but it turns out to be Goredolf or something, then they haven't voted for what they actually wanted. Which feels like the opposite of what voting in a quest is supposed to do.

Personally, I don't particularly mind the cryptic vote options for now, since we're still early in the quest. It's a fun little mini-game trying to figure out who's who as a way to create further audience engagement.

I just hope it doesn't happen too often however.

I'd say it depends on how important the vote is supposed to be. If it's just a chance to get somebody a quick cameo before they're blown up, the guesswork doesn't really matter, even if I can understand why some people would prefer an informed decision. On the other extreme, if whoever wakes us up replaces Mash and gets to be our eternal sidekick, or we imprint on them for the simp flaw baby duck style, or just anything that comes with notable long term consequences, then yeah, we probably should be told who we're voting for outright to avoid any unwanted consequences.

[X] White and Orange

Simping for the Director would be funny at least.

Hmm, wonder if Orange and White could be Gudako?

Alright, I'll lift the curtain back a little. This votes is for who you meet first upon waking up. It won't subtract or lock you out of anyone you would normally meet in canon. Mash will still be your Kouhai. This vote instead gives you two things. Who you first meet will get a bit of a relationship boost, starting you off with a bond point automatically. No rolls needed, just enjoy for free first impression. And second, it's an opportunity to expand the cast. As you can see, there are more options available than there are names staff members at Chaldea. Who might those extra options be? That's why I'm being a little vague. I wanted you to maybe be able to figure it out but also still let it be a surprise. Yes, some of the color combinations are a little arbitrary. But I don't feel too bad, since as I said, this vote won't take anything away from you.

Makes sense, on that note how do you feel about some of use making Chaldea staff members for you to use to fill out the human cast?
