Ai can do some big ritual to cover the building, but that is very noticeable and takes a long time (as in, hours) to cast. Walking through and doing everyone individually is about as fast. The latter is what she thought of, preparation in this case is more about planning a route and hashing out how to time it.
So she's not going to just blast the entire hospital with a giant healing laser in any of the options, then? Disappointing. Very sad.

Not opposed to publicity per se, but getting noticed for an extremely desirable ability is going to make moving around harder.

[X] Infiltrate at night and slow Healing

Hitomi may be disappointed, but it should give the musician joy.

That is a bit beyond of her capabilities. Unless you don't mind preparing the healing for a while... at which point you can write in to do the ritual under "heal everyone". I need to mull it over, but that will probably reduce the weight of that option back to x1 because Kyubey requested to not make things too public.

[X] Go and heal everyone you can, even if it takes some time to prepare

Again, if none of them are good, why are they not all evil? Some are evil, and they will be rooted out. But what of the rest? Why is Ai protecting them? Does it not make more sense to destroy them all before they turn evil?
It would be fun to debate this with her! I think the best argument to make would be that: you don't consider plants, or computers, or cats and dogs, to be good or evil. You don't feel the need to burn the universe to prevent it turning to evil. So too is it okay to think that some people are just background to your fight.

Similarly, I think a very good argument to make would be that since people are influenced by how they are raised, so improving society (e.g. by healing, by not murdering people) helps to ensure that people get raised as good and not as evil.

No, there is no choice for whether Ai will heal him.
I appreciate this! It's good to have the author giving direction to the story rather than letting the readers take it down a dim, boring road.

For everyone who wants to do this, do remember that Kyubey told us to keep magic secret and this is pretty counterproductive if you want to do what he said.
Well we're not revealing Magical Girls, so it's not terrible... but yeah this would be pretty blatant. Oh, maybe we can co-ordinate with Kyuubey? Ask him how to stay stealthy?

I wonder why those middle school kids were acting like gangers. They live in a very nice part of town and go to a good school. But if I didn't know better, I'd say they were acting like little league rats. I mean dumb kids acting dumb isn't anything new, but it still felt odd.

Still, I like looking at the human layers of this setting. Feels grounded in a way PMMM usually doesn't.

I just like this, regardless of how "upset" Kyuubey might be.

[X] Infiltrate at night

Instead of falling dark however, the quality of light changed. A voice she could not understand echoed through the ether.

An unfamiliar metal cross is attached to the center of her ribbon, too; she touches it thoughtfully, only to prick her finger on a band of thorns wrapped tightly around it.

By the time her eyes open once more, all that remains are a shadowy smirk and a reverberating chuckle. And a gentle, golden light.

She wakes cradling the cross to her chest. Curious, seeing that she placed it with her clothes earlier.

A hand absently runs over the cross on her collarbone, still in place despite the wardrobe change.

I have the theory that this is related to the most Bro of all Abnormalities, One Sin and Hundreds of Good Deeds. For those who don't know, he is a human skull wearing a crown of thorns mounted to on a floating cross and is heavily tied to pentience and absolution. On a successful work with him the employee's Sanity Points are fully restored and he is also the most reliable way to suppress the strongest Abnormality WhiteNight who is quite literally called a god bringing "salvation". Come to think of, in a sense WhiteNight is similar to Kriemhild Gretchen, the Witch of Salvation.

There are also theories that One Bro represents Ayin who's One Sin (The existence of Lobotomy Corporation) will ultimately make the world a better place through the Seed of Light. Since Ayin has become the light itself, the mysterious voice might be him. Ai was probably transported into the PMMM verse by the light so it wouldn't be strange if Ayin passed along something to help. He might even be the origin of Ai's Spark of Light trait, helping her grow from as a person, despite being an Abnormality.

This is what a real magical girl of love and justice would do right.

Also the delinquents were absolutely hilarious lmao.

Same for me, really. It is a bigger challenge than just letting people do whatever, but I prefer it this way.

Japanese delinquents are a curious thing, which is what this lot wanted to be. Unfortunately for them, they were delinquents around the wrong person.

My preffered choice would be to sneak in during the visiting hours to add just enough waves to continuity to have Ai accidentally steal music boys graditude and blow up that tangle of character interactions, but it seems the vote has already turned very all or nothing, so fully chaos it is. Let's start a cult, or something.

Unfortunately, no, Charlotte (Nagisa's witch) is very clearly a rehatched one when she appears, which means that she comes from somewhere else and didn't witch recently. The hospital where it happened is almost definitely not this one and even if it was, she witched before canon.

Actually, Nagisa witches out shortly before the events of Episode 3. You can watch her full backstory here:

Towards the end (around the 44 minute mark) Kyubey states that he will have Mami take care of the situation shortly before Nagisa turns into a witch. Which he wouldn't do if this wasn't in Mitakihara.

Also since it is Magia Record stuff it likely won't be part of the quest beyond the broadest of strokes as Naron has said he is only using stuff shown in the anime IIRC.

This directly contradict what we can see in the original anime and the mangas, witchout don't create griefseeds, the witch is fully formed right away, this means that the only way for charlotte's griefseed to be where madoka and co finds it is for her to have already been defeated and then having Kyubey plant her to try and make madoka wish.

Edit:
Actually, I just thought of a way to have her witch in mitikahara and still being a rehatched witch when seen in the anime: She witched out before canon, was beaten by mami who gave her seed to Kyubey and then, some time later, he plant the seed to trap madoka. This can even explain why mami was so careless at the end (besides the fact she was too happy for her own good), Charlotte gained her second phase due to the respawn and mami, thinking it was just an evolved familiar, got it in her head it was finished and didn't check if her head was inflating with all her newly gained self confidence.

Edit2:
Or, if she witched soon enough, she could have been defeated by kyouko and mami never saw her.

Look, if Mami had know that Witch she would have not fallen for her false body trick or died to her and Kyoko generally keeps to her own territory, as long as Mami is alive. There is afaik no canon example of a witch powering up from re-hatching from her grief seed.
There is a far more simple answer for the slight inconsistency between what the anime showed and what the most recent canon is: Creater oversight. The writers aren't infallible and there have been IRL years between the two stories, so some continuity errors are bound to crop up. Stuff like this happens in every franchise under the sun all the time. With all respect, to me your argument seems to boil down to the fact that the most recent canon doesn't fit your headcanon so you twist around a solution until they fit, even if you are reaching hard for it.
